Before Use
Please read the following before using and installing
this product. You need to check the whole cabinet and each compartment
to ensure everything is intact. Use the following steps to ensure proper
power connection.
Setup Instructions
Remove the AC power cord from the box and plug it into the socket.
Open the back/side door with the triangle key and turn on the blue breaker
switch.
Connect laptops (or other devices) in the front of the cart to the AC power
strips in the back of the cart to charge when the cart is turned on.
Close and lock the front doors.
Press the UV button to start a UV Disinfecting Cycle or the Power Button to start
a Charging Cycle. More detailed Cycle instructions on the next page.
***Warning: UV light is harmful to human skin and eyes. To protect from any
damage to yourself or others, the UV lights will shut off should the cabinet
doors be opened while the UV cycle is running.
1. Make sure the socket can be grounded. When the
socket has a ground connection, there must be no
voltage between Pe and N. Pe and L must be L110V.
2. Please do not use in the following environments and place in a suitable
space with breaks applied to the two lockable wheels.

Cycle Charging
To reduce load the average 15A wall outlet, each cart now operates with cycle
charging. Each row (10 AC Outlets each) will cycle through a set charging time set by
the user. There are 15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour long charging cycles that can
be selected. Each row will charge for X amount of time before switching to the next row
and will end once the set charging time reaches between 1 and 24 hours (user set) or
if continuous charging mode is on.
Set Charging Time
Pressing the SET button (1) time will allow you to set the number of hours for the Charging
Cycle. Pressing the (^)UP and (v)DOWN buttons will cycle numbers between C01 and
C24 representing the number of hours. Choose a charging time between 1 and 24 hours.
Press set again to select Cycle Charging time. Select between (1) 15-minute,
(2) 30-minute, and (3) 1-hour cycles.
Power Button
When the Green Power Button is pressed, charging cycle will begin. The Charging Cycle
will continue until it reaches its programmed time (up to 24 hours later.)
Continuous Charging Mode
The Power Button can also be held for 3 seconds to initiate continuous power mode. In
Continuous Power Mode, devices will continue to charge until turned off again
or power is lost.
UV Button
Press the UV Button to run a UV Disinfecting Cycle. There are settings for 5, 10, or 15
minutes cycles. Press the button (1) time for 5 minutes, (2) times in quick succession for
10 minutes, and 3 times for 15 minutes. Hold the UV Button for 5 seconds to cancel.
Should the cabinet doors be opened while a cycle is running, the lights will turn off.
Local Time Setting
Press the SET button (2) times and the numbers sho ld star blinking. Press the (^)UP
and (v)DOWN buttons to set the hour, then press SET again to select the minutes. Press
SET once more when the time is correct.
Lock/Unlock Keys
Press the (^)UP button for 4 seconds until you hear a beep. This will lock all the buttons.
Repeat the process to unlock all buttons.

Safety & Disposal of UV Bulbs
Appropriate use of this product is expected and is the responsibility of the
of this product.
This product uses UV-C light. Eyes and skin should be kept from exposure.
Eye inflammation and skin irritation can occur from prolonged exposure. For
sensitive skin, burns may occur.
Do not touch the glass UV bulb surface. Fingerprints create a barrier and
reduce UV ability.
Do not use this device on people, food, or pets.
Keep out of each of hildren. This product is not a toy.
Do not attempt to disassemble this product. Nor is it serviceable. Warranty
will be void.
This UV bulb contains mercury in very small amounts. Precautions should be
used to prevent breakage.
Mercury may cause injury if swallowed and is known to cause reproductive
harm.
Dispose of this product responsibly per regulations.
Do not expose this product to water, liquids or moisture. Electricity is present.
UV-C can discolor materials such as plastic and fabric over a period of time
Breakage: All visible bulb components should be cautiously swept into a
sealable bag, box or jar and taken outdoors.
Caution: The UV bulb contains a very small amount of mercury.
As suggested by the EPA, do not vacuum up broken glass unless it is the only
remaining debris. The same steps used to clean-up common CFL’s may be

When done, this prevents mercury from entering the environment and reuse
of glass, and metal is possible.
Refuse collection can be handled by commercial waste contractors, munici-
palities, or other local household waste programs.

Maintenance
Do not attempt to service this product. Contact customer service at Charge-
Tech for guidance.
Do not subject the bulb to fingerprints, solvents, or abrasion.
Cleaning the bulb with a damp cloth or lens tissue is advised when the unit
is not plugged in and the device is at room temperature only.
It is advised to change the UV bulbs after 1 year of use or 5000 total hours
of disinfection time. Contact ChargeTech Sales to bulb replacements.
