INSTALLATIONSANVISNING FÖR PANELINSTRUMENT Utf. 1
Leveransomfattning
Panelinstrument för mätning av likström, likspänning, växel-
ström, växelspänning, effekt, effektfaktor och frekvens.
Typbeteckning: CQ, IQ, CL, CQR, CLR, QB, IQB, PQ, PL,
QQ, QL, PFQ, PFL, FQ, FL
Kontrollera vid uppackning
Kontrollera att instrumentet inte skadats under transporten.
Detta görs genom att undersöka om:
- mätverket är i obalans
- fronten är skadad
Även om yttre skador inte upptäcks kan t ex mätnoggrannheten
genom ökad lagerfriktion ha påverkats.
För transportskador är transportföretaget ansvarigt.
Innan montering
Kontrollera instrumentet mot packsedlarna innan monteringen
vad beträffar:
- antal
- mätområde
- montagebyglar och anslutningsskruvar/bleck finns monte-
rade på kåpan
Vid felaktigheter skall instrumentet returneras.
Montage
Frontmått 96 mm 72 mm 49 mm
Håltagning 92+0.8 mm 68+0.7 mm 45+0.6 mm
Erforderliga fastsättningsbyglar är monterade på instrumentet
vid leveransen.
1. Skjut in instrumentet framifrån i montagehålet.
2. Dra fast skruvarna på montagebyglarna så att instrumentet
sitter stadigt i montagehålet.
3. Montagebyglarna är anpassade för paneltjocklekar upp till
5 mm.
4. Anslut ledningarna till respektive anslutning.
Vid montering av era instrument i samma montagehål skall
montageram används. Montageramar kan beställas som tillbe-
hör enligt nedanstående tabell:

För inomhusbruk
OBS!
Instrumenten för mätning av likström/likspänning har an-
slutningar märkta med + och –. Var noga med att ansluta rätt
polaritet till instrumentet.
Instrumenten för mätning av effekt/effektfaktor har inkopp-
lingsschema på instrumentet.
Instrumenten för anslutning till mättransformator, kontrollera
att mättransformatorernas data överensstämmer med instru-
mentets märkdata.
Kortslutningsdon måste ingå i installationen. Det skall vara lätt att
nå och tydligt uppmärkt vilken utrustning som det kan koppla från.
Anslutningsklämmorna är avsedda för ledningar
upp till 8mm2. Vid grövre ledningar skall ka-
belskor används. VARNING: Stäng av all farlig
spänning före anslutning av instrumentet.
Kontrollera att instrumentets visare är nollställd.
Nollställ genom att rotera instrumentets nollställningskuts med
hjälp av en skruvmejsel. Rekommenderad skruvmejsel M3
0,8x4,0.
Slagtålighetsklassning är IK06 och tillförd energinivå är 1
joule.
Beröringsskydd
Efter montage av ledare, snäpp på beröringsskydd i bentliga
montagehål på kåpans baksida.
Byte av skala
För instrument med kvadrantskala 90°.
1. Lyft locket på kåpans ovansida något i bakkanten och dra
det bakåt.
2. Tryck med en skruvmejsel mot uttaget i skalans överdel och
lyft upp skalan.
3. Dra upp skalan ur kåpan.
4. Tryck ner den nya skalan ända ner i kåpans montageslitsar.
5. Skjut tillbaka locket på kåpans överdel till ursprungsläget.
Normer
Panelinstrumenten uppfyller följande standarder:
IEC60051, IEC 50081-1, IEC 50082-1, IEC 50081-2, IEC
50082-2, DIN 43802, DIN 43700.
Personsäkerhet: IEC 61010-1 (Safety requirements for electri-

2. Tryck med en skruvmejsel mot uttaget i skalans överdel och
lyft upp skalan.
3. Dra upp skalan ur kåpan.
4. Tryck ner den nya skalan ända ner i kåpans montageslitsar.
5. Sättt tillbaka locket och tryck till i framkant så locket snäp-
per fast i kåpan.

Check when un-packing
To be sure that the instrument has not been damaged during
transport, check the following:
- the movement is balanced
- the front is not damaged
Even if there is no visual damage the accuracy can be inuen-
ced by increased friction of the bearing..
The transportation company is responsible for damage sustai-
ned during transport.
Before mounting
Before mounting, check the instrument against enclosed pack-
ing list to conrm:
- quantity
- measuring range
- mounting devices and terminal devices are mounted on the
housing.
If any inconsistencies are found the instrument must be retur-
ned to sender.

Cutout 92+0.8 mm 68+0.7 mm 45+0.6 mm
1. Push the instrument into the mounting bracket from the
front.
2. Fasten the screws on the mounting devices so that the in-
strument stays firm.
3. The mounting devices are designed to fit panel thickness up
to 5 mm.
4. Connections are made to the intended terminals.
When mounting more than one instrument into the same
cutout, use a mounting frame. Mounting frames can be ordered
as a supplement:

For indoor use

Attention!
Instruments for measuring D.C current/D.C voltage have con-
nections marked + and -. Make sure that the correct polarity is
connected to the instrument.
Instruments for measuring power/powerfactor are labelled with
connection drawings.
For instruments to be connected to measuring transformer,
make sure that the data for the measuring transformer conforms
to the data labelled on the instrument.
A switch or circuit-breaker must be included in the installa-
tion. it must be suitably located and easily reached. it must be
marked as the disconnecting device for the equipment.
Terminal clamps are designed for cable dimen-
sions up to 8 mm2. If thicker cables are used then
use cable clamps.
WARNING: Always disconnect all wires carrying
dangerous voltages before accessing the instru-
ment.
Check that the pointer is at zero by rotating the instruments
zero adjuster with a screw driver.
Screw driver recomendation M3 0.8x4.0
Impact rating is IK06 and rated impact energy level is 1 joule.
Protection cover
Snap the protection cover on the excisting mounting bracket at
the back of the instrument.
Replacing the scale
For instruments with quadrant scale of 90°.
1. Lift the cover on the top of the housing and draw back.
2. Place a screw driver in the notch situated on the top of the
scale, and lift out the excisting scale.
3. A new scale is pushed all the way down to the mounting
slots.
4. Reset the cover on the top of the housing.

Anmärkning A:
Om instrumentets omgivningsförhållanden är annorlunda än
vad som anges i denna manual, kan noggrannhet och livslängd
påverkas.
Comment B:
Om misstanke finns att instrumentet inte fungerar korrekt, utför
följande steg för att kontrollera/bekräfta:
Knacka försiktigt på kåpan och inspektera visuellt för att kontrol-
lera att visare kan röra sig normalt.
Instrumentets insignal kan mätas med härför lämpliga mätinstru-
ment för att kontrollera om visarens utslag är korrekt.
De mätinstrument som används måste ha en noggrannhet i paritet
med mätomvandlarens noggrannhet.
Underhåll: Analoga instrument kräver normalt inget underhåll.

Comment A:
If the instrument is used in ambient conditions other than speci-
fied in this manual, the accuracy and lifetime may be degraded.
Comment B:
In the unlikely event of suspicion that the analogue meter is not
functioning correctly, perform the following steps to get confir-
mation: Tap gently on the casing and inspect visually to confirm
that the pointer is not stuck.
The input signals across the terminals can be measured by suita-
ble measurement instruments to confirm if the pointer indication
is correct. Please confirm that suitable mode is selected in the
instrument as per the nature of input signal to avoid any safety
hazard. Also the measuring instrument being used must be in the
range of measuring signal of the instrument.
