Questa è CIRCUS DIVISION, una gamma completamente nuova di attrezzature
aeree progettate e realizzate in Italia da PLAY S.r.l. secondo quanto previsto dalla
Direttiva 2001/95/CE e certicate secondo la normativa Europea UNI EN 913:2019
avendo in particolare fatto rispettare il progetto redatto, seguito la norma tecnica
applicabile all’impiego e realizzato i componenti e materiali conformemente alla
tipologia di prodotto nale.

Le presenti istruzioni sono destinate ad informarvi sul corretto utilizzo del prodotto
per tutta la sua durata: leggete, comprendete e conservate queste istruzioni. In
caso di smarrimento, le istruzioni sono scaricabili dal sito

Il rivenditore deve fornire il manuale istruzioni nella lingua del paese utilizzatore
del prodotto.
UTILIZZO
Questo equipaggiamento deve essere usato solo da persone addestrate e
competenti oppure sotto la supervisione di persone addestrate e competenti. Con
queste istruzioni non apprenderete le tecniche dei lavori in altezza o di qualsiasi
altra attività associata: dovete aver ricevuto una formazione adeguata prima di
utilizzare questo equipaggiamento.

L’acrobatica o danza aerea, e ogni altra attività per la quale questo prodotto
può essere usato, sono potenzialmente pericolose.
Un’incorretta scelta o utilizzo, oppure un’incorretta manutenzione del
prodotto può causare danni, gravi ferite o morte. L’utilizzatore deve essere in
grado di controllare la sua sicurezza e di gestire le situazioni di anticaduta, è
essenziale per la sicurezza che il dispositivo o il punto di ancoraggio sia sempre
correttamente posizionato e che il lavoro sia effettuato in modo da ridurre al
minimo il rischio di cadute e l’altezza di caduta. Vericare lo spazio libero al di
sotto dell’utilizzatore sul luogo di lavoro e prima di ogni occasione di utilizzo, in
modo che in caso di caduta non ci sia collisione con il suolo, né la presenza di
altri ostacoli sulla traiettoria di caduta.
Essendo l’imbracatura anticaduta il solo dispositivo di presa del corpo
accettabile che può essere utilizzato in un sistema anticaduta e data la natura
delle attività di acrobatica e danza aerea che normalmente non prevedono
l’utilizzo di tale dispositivo, è richiesto l’utilizzo un materasso anticaduta
omologato posizionato sulla traiettoria di caduta.
Il prodotto deve essere usato solo come di seguito descritto e non deve essere
modicato. Deve essere usato in abbinamento ad altri articoli con caratteristiche
adatte ed in accordo alle normative europee (EN), considerando i limiti di ogni
singolo pezzo dell’equipaggiamento. Se possibile questo prodotto deve essere
considerato come personale.

MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia delle parti tessili e plastiche: lavare esclusivamente con acqua dolce e
sapone neutro (temperatura massima di 30°C) e lasciare asciugare in modo
naturale, lontano da fonti dirette di calore. Pulizia delle parti metalliche: lavare con
acqua dolce ed asciugare. Temperatura: mantenere questo prodotto al di sotto di
80°C per non pregiudicare le prestazioni e la sicurezza del prodotto. Agenti chimici:
buttare il prodotto in caso di contatto con reagenti chimici, solventi o carburanti,
che potrebbero alterare le caratteristiche del prodotto.
CONSERVAZIONE
Conservare il prodotto disimballato in un luogo fresco, asciutto, lontano dalla luce
e da fonti di calore, alta umidità, bordi od oggetti acuminati, sostanze corrosive o
ogni altra possibile causa di danno o deterioramento.

i danni dovuti agli incidenti e alle negligenze, gli utilizzi ai quali questo prodotto

INFORMAZIONI SPECIFICHE
Innovativo gancio per tessuti aerei progettato e certicato per garantire la massima
sicurezza e facilità di impiego. Il gancio CIRCUS DIVISION ha un’anima in acciaio
inossidabile ricoperta di silicone, si appende tramite un anello di sollevamento
di 40 cm passante per il foro centrale ssato al punto di ancoraggio tramite un
moschettone.
Consigliamo sempre l’utilizzo di moschettoni a chiusura automatica ma utilizzatori
più esperti possono ricorrere all’utilizzo di moschettoni a ghiera, decisamente più
economici.
Uno dei vantaggi degni di nota di questo design cilindrico consiste nel fatto
che permette di ssare i tessuti tramite il nodo BARCAIOLO o PARLATO, il più
raccomandato, sicuro e semplice, che consente di tenere le due estremità ben
separate tra loro minimizzando lo stress subito dal tessuto stesso. Il corpo in
silicone di 65 mm di diametro e i proli arrotondati garantiscono la migliore
protezione contro l’usura e lo stiramento del tessuto nel rispetto dei criteri dettati
dalla certicazione del produttore che ne raccomanda la sostituzione in caso di
segni di stiramento e smagliature.
La copertura in silicone spessa 1 cm, per un peso totale del gancio di 630 gr, oltre
a salvaguardare i tessuti protegge l’anima in acciaio da eventuali urti che possono
vericarsi durante l’utilizzo e il trasporto.
Il gancio è certicato per un carico di utilizzo di 150 kg circa (150 dN) con un
coefciente di sicurezza di 10:1, il che signica che l’anima in acciaio può essere
sottoposta ad un carico di 1500 Kg circa.
A questo si aggiunga la protezione in silicone, che con la sua elasticità ammortizza
l’effetto del carico e il fatto che tutto il sistema è appeso tramite un anello di
sollevamento certicato per sostenere no a 4500 Kg circa (45 kn) per capire
subito che stiamo parlando del gancio per tessuti aerei più robusto e sicuro nora
concepito.
REVISIONE
Oltre al normale controllo visivo effettuato prima, durante e dopo ogni utilizzo,
questo prodotto deve essere esaminato da una persona competente con frequenza
di 12 mesi, a partire dalla data del primo utilizzo del prodotto; la registrazione di
questa data e dei successivi controlli deve essere effettuata sulla scheda di vita del
prodotto: conservare la documentazione per il controllo e per riferimento per tutta
la vita del prodotto. Controllare la leggibilità delle marcature del prodotto.

In caso di uno dei seguenti difetti il prodotto deve essere messo fuori servizio:
- Presenza di fessure sulle parti metalliche;
- Deformazione permanente di una parte metallica;
- Corrosione che altera gravemente lo stato superciale (non sparisce dopo un
leggero sfregamento con carta vetrata).
Se l’articolo o uno dei suoi componenti mostrano segni d’usura o difetti, deve
essere sostituito, anche solo in caso di dubbio. Ogni elemento che fa parte del
sistema di sicurezza può essere danneggiato durante una caduta e deve dunque
sempre essere esaminato prima di essere riutilizzato.
DURATA DI VITA
La durata di vita del prodotto è illimitata, in assenza di cause che lo mettano fuori
uso e a condizione di effettuare controlli periodici almeno una volta ogni 12 mesi
a partire dalla data del primo utilizzo del prodotto e di registrare i risultati nella
scheda di vita del prodotto.
I seguenti fattori possono però ridurre la vita del prodotto: utilizzo intenso, danni
a componenti del prodotto, contatti con sostanze chimiche, temperature elevate,
abrasioni, tagli, urti violenti, errori nell’uso e nella conservazione raccomandati. Nel
dubbio che il prodotto non offra più la necessaria sicurezza, contattare la società
PLAY S.r.l. o il distributore.

ATTENZIONE! Il carico di lavoro di un sistema e la sua resistenza alla rottura
sono determinati dall’anello più debole della catena. Ciò signica che si deve
sempre fare riferimento al CMU e CMR delle VITI utilizzate per l’installazione.

MONTAGGIO
1) Arrotolare il tessuto su se stesso nella parte centrale dove trovate l’etichetta prodotto
per renderlo più snello e facile da manipolare.
2) Creare un anello di circa 10 cm.
3) Creare un secondo anello a sinistra del primo di pari dimensioni.
E’ importante che i 2 anelli siano eseguiti come nella foto.
4) Sovrapporre il secondo anello (quello di sinistra) al primo. Il nodo BARCAIOLO è fatto.
5) Inlare il gancio all’interno del nodo. In questa fase il tessuto è ancora voluminoso.
6) Tirare le estremità e aggiustare il nodo in modo che si assottigli e sia ben posizionato
tra i due bordi in silicone.
7) Attaccare le 2 estremità dell’anello di sollevamento al moschettone.
Una volta appeso, applicando il proprio peso, il nodo si assottiglierà ulteriormente e si
orienterà automaticamente nella posizione corretta.

These instructions inform you about the correct use throughout the life of the
product: read, understand and keep these instructions. If lost, you can download

The retailer must provide the instruction manual in the language of the country
where the product is to be used.
USE
This equipment should be used only by trained and competent persons. Otherwise
the user should be under the direct supervision of a trained and competent person.
This notice will not teach you the techniques for work at height or any other
associated activity: you must have received qualied instruction before using this
product.
WARNING
Aerial dance and aerial acrobatics and any other activity for which these
products may be used, is inherently dangerous. The consequences of incorrect
selection, misuse or poor maintenance of equipment could result in damage,
serious injury or death. The user must be medically capable to control his own
security and any possible emergency situations. For equipment intended for
use in fall arrest systems, it is essential for safety that the anchor device or
anchor point should always be positioned, and the work carried out in such
way as to minimize both the potential for falls and the potential fall distance.
Verify the free space required beneath the user at the workplace before each
occasion of use, so that, in the case of a fall, there will be no collision with the
ground or the other obstacle in the fall path.
Being a full body harness the only acceptable body holding device that can be
used in a fall arrest system and given that by their nature aerial acrobatics and
aerial dance generally don’t provide the use of such devices, it is required the
use of an approved safety mat placed in the fall path.
The product should only be used as instructed and no alterations should be
made to it. It may be used in conjunction with any appropriate items of suitable
specication and according to the EN standards, with due consideration to the
limitations of each individual piece of equipment. If possible this product should
be treated as personal.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning of the textile and plastic parts: rinse in clean water and neutral soap
(max temperature 30° C) and dry naturally away from direct heat. Cleaning of the
metallic parts: rinse in clean water and then dry. Temperature: Always keep this
product below 80°C so as not to affect the performance of the product.
Chemicals: withdraw the product from service If it comes into contact with
chemical reagents, solvents or fuels which could affect the performance of the
product.
STORAGE
Store unpacked in a cool, dry, dark place away from heat sources, high humidity,
sharp edges, corrosives or other possible causes of damage.
RESPONSIBILITY
The company PLAY S.r.l., or the distributor, will not accept any responsibility for
damage, injury or death resulting from misuse of or from modications to a PLAY
S.r.l. – CIRCUS DIVISION branded product. It is the user’s responsibility at all times
to ensure that he/she understands the correct and safe use of any equipment
supplied by or from PLAY S.r.l., that he/she uses it only for the purposes for which
it is designed and that he/she practices all proper safety procedures. Before
using the equipment, take all necessary steps to familiarize yourself with rescue
techniques should an emergency occur. You personally assume all the risks and
responsibilities for your actions and decisions: if you are not able or not in a position
to assume these, do not use this equipment.
3 YEAR WARRANTY
This product is warranted against any faults in materials or manufacture for 3 years
from the purchase date. Limitations of warranty include: normal wear and tear,
modications or alterations, incorrect storage, corrosion, damage due to accidents
or negligence, use for which this product is not specically designed.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Innovative aerial fabric hook designed and certied for maximum safety and ease
of use. The CIRCUS DIVISION hook has a silicone-coated stainless steel core, hangs
by means of a 40 cm lifting ring through the central hole xed to the anchor point
by means of a carabiner.
We always recommend the use of self-locking carabiners, but more experienced
users can resort to the use of ferrules, which are much cheaper.
One of the notable advantages of this cylindrical design is that it allows fabrics
to be secured using the CLOVE HITCH KNOT, the most recommended, safe and
simple way to keep the two ends well separated, minimising the stress on the
fabric itself.The 65 mm diameter silicone body and rounded proles guarantee the
best protection against wear and tear and stretching of the fabric in accordance
with the criteria dictated by the manufacturer’s certication, which recommends
replacement in the event of signs of stretching and ladders.
The 1 cm thick silicone cover, for a total hook weight of 630 g, not only safeguards
the fabrics but also protects the steel core from any shocks that may occur during
use and transport.
The hook is certied for a load of about 150 kg (150 dN) with a safety factor of 10:1,
which means that the steel core can be subjected to a load of about 1500 kg.
Add to this the silicon protection, which with its elasticity cushions the effect of
the load, and the fact that the whole system is suspended by a lifting ring certied
to support up to approx. 4500 kg (45 kn) and you can see at a glance that we are
talking about the strongest and safest airline fabric hook so far.
REVISION
In addition to the normal visual inspection carried out before, during and after
each use, this product must be inspected by a competent person at 12 month
intervals, starting from the date of rst use of the product; a record of this date and
subsequent inspections must be made on the product’s lifespan sheet: keep this
documentation for inspection and reference throughout the life of the product.
Check the legibility of the product markings.
In the event of any of the following defects, the product must be taken out of
service:
- Presence of cracks on metal parts;

- Permanent deformation of a metal part;
- Corrosion that seriously alters the surface condition (does not disappear after light
rubbing with sandpaper).
If the article or one of its components shows signs of wear or defects, it must be
replaced, even if only in case of doubt. Any element that is part of the safety system
can be damaged during a fall and should therefore always be examined before
being used again.
LIFETIME
The life of the product is unlimited, provided that there is no cause for it to be taken
out of service and that periodic checks are carried out at least once every 12 months
from the date on which the product is rst used and that the results are recorded
in the product’s lifespan sheet.
However, the following factors may shorten the life of the product: heavy use,
damage to product components, contact with chemicals, high temperatures,
abrasions, cuts, violent shocks, and errors in recommended use and storage. If in
doubt that the product no longer offers the necessary safety, contact PLAY S.r.l. or
the distributor.

WARNING! The workload of a system and its breaking strengthare determined
by the weakest link in the chain. This means that you should always refer to the
WLLand BLL of the SCREWS used for the installation.

ASSEMBLY
1) Roll the fabric on itself in the central part where you nd the product label
to make it more slender and easier to handle.
2) Create a ring of approximately 10 cm.
3) Make a second ring to the left of the rst one of the same size.
It is important that the 2 rings are executed as in the photo.
4) Overlap the second loop (the left one) to the rst one. The clove hitch knot is done.
5) Thread the hook through the knot. At this stage the fabric is still bulky.
6) Pull the ends together and adjust the knot so that it tapers and sits well
between the two silicone edges.
7) Attach the 2 ends of the lifting loop to the carabiner.
Once hung, the knot will be further tapered and automatically orientated in the
correct position by applying your own weight.

la sécurité que le dispositif d’ancrage ou le point d’ancrage soit toujours

distance de la chute.
Vériez l’espace libre sous l’utilisateur avant chaque utilisation an qu’en cas
de chute il n’y ait pas de collision avec le sol ou d’obstacles sur la trajectoire
de chute.
Un harnais complet avec dispositif de maintien du corps et système anti-
chute est le seul dispositif qui peut assurer votre sécurité. Étant donné que les
acrobaties et la danse aérienne ne prévoient généralement pas l’utilisation de
tels appareils, la mise en place d’un matelas de réception est indispensable.
L’appareil doit être utilisé conformément aux instructions et aucune modication
ne doit y être apportée. Il peut être utilisé conjointement avec tout élément de
spécication appropriée et conformément aux normes EN, en tenant compte des
limites de chaque équipement individuel. Si possible, le matériel ne doit être utilisé
que par son propriétaire.

Pour le nettoyage des parties textiles et plastiques rincer à l’eau claire et au savon
neutre (température max 30 ° C) et sécher naturellement à l’abri de la chaleur
directe. Pour le nettoyage des parties métalliques rincer à l’eau claire puis sécher.
Toujours garder l’appareil à une température en dessous de 80°C et éviter le
contact avec des produits chimiques, des solvants ou des carburants qui peuvent
endommager les performances du produit.
RANGEMENT
Entreposer à l’air libre dans un endroit frais, sec et sombre, loin de sources de
chaleur, d’humidité, d’objets tranchants, de corrosifs ou d’autres causes possibles
de dommages.

INFORMATION SPÉCIFIQUE
Crochet innovant en tissu aérien conçu et certié pour une sécurité maximale et
une facilité d’utilisation. Le crochet CIRCUS DIVISION a une âme en acier inoxydable
siliconé, se suspend au moyen d’un anneau de levage de 40 cm à travers le trou
central xé au point d’ancrage au moyen d’un mousqueton.
Nous recommandons toujours l’utilisation de mousquetons autobloquants, mais
les utilisateurs plus expérimentés peuvent recourir à l’utilisation de viroles, qui sont
beaucoup moins chères.
L’un des avantages notables de ce design cylindrique est qu’il permet de xer
les tissus en utilisant le NOEUD DE CABESTAN, la façon la plus recommandée,
sûre et simple de maintenir les deux extrémités bien séparées, en minimisant la
tension sur le tissu lui-même.Le corps en silicone de 65 mm de diamètre et les
prols arrondis garantissent la meilleure protection contre l’usure et l’étirement
du tissu, conformément aux critères dictés par la certication du fabricant, qui
recommande le remplacement en cas de signes d’étirement et d’échelles.
Le revêtement en silicone de 1 cm d’épaisseur, pour un poids total du crochet de
630 g, protège non seulement les tissus, mais aussi le noyau en acier des chocs qui

Le crochet est certié pour une charge d’environ 150 kg (150 dN) avec un facteur de
sécurité de 10:1, ce qui signie que le noyau en acier peut être soumis à une charge
d’environ 1500 kg.
Ajoutez à cela la protection en silicone qui, grâce à son élasticité, amortit l’effet de
la charge, et le fait que l’ensemble du système est suspendu par un anneau de
levage certié pour supporter jusqu’à environ 4500 kg (45 kn) et vous verrez en

RÉVISION
En plus de l’inspection visuelle normale effectuée avant, pendant et après chaque
utilisation, ce produit doit être inspecté par une personne compétente tous les 12
mois, à partir de la date de première utilisation du produit ; un enregistrement de
cette date et des inspections ultérieures doit être effectué sur la che de durée
de vie du produit : conservez cette documentation pour inspection et référence
pendant toute la durée de vie du produit. Vériez la lisibilité des marquages du
produit.

En cas d’apparition de l’un des défauts suivants, le produit doit être mis hors service:
- Présence de ssures sur les parties métalliques ;
- Déformation permanente d’une pièce métallique ;
- Corrosion altérant gravement l’état de surface (ne disparaît pas après un léger
frottement au papier de verre).
Si l’article ou l’un de ses composants présente des signes d’usure ou des défauts, il
doit être remplacé, ne serait-ce qu’en cas de doute. Tout élément faisant partie du
système de sécurité peut être endommagé lors d’une chute et doit donc toujours
être examiné avant d’être réutilisé.
DURÉE DE VIE
La durée de vie du produit est illimitée, à condition qu’il n’y ait aucune raison de le
mettre hors service et que des contrôles périodiques soient effectués au moins une
fois tous les 12 mois à partir de la date de la première utilisation du produit et que
les résultats soient enregistrés dans la che de vie du produit.
Toutefois, les facteurs suivants peuvent réduire la durée de vie du produit: utilisation
intensive, dommages aux composants du produit, contact avec des produits
chimiques, températures élevées, abrasions, coupures, chocs violents et erreurs
dans l’utilisation et le stockage recommandés. En cas de doute sur le fait que le

AVERTISSEMENT! La charge utile d’un système et sa résistance à la rupture sont
déterminées par le maillon le plus faible de la chaîne. Cela signie qu’il faut
toujours faire référence à la CMU et à la CMR des VIS utilisées pour l’installation.

ASSEMBLAGE
1) Enrouler le tissu sur lui-même dans la partie centrale où se trouve l'étiquette du
produit pour le rendre plus n et plus facile à manipuler.
2) Créer un anneau d'environ 10 cm.
3) Faire un deuxième anneau à gauche du premier de la même taille.
Il est important que les 2 anneaux soient exécutés comme sur la photo.
4) Superposer la anneau de gauche à la première. Le noeud de cabestan est fait.
5) Enlez le crochet dans le noeud. A ce stade, le tissu est encore volumineux.
6) Tirez les extrémités ensemble et ajustez le nœud de façon à ce qu'il s'afne et se
place bien entre les deux bords en silicone.
7) Attachez les 2 extrémités de la boucle de levage au mousqueton.
Une fois accroché, le nœud sera encore plus eflé et s'orientera automatiquement
dans la bonne position en appliquant votre propre poids.
