Chroma-Q warrants to th original purchas r, with proof of purchas , that its d liv r d products shall b fr from d f cts in
mat rial and workmanship und r normal us for a p riod of 12 months from dat of shipm nt.
Chroma-Q will r pair, or at its option, provid an quival nt it m or r plac , th d f ctiv product during th stat d warranty
p riod. This warranty appli s only to th r pair or r plac m nt of th product and only wh n th product is prop rly handl d,
install d and maintain d according to Chroma-Q instructions. This warranty xclud s d f cts r sulting from improp r
handling, storag , installation, acts of God, fir , vandalism or civil disturbanc s. Purchas r must notify Chroma-Q in writing
within 14 days of noticing th d f ct. This warranty xclud s fi ld labour or s rvic charg s r lat d to th r pair or
r plac m nt of th product.
Th warranty contain d h r in shall not xt nd to any finish d goods or spar parts from which any s rial numb r has b n
r mov d or which hav b n damag d or r nd r d d f ctiv (a) as a r sult of normal w ar and t ar, willful or accid ntal
damag , n glig nc , misus or abus ; (b) du to wat r or moistur , lightning, windstorm, abnormal voltag , harmonic
distortion, dust, dirt, corrosion or oth r xt rnal caus s; (c) by op ration outsid th sp cifications contain d in th us r
docum ntation; (d) by th us of spar parts not manufactur d or sold by Chroma-Q or by th conn ction or int gration of
oth r quipm nt or softwar not approv d by Chroma-Q unl ss th Custom r provid s acc ptabl proof to Chroma-Q that
th d f ct or damag was not caus d by th abov ; ( ) by modification, r pair or s rvic by anyon oth r than Chroma-Q,
who has not appli d for and b n approv d by Chroma-Q to do such modification, r pair or s rvic unl ss th Custom r
provid s acc ptabl proof to Chroma-Q that th d f ct or damag was not caus d by th abov ; (f) du to proc dur s,
d viating from proc dur s sp cifi d by Chroma-Q or (g) du to failur to stor , install, t st, commission, maintain, op rat or
us finish d goods and spar parts in a saf and r asonabl mann r and in accordanc with Chroma-Q’s instructions (h) by
r pair or r plac m nt of ngin s without factory training.
Th warranty contain d h r in shall not apply to finish d goods or spar parts which ar sold “as is”, as “s cond-hand”, as
us d”, as “d mo” or und r similar qualifications or to Consumabl s (“Consumabl s” is d fin d as any part(s) of goods or
part(s) for us with goods, which part(s) of goods or part(s) for us with goods ar consum d during th op ration of th
goods and which part(s) of goods or part(s) for us with goods r quir r plac m nt from tim to tim by a us r such as, but
not limit d to, light bulbs).
Th warranty contain d h r in shall not apply, unl ss th total purchas pric for th d f ctiv finish d goods or spar parts
has b n paid by th du dat for paym nt.
Th warranty contain d h r in appli s only to th original purchas r and ar not assignabl or transf rabl to any
subs qu nt purchas r or nd-us r.
This warranty is subj ct to th shipm nt of th goods, within th warranty p riod, to th ChromaQ warranty r turns
d partm nt, by th purchas r, at th purchas rs xp ns . If no fault is found, ChromaQ will charg th purchas r for th
subs qu nt r turn of th goods.
Chroma-Q r s rv s th right to chang th warranty p riod without prior notic and without incurring obligation and
xpr ssly disclaims all warranti s not stat d in this limit d warranty.
