• Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself. If the oil heater
does not function at all, or demonstrates malfunctions, please
contact the supplier or a qualied technician.
• Always remove the plug from the power supply before cleaning the
appliance.
• When unplugging this appliance, ensure you grasp the plug and pull it
from the socket. Do not pull the power cord.
• Do not insert or remove the plug from the socket with wet hands as
this may cause electric shock.
• The oil heater must only be placed in the upright position.
• Keep ammable objects away from the appliance.
• Place the oil heater on the oor at least 90cm away from the wall
and any objects that can be harmed from the heat such as furniture,
curtains or plants.
• The surface of the appliance can get hot. If you must touch the
appliance, use the handles.
• Do not use this appliance if it has been dropped or damaged.
8. CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and
cause burns. Particular attention has to be given when children and
vulnerable people are present.
9. This heater is lled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs
requiring opening of oil-container are only to be made by the
manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there
is an oil leak. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations
concerning the disposal of oil.
10. This heater cannot achieve accurate temperature control of the
environment, and thus cannot be used as insulation device.
11. Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface, or x it to the
wall, as applicable.
12. WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are
occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own,
unless constant supervision is provided.
