. Installation and operating instructions
1 Safety instructions and precautions
Read the instructions before mounting the device.
This device can be used bychildren at least 8 years old and bypeople with reduced physical,
sensoryor mental capacities or lacking in experience or knowledge, if they are properly supervised
or if instructions for the safe use of the device have been givenand the risks involved have been
understood. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be
carried out bychildren without supervision.
Children under the age of 3 should be keptaway, unless they are under continuous supervision.
Children between 3 and 8 years of age should only turn the device on or off, provided that
the device has been placed or installed in a normal, intended position and that these children have
supervisionor have beeninstructed in the safe use of the device and have a good understanding
of the potential dangers. Childrenbetween 3 years and 8 years old must not plug in, adjust or
clean the appliance or carryout user maintenance.
WARNING- Parts of this product maybecome very hot and cause burns. Particular attention
should be paid in the presence of children and vulnerable people.
When the device is heating, take care that theydo not lean on it and do not play nearby, taking
into account the sensitivityof their skin, a contact could, under certaincircumstances, cause
burns. Achild's reflexes are slower than those of an adult.
In case of risks, a protective grid must be provided in front of the device.
Allour radiators are limited to a surface temperature of 80 ° C.
The radiator must be installed bya qualified person.
Due to the weight, handle the natural stone radiator only for 2 people.
Do not use the radiator outdoors.
Switch off the power before anyintervention on the device.
The natural stone radiator is delivered with safety fittings, but without thermostatic regulation. It
must be installed with thermostatic regulation (radio or wired type, withor without programming).
Stone is a natural material, so it can naturally have nuances of color and structure.
For any problem, consult a point of sale.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales
service or bya professional inorder to avoid any danger.
We accept no liability for damage caused by failure to comply with these instructions.

It is unnecessary to put the naturalstone radiator to the maximum, the room temperature
will not rise faster.
The radiator canbe cleaned with a damp cloth, never use abrasive products.
To avoid overheating, it is
forbidden to cover or obstruct the
device.
Ceiling installation prohibited.
2 Install your device
The installation must comply with the standards in force in the country of installation.
Respect the minimum safetydistances (Diagram 1 and diagram 3) lateral to the ground and to
obstacles.
• Place any object (furniture, armchairs) at least 50 cm from the front of the device to promote air
circulation.
• Leave a minimum of 15 cm between the top of the device and a tablet.
• Positionthe bottom of the radiator at least 15cm from the ground.
• The naturalstone radiator is class 1. It must be mounted more than60cm (volume 3) from a
shower or a bathtub (Diagram 2).
•IPX4: Protected against splashing water from all directions.

• The heater should not be placed directlybelow an electrical outlet.
• Use fixing screws adapted to the nature of your wall.
3 Choice of location
It is the location, size and number of radiators that optimize the comfort of eachroom. If your room
is not well insulated, place the radiator as close as possible to the source ofcold air, for example
the window. Placed near the window, your radiator effectively combats "cold radiation" from the
outside, and helps prevent the effects of fogging. If the radiator is further from the source of cold
air, the occupant of the room is between two temperatures, this is the "cold zone / hot zone" effect.
Also avoid corners or door returns. If you want to install anelectric heater ina bedroom, it should
be placed away from the part of the bed where your head rests. Otherwise, the walls perpendicular
to the coldest wall maybe suitable.
With several radiators in the same room, comfort is higher thanks to a better distribution of
radiation. The radiators in the same room must be set to the same position, or anelectronic radio
thermostat with several receivers.
4 Installation of wall brackets
The fixings are supplied with the radiator (support + bolts). On the other hand, itis advisable to
use dowels and retaining screws according to the materials on which youintend to install the
radiator.
Natural stone electric heaters can be installed vertically, horizontally or even diagonally.
Payattention to the weight of the natural stone radiators !!!

Choose the location of the device, taking into account the safetydistances according to diagram
1,2 and 3. Mark the drilling position with a pencil. Drill and screw the supplied mounting brackets.
Put the bolts inplace according to diagram xand put the device inplace on the supports.
After checking that the appliance is correctly held inthe supports, tighten witha 13 mm spanner.
Please note: due to the heavy weight of natural stone radiators, it is essential to carry out the
manipulation for 2 people.
Naturalstone radiators can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position, always respecting the
minimum safety distances (chapter 1).

5 Connecting the natural stone radiator
The power supply to the radiator is provided in 230V ~ AC - 50Hz single phase.
Before any electrical connection, cut off the relevant power circuit breaker.
The electric power supply of each radiator must be protected by a 16A single phase +
neutral circuit breaker of 16 A gauge minimum sectionof the 1.5mm² power cable for
radiators from 500 W to 1500W, up to 2250W in series connection.
30mAdifferential protectionmandatory upstream of the protection. The connection to the
mains will be made using the 3-wire power cord (brown: phase, blue: neutral, green /
yellow: earth) to a connection box. Mandatorygrounding.
The power supply must comply withstandard NF C15 100.
Naturalstone radiators must be fitted with a thermostat as in the diagram opposite.
The receiver must always be installed in the radiator cold zone (the rear bottom of the
radiator).
Other thermostats can be used (radio or wired new).

6 Serial connection
The installation in series allows beyond anaesthetic research to distribute the weight of the
radiators, inparticular on the plasterboards (ba13). Wheninstalling the radiators in series, the
maximum cumulative power of 2250W must not be exceeded. In addition,a professional must
ensure the compatibilityof the electricalinstallation. The connection terminal block at the rear of
the radiator is designed for series wiring.

7 The guarantee
- The warrantyperiod is 5 years from the date of purchase.
In the event of a breakdown, repair can only take place in our workshops. The return is the
responsibilityof the user, this return must be made inthe original packaging.
- The warrantyapplies inFrance only.
- The warrantycovers the exchange or supply of parts recognized as defective, excluding all
damages.
Our warrantydoes not cover:
1 - Deterioration following shocks or handling errors.
2 - Overvoltages due to abnormal variations in lightning voltage, 380V etc.)
3 –Damage from a non-compliantinstallation (location, electrical connection, undersized radiator,
misuse).

8 Installation advice - current breakdown
Make sure that your radio thermostat has a good transmitter / receiver pairing.
Always give it a try.
Put the thermostat in manual mode and make a test with maxand min temperatures to check the
correct switching of the receiver.
If you have a voltmeter: check the voltage across the radiator.
If you do not have a voltmeter: set your thermostat in manual mode to the maximum setpoint
(beware of inertia, the natural stone radiator does not heat immediately). When you are certain
that your radiator is heating, set your thermostat always in manual mode to the minimum setpoint
and wait for the radiator to cooldown.
Rem: when you put your hand on the radiator you can feela slight vibration whenswitching on.
If you measure a voltage across the radiator and the radiator does not heat up, check the safety
clips on the back of the device.
