1. Gebrauchsanweisung
1.1 Gerät einschalten
Mit dem Schalter (1) an der rechten Seite des Gerätes kann der Konvektor ein- (Schalterstellung I) bzw.
ausgeschaltet (Schalterstellung O) werden.
1.2 Heizung
Durch Drehen des Temperatur-Wählknopfes (2) nach links
wird die Heizung eingeschaltet und die Temperatur gewählt.
Nach dem Einschalten erwärmt das Gerät den Raum schnell
und gleichmäßig. Die Luft strömt unten in das Gerät ein, wird
dort erwärmt und tritt mit Hilfe der Konvektion oben durch
das Luftaustrittsgitter aus dem Gerät wieder aus. Die
gewünschte Raumtemperatur kann zwischen 6 °C und ca.
30 °C stufenlos eingestellt werden. Der Temperaturregler
schaltet die Heizung ab, sobald die eingestellte Raum-
temperatur erreicht ist, die dann durch intermittierendes Heizen konstant gehalten wird.
Für die gleiche Temperatur in zwei verschiedenen Räumen ist es normal, daß die Bedienungsknöpfe nicht
identisch eingestellt sind. Gleiches gilt für zwei Heizkörper, die im selben Raum installiert sind.
Um bei geöffneten Fenstern einen zu hohen Stromverbrauch zu vermeiden, sollte das Gerät über den
Schalter ausgeschaltet werden.
1.2.1 Frostschutz
Der Temperatur-Wählknopf (2) wird auf áeingestellt.
Der Temperatur-Regler schaltet die Heizung automatisch ein, falls die Raumtemperatur unter ca. +6 °C
absinkt. Richtige Abstimmung des Wärmebedarfs zur Heizleistung des Gerätes beachten!
1.2.2 Begrenzung des Temperaturreglers
Um den Wählknopf auf eine bestimmte Einstellung zu
begrenzen, werden die beiden Stifte (3) auf der Rückseite des
Schaltgehäuses gelöst und auf beiden Seiten der gewünschten
Merkzahl montiert. Die beiden Stifte können ebenfalls für die
Begrenzung eines Temperaturbereichs verwendet werden.
1.3 Sicherheitshinweise
Das Gerät darf nicht betrieben werden
– in Räumen, die durch Chemikalien, Staub, Gase oder
Dämpfe feuer- oder explosionsgefährdet sind;
– in unmittelbarer Nähe von Leitungen oder Behältnissen,
die brennbare oder explosionsgefährdete Stoffe führen oder enthalten.
Aus diesem Grund dürfen die Mindestabstände nicht unterschritten werden.
In Werkstätten oder sonstigen Räumen, in denen Abgase, Öl- und Benzingeruch usw. auftreten oder
mit Löschmitteln und Chemikalien gearbeitet wird, kann es zu länger anhaltenden
Geruchsbelästigungen und gegebenenfalls zu Verunreinigungen kommen.
Der freie Luftaustritt darf nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen daher die oberen und unteren
Lüftungsgitter des Gerätes weder ganz noch teilweise bedeckt
werden, z. B. durch Vorhänge, Wäschestücke oder dgl. Es
dürfen auch keine Gegenstände an das Gerät angelehnt oder
zwischen Gerät und Wand gesteckt werden. Im
Warmluftstrom in der Nähe des Heizgerätes dürfen sich keine
brennbaren Gegenstände aus Holz, Papier, Textilien usw. sowie
entzündbare oder feuergefährliche Stoffe wie Wachs, Benzin,
Spraydosen usw. befinden.
Durch aufsteigende Warmluft kann, wie bei allen anderen gleichartigen Heizgeräten, an der Wand eine
Verfärbung auftreten.
Nur bei außer Betrieb gesetztem Heizgerät Arbeiten verrichten, bei denen entzündbare Dämpfe
entstehen können, wie z. B. beim Verlegen oder Versiegeln von Parkett bzw. PVC-Belag oder bei der
Anwendung von Spray-Bohnerwachs, Benzin oder dergleichen.
1.4 Wartung
Für die Reinigung des Gehäuses dürfen keine scheuernden oder scharfen Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden.
Reinigen Sie die oberen und unteren Lüftungsgitter des Gerätes regelmäßig mit einem Staubsauger.

2. Montageanweisung
Die Montage und der Anschluß der AEG Konvektoren müssen von einem Fachmann unter Beachtung dieser
Montageanweisung durchgeführt werden.
Die Montageanweisung gehört zum Gerät und ist vom Besitzer sorgfältig aufzubewahren. Im Falle eines
Besitzerwechsels ist sie dem Nachfolger auszuhändigen.
AEG Konvektoren sind Elektro-Direktheizgeräte, die an der Wand befestigt werden und sich besonders für
die Beheizung kleinerer Räume eignen, wie z. B. Arbeitsraum, Küche, Bad, Waschraum usw.
Bei Erstinbetriebnahme des Gerätes tritt eine Geruchsbildung auf, daher sollte für ausreichende
Belüftung des Raumes gesorgt werden (z. B. gekippte Fensterstellung).
Der Konvektor wird komplett mit Anschlußleitung und Stecker geliefert. (Ausnahme: WKL502 C bis WKL3002 C)
Das Heizgerät darf nicht unmittelbar unterhalb einer Wandsteckdose angebracht werden!
2.1 Montage der Wandhalterung
Die Wandhalterung ist mittelpunktorientiert (siehe Abbildung
und untenstehende Tabelle).
Sie kann selbst als Schablone für die Befestigung dienen und
dabei den notwendigen Bodenabstand gewährleisten.
Stellen Sie die Wandhalterung auf den Boden und zeichnen
Sie die unteren Bohrlöcher (j), die den Löchern Aund D
entsprechen, an ( I).

Heben Sie danach die Wandhalterung hoch, und zwar so, daß
die Bohrungen Bin der Wandhalterung deckungsgleich sind
mit den gerade angezeichneten Punkten (j).
Jetzt können Sie durch die Bohrungen Cund Din der
Wandhalterung die beiden oberen Löcher für die
Wandbefestigung anzeichnen ( II ).
Danach Löcher bohren, Dübel setzen und die Wandhalterung
mit 4 Schrauben befestigen.
2.2 Befestigung des Konvektors
Der Konvektor wird mit seinen Aufnahmeschlitzen in der
Geräterückseite gleichzeitig auf die 4 Laschen der
Wandhalterung gehängt und zur Arretierung
heruntergedrückt. Danach wird der Verschlußbolzen (4) der
Wandhalterung im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag gedreht
und somit die Befestigung verriegelt.
Zum Lösen des Konvektors müssen die eben aufgeführten
Maßnahmen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgenommen
werden.

2.3 Elektrischer Anschluß
Das Gerät ist für Wechselstrom 230 V bestimmt.
Beachten Sie die VDE-Bestimmungen 0100, die Vorschriften Ihres Elektrizitätsversorgungs-Unternehmens
und das Leistungsschild.
Elektrische Sicherheit!
Die Konvektoren besitzen Schutzklasse II ( ) und Spritzwasserschutz ( IP24).
Das Leistungsschild beachten!
Die angegebene Spannung muß mit der Netzspannung übereinstimmen. Ausreichenden Zuleitungsquer-
schnitt wählen. Für den Anschluß ist im Abstand von mindestens 10 cm seitlich vom Heizgerät eine
Steckdose oder Geräte-Anschlußdose für Festanschluß zu installieren.
Die festverlegte elektrische Installation muss nach Errichterbestimmungen mit einer omnipolaren
Schaltvorrichtung ausgerüstet werden, die einen Kontaktöffnungsabstand von mindestens 3 mm hat.
Bei sichtbaren Beschädigungen der Anschlussleitung des Gerätes muss sie durch den Hersteller oder seinen
Kundendienst oder einem qualifizierten Fachmann ersetzt werden, um Gefährdung zu vermeiden.
Allgemein gilt:
Bei der Installation des Heizgerätes in Räumen mit Badewanne oder Dusche ist der Schutzbereich nach
VDE 0100/DIN 57 100, Teil 701 in Abstimmung mit den Angaben auf dem Leistungsschild zu berücksichtigen.
Sicherheitseinrichtung
Die Konvektoren besitzen einen Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer (STB), der bei Gefahr die Heizung
abschaltet. Hat der Übertemperaturschutz abgeschaltet, ist die Ursache zu beseitigen (z. B. verdeckte
Luftaustrittsöffnung).
Nach einer Abkühlzeit von einigen Minuten geht das Gerät wieder in Betrieb. Spricht bei Wiederinbetrieb-
nahme der Übertemperaturschutz erneut an, ist ein autorisierter Kundendienst zu beauftragen, der die
Störung beseitigt.
Achtung!
Sicherheitsabstände (mm) gemäß nachfolgender
Abbildung beachten.
3. Kundendienst und Garantie

3.1 Entsorgung von Verpackung und Altgerät
Verpackungsmaterial entsorgen
Entsorgen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial des Gerätes sachgerecht. Transportverpackungen überlassen Sie dem
Fachhandel. Verkaufsverpackungen (Grüner Punkt) entsorgen Sie über DSD (Duales System Deutschland).
Alle verwendeten Verpackungsmaterialien sind umweltverträglich und wiederverwertbar.
●Kunststoffteile sind, soweit vorhanden, folgendermaßen gekennzeichnet:
– PE für Polyethylen, z. B. Verpackungsfolien
– EPS für expandiertes Polystyrol, z. B. Styropor-Polsterteile (grundsätzlich FCKW-frei)
– POM für Polyoxymethylen, z. B. Kunststoffklammern
– PP für Polypropylen, z. B. Spannbänder
●Kartonteile sind aus Altpapier hergestellt.
Altgeräte entsorgen
Aus Umweltschutzgründen müssen alle ausgedienten Geräte fachgerecht nach den geltenden Vorschriften
entsorgt werden. Dies gilt für Ihr bisheriges Gerät und, nachdem es eines Tages nicht mehr benutzt wird,
auch für Ihr neues Gerät.
Entsorgungshinweise
●Das Gerät darf nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
●Auskunft über Abholtermine oder Sammelplätze erhalten Sie bei der örtlichen Stadtreinigung oder der
Gemeindeverwaltung.

1. Operating instructions
1.1 Switching on the Unit
The unit may be switched on (setting I) or off (setting O) by using the switch (1) on the right hand side
panel.
1.2 Heater
Turning the temperature selector (2) to the left will turn on
the heater and select the required temperature. Once turned
on, the heater will warm the room uniformly and quickly.
Air enters the heater from below where it is heated and then
exits through the grid at the top of the heater. The room
temperature can be infinitely set between approx. 6 °C and
30 °C. The thermostat switches the heater off once the set
temperature has been reached and switches on and off
intermittently to maintain the required temperature.
If uniform temperature is required in two rooms, do not set
both heaters to the same setting. The same applies to two heaters installed in the same room.
In order to minimize energy usage when airing the room by opening the windows, it is advisable to switch
off the unit.
1.2.1 Anti-frost setting
Set the temperature selector (2) to á.
The thermostat will switch the heater on automatically if the room temperature drops below approx. +6 °C.
Ensure the correct heater is fitted to cope with the demands to be made upon it.
1.2.2 Limiting the temperature range
In order to lock the selector at a specific temperature, remove
the two pins (3) from the rear of the housing and insert either
side of the desired setting. The two pins may also be used to
limit a temperature range.
1.3 Safety notes
The appliance must not be operated:
– In areas which are subject to the risk of fire or explosion
due to chemicals, dust, gases or vapours;
– In the immediate vicinity of pipes or containers which
carry or contain combustible or potentially explosive
substances.
For this reason, the minimum clearance intervals must not be undercut.
In workshops or other areas in which the odour of waste gases, oil, petrol, etc. might occur, or in
which work is carried out involving solvents and chemicals, there is a risk of sustained odour burdens
being engendered, and possibly of dirt contamination occurring.
The air outlet must not be obstructed. For safety reasons the
upper and lower air grilles must never be covered with items
such as washing nor obstructed by items in too close
proximity (see figure 3). Objects should not be leant against
the unit nor placed between the unit and the wall. Never
leave combustible materials, such as wood, paper, textiles or
flammable items such as wax, petrol, aerosol cans etc. in the
vicinty of the warm air outlet.
As with all similar heaters, the flow of rising air may cause
discoloration of the wall.
Before using any materials which produce flammable gases or vapours, e. g. laying or sealing parquet
or PVC flooring, or when using spray polishes, spirits and similar materials, ensure the heater is
switched off.
1.4 Servicing
Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleansers to clean the heater.
Use a vacuum cleaner regularly to clean the upper and lower air grids.

2. Installation instructions
ATTENTION!
The installation, electrical connection and first operation of this appliance should be carried out by a
qualified installer.
The company does not accept liability for failure of any goods supplied which have not been installed
and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
This convector heater must be installed by an authorised serviceman in conjunction with these instructions.
These installation instructions belong to the heater and must be handed on to the successor if the heater is
sold.
AEG convector heaters are direct electric heaters designed to be mounted on the wall and are particularly
suitable for heating smaller rooms such as utility rooms, kitchen, bath- and washrooms etc.
The convector heater is supplied with a lead.
(Exception: WKL502 C to WKL3002 C)
The convector heater must not be mounted immediately
below a wall socket.
During the just operation, the heater may give off a smell.
Ensure that the room is ventilated (for example, open a
window).
2.1 Attaching the wall mounting bracket
The wall mounting bracket is oriented centrally
(see figure and the following table).
Use the wall-mounting bracket as a template for positioning the heater correctly and providing the correct
distance from the floor.
Place the bracket on the floor. Mark the screw-holes through the drill holes (j).

Raise the bracket and position it in such a way that holes B
are aligned with the marks on the wall you have just made.
Now mark the upper holes through holes Cand Din the wall
mounting ( II ).
Drill the four holes, insert plugs and screw the wall mounting
securely to the wall using four screws.
2.2 Wall mounting the convector
On the backside of the convector there are 4 slots, these
should be hooked onto the wall bracket and pushed down.
The spring clips should be turned clockwise to secure.
To remove the convector reverse the above operation.

2.2 Electrical connection
This heater is for 230 V AC.
Please observe national standards, the regulations of your local electricity supply company as well as data
the rating label.
Electrical safety!
The convector heaters have protective system II ( ) and are spray protected ( IP24).
Note the details on the rating plate!
The voltage supply must match the requirements on the rating plate. The supply cable must be correctly
sized. The heater must be connected to a socket outlet or permanent terminal box at least 10 cm to one side
of the heater.
In compliance with installation regulations the permanently wired electrical installation must be provided
with an omnidirectional terminal switching device that has a contact opening gap of at least 3 mm.
To avoid hazards, if the power cord of the appliance exhibits visible damage it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or his service department or a qualified electrician.
Please note in general:
Where the convector heater is fitted in a room with a bath or shower, ensure the safety zone defined in
IEE Regulations is applied in accordance with the details on the rating plate.
Safety measures
This convector heater is equipped with a safety cut-out (STB) that switches the heater off if it overheats.
Once the heater has switched off due to overheating, remove the cause of the fault, e. g. blocked air grids.
When the heater has cooled down for several minutes it will restart automatically. If the heater then cuts
off again, switch off the heater and call an authorised serviceman.
Caution!
Ensure the safety zones (mm) in following figure are kept
free.

The installation, electrical connection and first operation of this appliance should be carried out by a
qualified installer.

1. Notice d’utilisation
1.1 Mettre l’appareil en service
L’interrupteur (1) sur le côté droit de l’appareil permet de mettre le convecteur en service (position de
l’interrupteur I) ou hors service (position de l’interrupteur O).
1.2 Chauffage
En tournant la molette de température (2) vers la gauche, on
enclenche le chauffage et on sélectionne la température.
Après la mise en service, l’appareil chauffe le local rapidement
et de manière homogène. L’air entre par le bas dans l’appareil,
y est échauffé et ressort dans le haut de l’appareil par
convection à travers la grille de sortie d’air. La température
ambiante désirée peut être réglée en continu entre 6 °C et
env. 30 °C. Le régulateur de température coupe le chauffage
dès que la température ambiante réglée est atteinte, laquelle
est ensuite maintenue constante par chauffage intermittent. Il est normal que les molettes de commandes
ne soient pas réglés sur la même position pour obtenir la même température dans deux locaux différents. La
même chose s’applique à deux radiateurs installés dans le même local. Afin d’éviter une consommation de
courant trop élevée lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte, l’appareil devrait être coupé à l’aide de l’interrupteur.
1.2.1 Protection contre le gel
La molette de température (2) est réglé sur á.
Le régulateur de température enclenche automatiquement le chauffage si la température ambiante tombe
en dessous d’env. +6 °C. Tenir compte de l’adaptation correcte du besoin calorifique à la puissance de
chauffage de l’appareil!
1.2.2 Limitation du régulateur de température
Afin de limiter la molette de sélection à un réglage déterminé,
détacher les deux pions (3) sur la face arrière du boîtier de
commande et les monter des deux côtés du chiffre repère
désiré. Les deux pions peuvent également être utilisés pour la
limitation d'une plage de température.
1.3 Règles de sécurité
L’appareil ne peut pas être utilisé
– dans les locaux qui présentent un risque d’incendie ou
d’explosion en raison de la présence de produits
chimiques, de poussière, de gaz ou vapeurs;
– à proximité immédiate de tuyauteries ou récipients transportant ou contenant des substances
inflammables ou à risque d’explosion.
Pour cette raison, les distances minimales doivent être respectées.
Dans les ateliers ou autres locaux dans lesquels des gaz d’échappement, des odeurs d’huile et
d’essence etc. apparaissent ou dans lesquels on travaille avec des agents d’extinction et des produits
chimiques, il peut se produire des nuisances olfactives durables et le cas échéant des contaminations.
La libre sortie de l'air ne peut pas être obstruées. Pour raisons
de sécurité, les grilles de ventilation supérieure et inférieure
de l’appareil ne peuvent dès lors être ni entièrement ni
partiellement recouvertes, p. ex. par des rideaux, pièces de
linge ou autres. On ne peut pas appuyer d’objets contre
l’appareil ni en placer entre l’appareil et le mur. Dans le flux
d’air chaud à proximité de l’appareil de chauffage, il ne peut
pas se trouver d’objets combustibles en bois, papier, textiles
etc. ni de substances inflammables ou présentant un risque
d’incendie telles que cire, essence, bombes d’aérosols, etc. L’air chaud montant peut, comme pour tous les
autres appareils de chauffage similaires, provoquer un changement de coloration du mur.
N’effectuer de travaux susceptible de dégager des vapeurs inflammables, tels que la pose ou la
vitrification de parquet ou de revêtement en PVC ou l’utilisation d’encaustique en bombe de
pulvérisation, d’essence et produits similaires, que si l’appareil de chauffage a été mis hors service.
1.4 Entretien et maintenance
On ne peut pas utiliser de produits de nettoyage abrasifs ou mordants pour le nettoyage de l’enveloppe.
Nettoyez régulièrement les grilles de ventilation supérieure et inférieure de l’appareil avec un aspirateur.

2. Notice de montage
Le montage et le raccordement des convecteurs AEG doivent être effectués par un spécialiste dans le respect
de ces instructions de montage.
Les instructions de montage font partie de l’appareil et doivent être conservées avec soin par son
propriétaire. En cas de changement de propriétaire, elles doivent être remises au propriétaire suivant.
Les convecteurs AEG sont des appareils de chauffage électrique direct qui se fixent au mur et conviennent
particulièrement pour le chauffage de petits locaux tels qu’un local de bricolage, une cuisine, une salle de
bains, une buanderie, etc.
La première mise en service de l’appareil donne lieu à une formation d’odeurs, aussi est-il nécessaire
de veiller à une ventilation suffisante du local (p. ex. fenêtre entrebâillée).
Le convecteur est livré complet avec câble de raccordement et fiche. (Exception: WKL502 C à WKL3002 C)
L’appareil de chauffage ne peut pas être placé directement à côté d’une prise de courant murale!
2.1 Montage du support mural
Le support mural est basé sur un point central
(voir illustration et tableau ci-dessous).
Il peut lui-même servir de gabarit pour la fixation et garantir
ainsi la distance nécessaire par rapport au sol.
Posez le support mural sur le sol et dessinez l’emplacement
des trous inférieurs (j), correspondant aux trous Aet D( I).

Soulevez ensuite le support mural, à savoir de telle façon que
les trous Bdans le support mural coïncident avec les points
(j) que vous venez de dessiner.
Vous pouvez maintenant dessiner à travers les trous Cet D
dans le support mural les deux trous supérieurs pour la
fixation murale ( II ).
Forer ensuite les trous, placer les chevilles et fixer le support
mural avec 4 vis.
2.2 Fixation du convecteur
Accrochez le convecteur par ses fentes d’accrochage situées à
la face arrière de l’appareil simultanément sur les 4 languettes
du support mural et poussez-le vers le bas pour le bloquer en
position. Tournez ensuite le boulon de blocage (4) du support
mural dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à la butée;
la fixation est alors verrouillée.
Pour détacher le convecteur, vous devez effectuer dans l’ordre
inverse les mesures qui viennent d’être décrites.

2.3 Raccordement électrique
L’appareil est conçu pour le courant alternatif 230 V.
Respectez les stipulations NFC 15 100, les prescriptions de votre entreprise de distribution d’électricité et de
la plaque signalétique. Ne pas installer l'appareil sous une prise de courant.
Sécurité électrique !
Les convecteurs possèdent la classe de protection II ( ) et la Protection contre les projections ( IP24).
Tenir compte de la plaque signalétique !
La tension indiquée doit correspondre à la tension de réseau. Sélectionner une section suffisante pour le
conducteur d’alimentation. Pour le raccordement, une prise de courant ou un boîtier de raccordement
d’appareil pour raccordement fixe doit être installé à distance d’au moins 10 cm sur le côté de l’appareil de
chauffage.
Conformément aux conditions de construction, l'installation électrique posée à demeure doit être équipée
d'un dispositif de commutation omnipolaire ayant une ouverture de contact de 3 mm au moins.
Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou
une personne de qualification similaire afin d'éviter un danger.
De manière générale :
Lors de l’installation de l’appareil de chauffage dans des locaux équipés d’une baignoire ou d’une douche,
tenir compte du volume de protection suivant NF C 15 100 en respectant les indications sur la plaque
signalétique.
Pour les appareils équipés d'une prise de courant et commercialisés en France, il est obligatoire de couper la
prise de courant pour effectuer le raccordement électrique.
Dispositif de sécurité
Les convecteurs possèdent un limiteur de température de sécurité qui coupe le chauffage en cas de danger.
Si la protection contre les températures excessives a déclenché, la cause doit être éliminée (p. ex. ouverture
de sortie d’air bouchée).
Après un temps de refroidissement de quelques minutes, l’appareil se remet en service. Si la protection
contre les températures excessives se déclenche à nouveau après la remise en service, un service après-vente
autorisé doit être chargé d’éliminer le défaut.

Respecter les distances de sécurité (mm) suivant
l’illustration suivante.
3. Garantie
La garantie est à faire valoir dans le pays où l'appareil a été acheté. A cette fin, veuillez prendre contact avec
la filiale AEG concernée, à défaut l'importateur agréé.
Le montage, les raccordements, la maintenance ainsi que la première mise en service sont à réaliser
par un installateur qualifié.
Le fabricant ne saurait être rendu responsable des dommages causés par un appareil qui n'aurait pas
été installé ou utilisé conformément à la notice de montage et d'utilisation jointe à l'appareil.
3.1 Environnement et recyclage
Nous vous demandons de nous aider à préserver l'environnement. Pour ce faire, merci de vous débarrasser de
l'emballage conformément aux règles nationales relatives au traitement des déchets.

1. Gebruiksaanwijzing
1.1 Toestel inschakelen
Met de schakelaar (1) in de rechterzijwand kan de convector in- (stand 1) resp. uit- (stand 0) geschakeld
worden.
1.2 Verwarming inschakelen
Door het draaien aan de temperatuur-keuzeknop (2) naar links
wordt de verwarming ingeschakeld en de temperatuur
gekozen. Na het inschakelen, verwarmt het apparaat de ruimte
snel en gelijkmatig. De lucht stroomt aan de onderzijde van het
apparaat naar binnen, wordt daar verwarmd en verlaat het
apparaat weer met behulp van convectie door het
luchtuitstroom-rooster aan de bovenzijde. De gewenste
binnentemperatuur kan traploos tussen 6 °C en ca. 30 °C
worden ingesteld. De thermostaat schakelt de verwarming uit,
zodra de ingestelde binnentemperatuur is bereikt, die dan door
intermitterende verwarming constant wordt gehouden.
Voor een gelijkblijvende temperatuur in twee verschillende ruimtes is het normaal dat de bedieningsknoppen
niet identiek zijn ingesteld. Hetzelfde geldt voor twee verwarmingselementen die in dezelfde ruimte zijn
geinstalleerd.
Om bij geopende ramen (ventileren) een te hoog stroomverbruik te vermijden, adviseren wij het toestel met
de schakelaar uit te schakelen.
1.2.1 Vorstvrij-stand
De temperatuur-keuzeknop (2) wordt op ágezet.
De thermostaat schakelt de verwarming automatisch aan, zodra de binnentemperatuur onder ca. + 6 °C
daalt. Let bij de juiste afstemming van de warmtebehoefte op het vermogen van het toestel!
1.2.2 Begrenzing van de thermostaat
Om de keuzeknop tot een bepaalde instelling te begrenzen,
worden de beide stiften (3) aan de achterzijde van de
schakelkast losgemaakt en aan beide zijden van de gewenste
markering gemonteerd; de beide stiften kunnen eveneens voor
de begrenzing van een temperatuurgebied worden gebruikt.
1.3 Veiligheidsaanwijzingen
Het toestel mag niet gebruikt worden
– in ruimten, die als gevolg van chemicaliën, stof, gassen of
dampen vuur- of explosiegevaarlijk zijn;
– in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van leidingen of reservoirs,
die brandbare of explosiegevaarlijke stoffen voeren of bevatten.
Daarom moeten de minimale afstanden in acht worden genomen.
In werkplaatsen of andere ruimten, waarin uitlaatgassen, olie- en benzinedamp enz. voorkomen of
waarin met oplosmiddelen en chemicaliën wordt gewerkt, kan vrij lang aanhoudende stankoverlast en
eventueel verontreiniging optreden.
De vrije luchtuitstroming mag niet worden belemmerd. Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen mogen het boven- en
het onderrooster niet gedeeltelijk of geheel worden bedekt, bijvoorbeeld door gordijnen, handdoek e. d. Er
mogen ook geen voorwerpen aan het toestel gemonteerd worden of tussen de achterwand en de muur
worden geklemd. In de warme luchtstroom mogen zich in de buurt van het verwarmingstoestel geen
brandbare voorwerpen van hout, papier, textiel e.d. en ontvlambare en brandgevaarlijke stoffen als was,
benzine, spuitbussen etc. bevinden.
Door de opstijgende warme lucht kunnen, zoals dit ook bij
andere verwarmingstoestellen van dit soort het geval is, op de
wand verkleuringen optreden.
Alleen wanneer het verwarmingstoestel buiten werking
gesteld is, mogen werkzaamheden worden verricht waarbij
ontvlambare dampen kunnen ontstaan, zoals het leggen of
het met een harde laag beschermen van parket resp. PVC-
vloer-bedekking of bij het gebruik van spuitbussen met
boenwas, benzine e.d.
1.4 Onderhoud
Voor de reiniging van de buitenzijde mogen geen schurende of bijtende reinigingsmiddelen worden gebruikt.
Reinigt u de bovenste en onderste luchtroosters van het apparaat regelmatig met een stofzuiger om deze
stofvrij te houden.

2. Montageaanwijzing
De montage en de aansluiting van deze AEG convectoren moeten door een installateur worden uitgevoerd,
waarbij deze montagevoorschriften moeten worden opgevolgd.
De montagevoorschriften horen bij het toestel en moeten door de eigenaar zorgvuldig worden bewaard.
Wanneer het apparaat van eigenaar wisselt, moeten deze aan de nieuwe eigenaar worden overhandigd.
AEG convectoren zijn elektrische direct-verwarmers die aan de wand worden bevestigd en vooral voor de
verwarming van kleinere ruimtes geschikt zijn, zoals werkruimtes, keukens, badkamers, wasruimtes e.d.
Bij de ingebruikname van het toestel, kan er een vreemde reuk ontstaan, die echter na korte tijd
verdwijnt. Even extra ventileren lost dit tijdelijke ongemak eenvoudig op.
De convector wordt compleet met aansluitkabel en stekker geleverd. (Uitzondering: WKL502 C tot WKL3002 C)
Het verwarmingstoestel mag niet direct onder een wandcontactdoos worden bevestigd!
2.1 Montage van de wandhouder
De wandhouder is middelpunt-geörienteerd (zie afbeelden en
onderstaande tabel).
De wandhouder kan als sjabloon voor de bevestiging dienen
en daarbij zorgen voor de noodzakelijke afstand tot de vloer.
Zet het dragend frame op de vloer en markeer de onderste
boorgaten (j), die overeenkomen met de gaten Aen D( I).

Til daarna de wandhouder op en wel zo, dat de gaten Bin de
wandhouder overeenstemmen met de zojuist gemarkeerde
punten (j). U kunt nu door de boorgaten Cen Din de
wandhouder heen de beide bovenste gaten voor de
wandbevestiging markeren ( II ). Boor daarna de gaten, plaats
de pluggen en bevestig de wandhouder met 4 schroeven.
2.2 Bevestiging van de convector
De convector wordt met de vier ophangsleuven, aan de
achterzijde van het toestel, opgehangen aan de wandbeugel.
Om het toestel vast te zetten is het voldoende de nijlon
schroef (4) op een van de twee bovenste bevestigingen een
halve slag te verdraaien.
Bij eventuele demontage, draait U eerst de schroef een halve
slag los en vervolgens haalt U het toestel uit de
ophangsleuven.

2.3 Elektrische aansluiting
Het apparaat is bestemd voor wisselspanning 230 V.
Neem de NEN 1010, de voorschriften van uw elektriciteitsbedrijf en die op het typeplaatje in acht.
Elektrische beveiliging!
De convectoren vallen in veiligheidsklasse II ( ) en zijn spatwaterdicht ( IP24).
Houdt u zich aan de gegevens op het typeplaatje!
De opgegeven spanning moet met de netspanning overeenstemmen. Kies een toevoer-leiding met voldoende
doorsnede. Voor de aansluiting moet op een afstand van minimaal 10 cm aan de zijkant van het
verwarmingstoestel een stopcontact of een apparatencontactdoos voor een vaste aansluiting worden
geïnstalleerd.
De vast aangelegde elektrische installatie moet volgens de bepalingen van de fabrikant met een omnipolaire
schakelinstallatie uitgerust worden die een contactopeningsafstand van minstens 3 mm heeft.
Bij onzichtbare beschadigingen van het aansluitsnoer van het apparaat dient dit door de fabrikant of zijn
klantendienst of een gekwalificeerd vakman vervangen te worden om gevaar te voorkomen.
In het algemeen geldt:
Bij de installatie van het verwarmingstoestel in ruimtes met een badkuip en/of douchebak moet de
veiligheidszone volgens NEN 1010 art. 727 overeenkomstig de specificaties op het typeplaatje van het
toestel in acht worden genomen.
Veiligheidsinstallatie
De convectoren bezitten een veiligheids-thermostaat (STB), die bij gevaar de verwarming uitschakelt.
Wanneer de oververhittingsbescherming het apparaat heeft uitgeschakeld, kan de storing worden verholpen
(b. v. afgedekte luchtuitstroomopening).
Na een afkoelingsperiode van een paar minuten kan het apparaat weer worden ingeschakeld. Wanneer de
oververhittingsbescherming bij het opnieuw in gebruik nemen weer aanslaat, moet een bevoegde
servicemonteur worden geraadpleegd om de storing op te heffen.
Let op:
Let op de veiligheidsafstanden (mm) overeenkomstig
navolgende afbeelden.
3. Garantie
Aanspraak op garantie bestaat uitsluitend in het land waar het toestel gekocht is.
U dient zich te wenden tot de vestiging van AEG of de importeur hiervan in het betreffende land.
De montage, de electrische installatie, het onderhoud en de eerste inbedrijfname mag uitsluitend
worden uitgevoerd door gekwalificeerd personeel.
De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor defecte toestellen, welke niet volgens de bijgeleverde gebruiks-
en montageaanwijzing zijn aangesloten of worden gebruikt.
3.1 Milieu en recycling
Wij verzoeken u ons bij de bescherming van het milieu behulpzaam te zijn. Verwijder de verpakking daarom
overeenkomstig de voor de afvalverwerking geldende nationale voorschriften.

1. Instrucciones de utilización
1.1 Conectar el aparato
Con el botón (1), situado en la pared lateral derecha del aparato, se conecta el convector (posición Idel
botón) o se desconecta (Posición Odel botón).
1.2 Calefacción
Girando hacia la izquierda el botón selector de temperatura
(2) se conecta la calefacción y se selecciona la temperatura.
Una vez efectuada la conexión el aparato calienta la
habitación rápida y regularmente. El aire penetra por abajo en
el aparato y aquí es calentado, y luego por convección vuelve
a salir del aparato por arriba, a través de las rejillas de salida
de aire. La temperatura ambiente deseada puede ajustarse, sin
escalonamientos, entre 6 °C y 30 °C. En cuanto se alcanza la
temperatura ajustada, el termostato (regulador de
temperatura) desconecta la calefacción, manteniéndose constante dicha temperatura mediante conexión
intermitente de la calefacción cuando la temperatura ambiente desciende.
Para mentener constante la misma temperatura en dos habitaciones distintas, es normal que, los botones
selectores no estén ajustados de forma idéntica. Esto mismo es aplicable para dos aparatos de calefacción
instalados en la misma habitación.
Para evitar un consumo excesivo de corriente eléctrica, mientras se ventilan las habitaciones con las
ventanas abiertas, es conveniente desconectar el aparato con ayuda del interruptor.
1.2.1 Protección contra heladas
El botón selector de temperatura (2) se sitúa en posición á.
Entonces, el termostato conecta automáticamente en el caso de que la temperatura ambiente descienda por
debajo de +6 °C. Atención a la correcta adecuación de la potencia calorífica del aparato con las necesidades
de calor!
1.2.2 Limitación del termostato
Para limitar el botón selector de una determinado posición de
ajuste, se sueltan los dos topes situados en la parte posterior
de la caja de mandos del aparato, y se montan a ambos lados
de la marca de referencia deseada. Estos dos pernos (3)
limitadores pueden utilizarse también para limitar un margen
de temperatura concreto.
1.3 ¡Atención!
No utilizar el aparato
– en estancias en las que exista riesgo de incendio o
explosión por la presencia de productos químicos, polvo, gases o vapores;
– en la proximidad de tuberías o recipientes que lleven o contengan productos inflamables o que
puedan deflagrar.
Por esta razón se deberán respetar las distancias mínimas.
En talleres u otros tipos de local en los que haya gases de escape, aceite u vapores de gasolina o en
los que se trabaje con disolventes y productos químicos, el aparato puede producir olores persistentes
y, dado el caso, ensuciamiento.
No puede dificultarse de ningún modo la salida libre del aire.
Por razones de seguridad no deben taparse ni obstruirse total
o parcialmente las rejillas de salida de aire superiores e
inferiores del aparato, p. ej. prendas de ropa, cortinas o
similares. Tampoco se deben apoyar objetos al aparato, ni
colocarlos entre el convector y la pared. En la corriente de aire
caliente cerca del convector no deben situarse objetos de
material fácilmente combustible, como p. ej. de papel, madera,
tejidos etc., ni tampoco debe haber materiales inflamables, como p. ej. cera, gasolina, botes de spray, etc.
Debido a la corriente de aire caliente ascen-dente, al igual que en otros aparatos de calefacción, pueden
aparecer manchas de color más oscuro en la pared.
Los trabajos, durante los cuales puedan desprenderse vapores inflamables, p. ej. colocación y
acuchillado de parket o de revestimientos de PVC, o durante la aplicación de ceras en spray, gasolina
o similares, únicamente podrán realizarse estando el convector desconectado y fuera de servcio.
1.4 Mantenimiento
Para la limpieza del aparato no pueden utilizarse productos abrasivos ni detergentes fuertes.
Las rejillas de salida de aire, superior e inferior, deben limpiarse periódicamente con un aspirador de polvo.

2. Instrucciones de montaje
El montaje y la conexión de estos convectores AEG, tienen que ser efectuados por un técnico autorizado,
respetando las indicaciones de estas instrucciones de montaje.
Las instrucciones de montaje se entregan junto con el aparato, y deben ser guardadas cuidado-samente por
el usuario. En caso de un cambio de propiedad del aparato, estas instrucciones de montaje y manejo deberán
entregarse al nuevo propietario.
Los convectores AEG son aparatos eléctricos de calefacción directa, que se fijan a la pared y que son
especialmente apropiados para calentar recintos de superficie pequeña, como pueden ser p. ej. despacho,
cocina, baño, etc.
En la primera puesta en servicio del aparato pueden producirse olores por lo que hay que segurar una
suficiente ventilación del lugar de emplazamiento.
El convector se entrega completo, con cable de conexión y enchufes. (Excepto: WKL502 C hasta WKL3002 C)
El aparato de calefacción no puede situarse directamente debajo de una caja de enchufes de pared.
2.1 Montaje de los soportes de pared
El soporte de pared está orientado al punto medio
(Ver figura y la tabla anterior).
Esta soporte puede servir como marca para la sujeción,
garantizando al mismo tiempo la distancia necesaria sobre el
suelo.
Emplazar el bastidor del aparato sobre el suelo y marcar los
orificios inferiores de taladro (j) que se corresponden con los
orificios Ay D( I).

A continuación se levanta el soporte de pared, de manera que
los taladros Ben el soporte de pared coincidan exactamente
con los puntos antes marcados (j).
Ahora se pueden marcar, a través de los orificios Cy D, en el
soporte de pared los dos orificios superiores para la sujeción a
la pared ( II ).
A continuación taladrar los orificios, colocar los ramplus
correspondientes y atornillar el soporte de pared con
4 tornillos.
2.2 Fijación del convector
El convector mediante sus soportes colocados en el lateral del
aparato, se fija simultáneamente sobre las cuatro bridas
soporte de pared y presionando hacia abajo queda fijado.
A continuación los pernios de cierre (4) del soporte de pared
se giran en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta el tope y de
este modo queda totalmente bloqueada la fijación.
Para soltar el convector hay que realizar la maniobra descrita
anteriormente en orden inverso.

2.3 Conexión eléctrica
El aparato está fabricado para corriente alterna 230 V.
Por favor observe las normas de conexión, las normas y reglamentaciones de la compañia de suministro
eléctrico y la placa de caracteristicas.
¡Seguridad eléctrica!
Los convectores tienen la clase de protección II ( ) y la protección contra salpicaduras de agua ( IP24).
¡Atención a la placa de características!
La tensión que figura en la placa de características tiene que coincidir con la tensión de red. Elegir una
sección adecuada para los conductores. La toma de corriente, deberá instalarse a una distancia lateral de
10 cm como mínimo del aparato una caja de enchufes para aparatos para conexión fija.
La instalación eléctrica fija ha de equiparse con un mecanismo interruptor omnipolar que tenga un intervalo
de apertura de 3 mm como mínimo.
Si la línea de conexión del aparato ha sufrido daños visibles, hágala reemplazar por el fabricante, por su
servicio posventa o por un técnico cualificado para evitar riesgos.
En general tendrá validez lo siguiente:
Al instalar el aparato de calefacción en baños o duchas, hay que tener muy en cuenta el margen de
protección según VDE 0100/DIN 57 100, parte 701, de acuerdo con las indicaciones que figuran en la placa
de características del aparato.
Dispositivos de seguridad
Los convectores están provistos de un regulador de temperatura de seguridad (STB) que desconecta la

aparato, hay que eliminar la causa que ha provocado la desconexión (p. ej aberturas de salida de aire
obstruidas).
Transcurrido un tiempo de enfriamiento de algunos minutos, el aparato vuelve a ponerse en funcionamiento.
Si al ponerse otra vez en servicio el aparato se vuelve a activar el dispositivo de protección contra
sobretemperatura, hay que avisar al Servicio de Atención al Cliente autorizado para que repare la avería.

1. Návod k pouití
1.1 Zapnutí pøístroje
Pomocí spínaèe (1) na pravé stranì pøístroje lze konvektor zapnout (poloha spínaèe I ) nebo
vypnout (poloha spínaèe O).
1.2 Topení
Otoèením ovladaèe pro nastavení teploty (2) doleva se
zapín topení a nastavuje se teplota. Po zapnutí zaène
pøístroj rychle a rovnomìrnì vyhøívat místnost. Vzduch
vstupuje do pøístroje ze spodní strany, ohøív se, díky
konvekci proudí nahoru a pøes výstupní møíku vystupuje
ven z pøístroje. Poadovanou teplotu místnosti lze plynule
nastavit mezi 6a cca 30°C. Regul tor teploty vypne
topení, jakmile je nastaven teplota místnosti dosaena,
a tato je d le udrov na na konstantní hodnotì obèasným pøihøív ním.
Pro stejnou teplotu ve dvou rùzných místnostech je norm lní, e ovladaèe pro nastavení teploty
nemusí být zcela shodnì nastaveny. Toté platí pro dvì topn tìlesa instalovan v tée místnosti.
Aby se zabr nilo pøíli vysoké spotøebì proudu pøi otevøených oknech, je nutno pøístroj vypnout
pomocí spínaèe.
1.2.1 Ochrana proti zamrznutí
Ovladaè pro nastavení teploty (2) se nastaví do polohy á.
Regul tor teploty automaticky pøepne na reim vyt pìní, jestlie teplota místnosti poklesne pod cca
+6°C. Dbejte na spr vné stanovení spotøeby tepla vzhledem k topnému výkonu pøístroje!
1.2.2 Omezení regulátoru teploty
Aby se rozsah nastavení ovladaèe teploty omezil na urèité
nastavení, je tøeba uvolnit oba kolíky (3) na zadní stranì
spínací skøíòky a na obou stran ch namontovat
poadované znaèky. Oba kolíky mohou být rovnì pouity
pro omezení rozsahu teploty.
1.3 Bezpeènostní pøedpisy
Pøístroj se nesmí pouívat
 v prostorách, v nich hrozí nebezpeèí v buchu
vzhledem k pøítomnosti chemikálií, prachu, plynù
nebo v parù,
 v bezprostøední blízkosti vedení nebo nádob,
které vedou nebo obsahují hoølavé nebo v buné látky.
Z tohoto dùvodu musí b t bezpodmíneènì dodrovány minimální vzdálenosti.
V dílnách nebo jin ch prostorách, kde se vyskytují zplodiny, nebo kde se pracuje s
rozpoutìdly a chemikáliemi, je cítit zápach oleje, benzinu a podobnì, mùe docházet k
déletrvajícímu nepøíjemnému pachu a pøípadnì ke zneèitìní.
Nesmí být omezov no volné proudìní vzduchu. Z
bezpeènostních dùvodù se proto nesmí zcela ani
è steènì zakrývat horní a spodní vzduchové møíky na
pøístroji, napø. z clonami, kusy pr dla apod. Na pøístroj
se rovnì nesmí pokl dat  dné pøedmìty nebo je
zasunovat mezi pøístroj a stìnu. V proudu teplého
vzduchu v blízkosti topidla se nesmí nach zet  dné
hoølavé pøedmìty ze døeva, papíru, textilií apod. a rovnì

V dùsledku výstupu teplého vzduchu mùe, stejnì jako u vech ostatních topidel, doch zet k

2. Pokyny k montái
Mont  a pøipojení konvektorù AEG musí prov dìt odborník, a to pøi dodrení tìchto pokynù k
mont i.
Pokyny k mont i patøí k pøístroji a je tøeba, aby je majitel pøístroje peèlivì uchov val. V pøípadì
zmìny majitele je tøeba je pøedat n sledujícímu majiteli.
Konvektory AEG jsou elektrické pøímotopné pøístroje, které se upevòují na stìnu a jsou vhodné
zejména pro vyt pìní meních prostor, napø. pracovny, kuchynì, koupelny, umýv rny apod.
Pøi prvním uvedení pøístroje do provozu dochází k v skyt zápachu, take je nutno zajistit
dostateèné vìtrání prostoru (napø. pøestavení oken do vyklopené polohy).
Konvektor je dod v n jako kompletní jednotka s pøívodním kabelem a vidlicí. (Výjimka: WKL502 C a
WKL3002 C)
Topidlo nesmí být instalov no a nesmí se pouívat bezprostøednì pod síovou z suvkou!

Poté nadzvednìte drák na stìnu nahoru, a to tak,
aby otvory B v dráku na stìnu byly v zákrytu s právì
vyznaèenými body (j).

Poté vyvrtejte otvory, vlote hmodinky a upevnìte
drák na stìnu pomocí 4 roubù.
2.2 Upevnìní konvektoru
Konvektor je tøeba upevòovacími dr kami na zadní
stranì pøístroje souèasnì zavìsit na 4 z vìsy na dr ku
na stìnu a zatlaèit dolù do aretované polohy. Poté je
tøeba fixaèní roub (4) upevnìní na stìnu ve smìru
hodinových ruèièek dot hnout a na doraz a tím
upevnìní zajistit.
Pøi uvolnìní konvektoru je tøeba shora uvedené úkony
provést v obr ceném poøadí.

2.3 Elektrické pøipojení
Pøístroj je urèen pro støídav proud 230 V.
Dodrujte ustanovení VDE 0100, pøedpisy vaeho dodavatele elektrické energie a pokyny na
výrobním títku.

Konvektory spadají pod tøídu ochrany II ( ) a ochrany proti støíkající vodì ( IP24).
Dbejte na údaje na v robním títku!
Uvedené napìtí musí souhlasit s napìtím sítì. Pouijte dostateèný prùøez pøívodních vodièù. Pro
pøipojení je tøeba ve vzd lenosti nejménì 10 cm od topidla nainstalovat z suvku nebo krabici pro
pevné pøipojení pøístroje.
Pevnì instalované elektrické vedení musí být podle pøedpisù zøizovatele vybaveno vepólovým
spínacím zaøízením, které m rozevøení kontaktù alespoò 3 mm.
Je-li pøívodní kabel pøístroje viditelnì pokozen, je nutné nechat kabel vymìnit výrobcem, servisem
výrobce nebo kvalifikovaným odborníkem azabr nit tak moným nebezpeèím.

Bezpeènostní prvky
Konvektory jsou vybaveny bezpeènostním omezovaèem teploty (STB), který pøi nebezpeèí vypne

(napø.zakrytý výstupní otvor).
Po nìkolika minut ch chlazov ní se pøístroj opìt uvede do provozu. Jestlie pøi n sledujícím
