Safety
1. Readtheinstructionmanualbeforeusingtheweightbench.
2. Theweightbenchisintendedforhouseholduseonly.
3. Inspectyourweightbenchbeforeusingit.Makesurethatallnutsandboltsarefullytightened.
4. Makesurethatthebenchisstableandonanevensurfacebeforeuse.
5. Theweightbenchisnotintendedtobeusedbysmallchildren.Childrenshouldnotusetheweightbench
withoutadultsupervision.
6. Theweightbenchhasmovingparts,itisthereforeadvisabletokeepothers,e.g.childrenatasafe
distancewhenusingthebench.
7. Makesurethatthelockingpinisintactandproperlyinsertedbeforeuse.
8. Removealljewellery,e.g.ringsandchainsbeforeusingtheweightbench.
9. Alwayswearsuitableclothingandfootwearwhenusingtheweightbench.Donotwearloose-tting
clothingthatcouldgetcaughtinthemovingpartsoftheweightbench.
10.Alwayswarmup5to10minutesbeforeeveryworkoutandcooldownforawhileafterworkingout.
11.Neverholdyourbreathwhileexercising.Breathingisimportantandyourrateofbreathingshouldfollow
thelevelofexercise.
12.Restyourbodyproperlybetweenworkouts.Beginnersshouldnotworkoutmorethantwiceaweekand
graduallyincreaseto4or5timesaweek.
13.Donotovertrain.Incorrectorexcessiveexercisemayresultininjury.

Theweightbenchmayonlybeusedbyindividualsweighingupto120kg.

endsofthecrosstube’sseatbracket.
4. Usethecrosstube(2)tojointherear
supportframe(1)andthefrontsupportleg
(3).Usetwo3/8″x2-1/2″coachbolts(24),
two3/8″x2-1/2″bolts(22),two3/8″washers
(27),two3/8″locknuts(29)andtwolocking
knobs(41).

thefoampadrollers(14)andthe
shortweightbars(13)throughthe
holesinthebutteryarms.Secure
therollersandtheweightbarsusing
bolt(19),washer(28)andlocknut

2. Fitthefoampads(31)ontothe
rollers(14).Securethefoampads
withthe19mmroundendplugs(36)
onbothends.
3. Fittheplasticstoppers(33)ontothe
weightbars(13)andtheroundend
plugs(35)andquickclips(32)on
bothweightbars.

2. Inserttheshortpadrollers(10&11)throughtheholesinthelegdevelopertube(7)asinthediagramand
thentthefoampads(31)ontotherollers(10&11).
3. Attachthelongweightbar(12)tothelegdevelopertube(7).Securetheweightbarusingbolt(19),
washer(28)andlocknut(30).Fittherubberspacer(34)andtheroundendplug(35)ontothelongweight
bar(12).Fittheplasticstopper(33)andthentheroundendplug(35)andthequickclip(32)ontothe
weightbar.
4. Insertthelongerfoampadroller(10)throughtheheightadjustertube(6).Fitthefoampadstoholdthe
padrollersinplace.
5. Settheheightadjuster(6)tothedesiredheightonthefrontsupportlegusingthelockingpin(18).
6. Attachthelegdeveloperpart(7)totheheightadjuster(6)usingbolt(21),washer(27)andlocknut(29).

usingthescrews(25)andwashers(42).
Theassemblyoftheweightbenchisnowcom-
pleted.Makesureyoutightenallthenutsand
boltsbeforeyouusetheweightbench.

lowerholeontherearsupportframe(19)asindiagram1.
