1製品使用上のご注意 Cautions on Using Product
1.1 全般 General
設置、接続、運転、操作、点検、故障診断の作業は、取扱説明書の内容に従い、適切に行って下さい。
誤った作業を行うと、火災・感電・けがの原因になります。
Perform installation, connection, operation, manipulation, inspection and failure diagnosis work properly in
accordance with the instruction manual. Incorrect work may cause fire, electrical shock and injury.
1.2 設置・保管・輸送の条件
The condition of installation and transportation and safekeeping
輸送・保管については安全な場所で、温度-10℃〜60℃ 湿度 80%以下の範囲として下さい。
For transport andstorage, keep in a safe place, with a temperature range of -10 to +60℃and humidity
below 80%.
回転機器が内蔵されていますので、水平で振動の無い場所に設置して下さい。
Rotary equipment is built into the product. Install the product in a horizontal place without vibrations.
爆発・引火性ガス・腐食の危険がある場所や、水のかかる場所、可燃物のそばでは使用しないで下さい。
Do not use the product in places with explosive orflammable gas, with corrosion risk, with water splashes
or near combustible substances.
本機は、屋内クリーンルーム内 又は、清浄度の高い工場に設置することを前提とした構造となっていますので、屋
外などには設置しないで下さい。
The product is designed to be installed in an indoor clean room or highly cleaned factory. Do not install it
outdoors.
常温（周囲温度10〜40℃ / 湿度80％以下）で、結露しない場所に設置して下さい。高温・結露は、電気部品の故
障、感電の原因になります。
Install the product in a place without dew condensation at room temperature (ambient temperature: 10 to
40ºC, humidity: 80% or less). High temperature and dew condensation may cause electrical parts to fail
and may cause an electrical shock.
排気口は十分なスペース（排気口より 100 ㎜以上）を設けて下さい。排気口を塞ぐと正規の吸引力が発揮できませ
ん。また、ボックス内部で十分な冷却が行われないため、モータ焼けや電気部品の故障原因となります。
Provide sufficient space around the exhaust port (100 mm or more).
Clogging the exhaust port disables the regular suction force, and may cause motor burning and electrical
part failure due to insufficient cooling inside the product.
フィルタの交換、メンテナンスのしやすい場所に設置して下さい。
（ﾌｨﾙﾀ交換のため、本体正面から 350 ㎜以上のスペースが必要です。）
Install the product in a place where filter replacement and maintenance can be performed easily.
(To replace f ilters, a space of 350 mm or more is required from the main body front face.)
本機は歩行面から 0.2〜2ｍの範囲で設置してください。
Install the product in a place of 0.2 to 2.0 m from the walking plane.
本機の設置標高は1,000ｍ以下です。
The installation height of the product is 1,000 m or less
設置区分は汚染度Ⅱ(製造工場)です。
The installation classification is “Contamination level Ⅱ(manufacturing plant).
1.3 接続 Connection
接続は、確実におこなって下さい。ケーブルを無理に曲げたり、引っ張ったりしないで下さい。
火災・感電の原因になります。
Connect the product securely.
Do not bend or pull cablesforcibly. Forcible bending or pulling may cause a fire and electrical shock.
異なった電源で使用しないで下さい。また、アース線を接続してお使い下さい。
Use the correct power supply, and connect the ground wire.
電源の過電圧カテゴリーは区分Ⅲです。（産業用装置など）
The category of over-voltage of the power supply is division Ⅲ(industrial device).

1.4 運転Operation
運転中に移動させないで下さい。
Do not move it during the operation.
停電した時には、電源を切って下さい。復旧時に、けが・装置破損の原因になります。
Turn OFF the power when an instantaneous power interruption occurs.
Otherwise, injury or product damage may be caused when the product recovers.
フィルタを取り外したり、目詰まりや破損した状態で運転すると、
ブロア内への異物が混入して、故障の原因となります。 正しくフィルタを取り付けてご使用ください。
Operation without filter or with a clogged and damaged filter may cause trouble, because foreign
substances enter the blower. Install thefilter properly before operating the machine.
1.5 修理・分解・改造 Repair, disassembly and modification
本体を分解・改造しないで下さい。感電・けがの原因になります。内部の点検や修理はお買い上げになった販売店に
連絡して下さい。
Do not disassemble or modify the machine.
Disassembly and modification may cause an electrical shock and injury.
Contact your dealerfor internal inspection and repair.
1.6 廃棄 Disposal
産業廃棄物として適切に処分してください。
Dispose of the product properly as industrial waste
2製品到着時の確認 Confirmation and Preparation at Arrival
開梱されましたら、各部の不足部品がないかご確認下さい。
万一、運送途中での破損・部品不足などがございましたら、すぐにご連絡下さい。
After unpacking, make sure that all parts are provided.
Contact our company immediately if parts are damaged during transportation or not provided.

4操作 Operation
4.1 電源について Power supply
異なった電源で運転されますと、故障の原因になります。
Operating the product with a different power supply may
cause a failure.
本機の電源は、単相電源です。The power supply is single-phase,
供給電圧の許容範囲は、±10％です。
電源コード（コード長さ 3m）付きです。（アース付プラグ）
The allowable supply voltage range is ±10%.
The power cable of 3 m with a grounding plug is included.
4.2 運転前の確認 Confirmation before operation
①据え付け状態にがたつき等の異常がないかを確認してください。
Confirm that the product is installed properly without any abnormality such as backlash.
②アースはとれているかを確認してください。
Confirm that grounding is done correctly.
③電源コ−ド、ア−スの接続、絶縁、定格電圧になっているかを確認してください。
Confirm that the power cable and grounding plug are connected correctly, insulation is provided properly, and
the ratedvoltage is realized.
①〜③を確認し、用意できましたら、
Confirm items [1] to [3] above, and then proceed to the item [4].
④主電源スイッチを入れて、主電源ランプの点灯を確認してください。
Turn ON the MAIN POWER switch, and confirm that the MAIN POWER indicator lamp lights.
⑤異常音が(金属音など)ないか確認してください。
Confirm that abnormal sounds (such as metallic sounds) are not generated.
4.3 運転手順 Operation procedure
①設置状態を確認し、電源コンセントを入れてください。
Connect the power plug to the electrical outlet.
②主電源スイッチを入れて、ランプの点灯を確認してください。
Turn ON the MAIN POWER switch, and confirm that the power indicator lamp lights.
③風量調整ツマミを右に回転させ、（低、中、高）任意の位置にセットしてください。
注）低速〜高速の設定は無段階調整となっております。
Turnclockwise the air volume adjusting knob, and set it to an arbitrary position(stop, low, medium or
high)
Note; The airvolume is adjustable in the nonstop method from the low speed to the high speed.
吸込み口がふさがれると圧力上昇し、
モーター焼けの原因となります。
If the suction port is clogged, the pressure will increase,
resulting in burnout of the motor.

5保守・点検 Maintenance and Inspection
5.1 保守点検時の注意事項 Cautions on maintenance and inspection
5.2 １次フィルタの交換  Replacement of primary filters
点検時は必ず電源を切り、コンセントからプラグを抜いて、電路遮断を
行ってください。
Make sure to turn OFF the main power, and disconnect the power plug
from the electrical outlet to cut off the electricity before starting
inspection.
摩耗や破損したﾌｨﾙﾀをそのまま使用すると、吸込んだ粉塵を大気に再飛散
させ、電気部品の損傷となります。
機械の故障、事故を未然に防ぎ、
末永くご使用頂けますよう、点検、手入れは必ず行ってください。
Using aworn or damaged filter willrelease sucked dust to the
atmosphere, and damage electrical parts.
Make sure to inspect and maintain,to prevent failures and accidents in
the product and
to
use the product for a long time.
フィルタの交換時は、電源を切り、
コンセントからプラグを抜いて、電路遮断を行ってください。
Make sure to turn OFF the power, and disconnect the power plug from
the electrical outlet before starting inspection.
①１次フィルタ室扉を外します
扉は、マグネットでとまっていますので、斜
め手前に引くと簡単に取り外すことができ
ます。
Remove the door of the primary filter
chamber. Because the door is
attached only by attraction of magnet,
only pulling the door sidlingly allows it
to be detached easily.
② フィルタ上部の蝶ネジ（各２ヵ所）を取り外します。
Remove the wing screws (2for each) of thefilter upper part.

③ フィルタ押さえ板を手前に倒し、フィルタを取ります。
Pull down the filter-holding plate toward you to pick up the filter.

5.3 排気フィルタの交換  Replacement of exhaust filter

① スライドカムロック（４ヶ所）を廻して、
排気フィルタ室扉を取り外します。
Turn the slide cam lock (4sections) to remove the
door of the exhaust filter chamber.

② フィルタ上部のナット（４ヶ所）を外し、フィルタ
押さえ板を取り外す。
Remove the 4 nuts of thefilter upper part
to remove the filter-holding plate.

取り付け 
Installation

1〜6の順番で取り付けます。
ナット４ヶ所を均等にしっかりと締め付けてください。きっちりと
締め付けられていないと、
排気側よりパーティク漏れの原因となります。
スプリングワッシャーが、閉じていることを確認してください。
Attach the parts in the order of 1 through 6.
Tighten the 4 nutsfirmly by uniform tighteningforce.
Failure not to do so will cause particles to be leaked
from the exhaust side.
Make sure that the spring washer is closed.

6正常に動作しない場合の対策
Countermeasures against Abnormal Operation

[1] 排気口/吸引口が塞がれていないか確認
Make sure that the exhaust port and suction port are not
clogged.
[2] 定格電圧の確認。（タコ足配線になっていないか）
Confirm the ratedvoltage.
(Confirm that a star-burst connection of several plugs in
one outlet is not adopted.)
[3] フィルタの目詰まりによりモータが過熱していないか確認。
Confirmthat the motor is not overheated by clogged filters.
②吸引力低下
The suctionforce is
deteriorated.
