Safety
• This product is intended for indoor use only.
• The product must only be plugged into an 220−240V, 50Hz
power outlet.
• Always unplug theproduct from thepower outlet when it is not
in use, before emptying it or filling it with water, before cleaning it,
before assembling/disassembling it and before moving it.
• Never unplug theproduct from thepower outlet by pulling
thepower cord. Always grip and pull theplug. Never touch
thepower cord with wet hands. Doing so will result in therisk
of anelectric shock.
• The product must not be used by anyone (including children)
suffering from physical or mental impairment. The product
should not be used by anyone that has not read theinstruction
manual unless they have been instructed in its use by someone
who will take responsibility for their safety.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• The product may be used by children aged 8 years and above
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capability or lack of experience and knowledge provided they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
theproduct in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Cleaning of theproduct may be carried out by children with
adult supervision.
• This product is only intended for domestic use and only in
themanner described in this instruction manual. Incorrect usage
could lead to health hazards and potentially lethal consequences.

• The product should only be used when it is fully assembled.
• Never leave unsupervised children together with theproduct.
• Never use theproduct if you are under theinfluence of alcohol,
medication or other drugs.
• Inspect thepower cord regularly for signs of damage. Never use
theproduct if thepower cord or plug is damaged.
• The product must not be immersed in water or other liquid.
Doing so will result in therisk of anelectric shock.
• The product must never be washed in thedishwasher.
• Never use theproduct close to flammable substances, gases
or vapours.
• Foreign objects must not be inserted into theproduct.
• The power cord must be changed if damaged. This is to prevent
therisk of electric shock or fire and should only be carried out by
themanufacturer, qualified service facility or qualified technician.
• Never place any objects onto theproduct.
• Never place theproduct directly under apower outlet.
• Never leave theproduct unattended for along time.
• Do not use theproduct in premises occupied by pets, children
or persons suffering from physical or mental impairment.
• Do not expose theproduct to direct sunlight for long periods.
• The remote control contains abutton cell battery. If thebattery is
swallowed, it can lead to severe internal burns and even be fatal.
• Keep old and new batteries out of thereach of children.
• If thecover of theremote control battery compartment cannot
be closed properly, theremote control must be kept out of
thereach of children and thrown away.
• If you suspect that thebattery has been swallowed or has entered
thebody in another way, seek medical assistance immediately.
• The battery contains substances dangerous for theenvironment
and must be removed from theremote control and disposed of
in abattery collection bin before theremote control is discarded.

• Repairs must only be carried out by qualified service
technicians and only using original spare parts.
• High levels of humidity can promote thegrowth of biological
organisms in thevicinity.
• Never allow thearea around thehumidifier to get wet or damp.
Lower theoutput of theproduct if you detect moisture. If you
cannot lower theoutput of thehumidifier sufficiently, use it
more sparingly. Never let items made of absorbent material
such as carpets and curtains become damp.
• Always turn thehumidifier off and unplug it from thepower
outlet before removing or filling thewater tank.
• Never leave water standing in thetank when theproduct is not in use.
• Wipe off theproduct, empty and clean thewater tank before
you put it away for storage. Make sure that theproduct is
completely dry before storing it.

Caution: The water must be changed and thewater
tank cleaned every three days. Failure to do so will
increase therisk of thespread of micro-organisms
through theair outlet resulting in adverse health effects.
• Empty thewater tank and fill it with fresh water every three days.
Clean thetank and remove any impurities such as limescale
before adding fresh water.
Caution
• The light source in the product emits UVC radiation.
NEVER look directly at the light source.
• Incorrect use of the product or damage to thehousing may
result in theescape of dangerous UVC radiation.
UVC radiation may, even in little doses, cause harm to
theeyes and skin.
• DO NOT use the product if it is visibly damaged.
• Warning: Privately replacement theUVC emitter is NOT allowed.

Note
• The product produces hot mist (water vapour).
• The mist outlet must not be blocked or covered.
Placement
• The humidifier should be placed on afirm, flat raised surface such as atabletop or counter.
Make sure that thechosen surface and surrounding objects can withstand water vapour.
• Place theproduct where there is no risk of people tripping over its power cord.
• Recommended operating temperature: 5−40 °C. Protect thehumidifier against frost.
• The humidifier should not be placed near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
• The humidifier is designed for indoor use only.
• The humidifier should be placed in awell-ventilated position: at least 90cm above floor level,
at least 30cm from walls and at least 120cm below aceiling.
Features
• Humidifier with UV light. The UV light will always be activated when thehumidifier is operating
but is deactivated when thehumidifier is switched off. This function hinders thespread of
germs in themist.

11. [MODE] Press to select night mode:
The display and audible signals will be off
and thehumidification output will be on
low. If thewater in thetank runs out, no
audible alert will sound but ‘Err’ will appear
on thedisplay.
If night mode was selected when
thenight light was switched on, night
mode must be exited (by pressing any
button). Then press [LIGHT] to switch
thelight off.

theproduct is in use. The high-frequency
oscillation causes themembrane to get hot.
• The high-frequency vibrations generated
by theoperation of theproduct are not
harmful and cannot be heard by humans
or animals.

Adding scented oil

The remote control
The buttons on theremote control are
identical to theones on thecontrol
panel and have thesame functions.
Insert theincluded battery, making sure

Instructions for use
Bear in mind that surrounding environmental factors such as thesize of theroom, ambient
humidity, ventilation and sources of heat, can affect theability of thehumidifier to reach
thedesired humidity level.
Filling thewater tank
Important
• Never fill thetank to alevel above theMAX mark on theinside of thetank.
• Never pour water directly into themain unit; only pour water into thewater tank.
• Never fill thewater tank with water that is hotter than 40 °C.
• Always turn thehumidifier off and unplug it from thepower outlet before removing or filling
thewater tank.

1. Make sure that theproduct is unplugged from
thepower outlet.
2. Remove thelid (1).
3. Raise thehandle of thewater tank and lift it out.
4. Fill thetank with clean water. Make sure not to fill
thetank over theMAX mark.
5. Place thewater tank back into
themain unit, making sure
that it is seated properly.
The top edge should be just
below therim of themain unit.
6. Refit thelid and plug thehumidifier into apower outlet. The humidifier will beep and
theHumidification output symbol will flash on thedisplay.
7. Switch thehumidifier on using either thecontrol panel or theremote control.
- The message ‘Hi!’ will appear on thedisplay.
- The display will then show: arolling display of thecurrent humidity (‘Lo’ if thehumidity
is lower than 30% and ‘Hi’ if it is higher than 80%), theset desired humidity and theset
humidification output.
8. Make settings as instructed in theControl panel section. Use either thecontrol panel or
theremote control.
9. Switch thehumidifier off by pressing Power on either thecontrol panel or theremote control.
Care and maintenance
• Switch off and unplug thehumidifier from thepower outlet before cleaning it.
• Empty thewater tank and fill it with fresh water every three days. Clean thetank and remove
any impurities such as limescale before adding fresh water.
• Empty and clean thewater tank before putting thehumidifier away for storage. Clean it again
before using thehumidifier.
• Clean theexterior of thehumidifier using alightly moistened cloth. Use only mild cleaning
agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Never leave water in thetank when thehumidifier is not in use.
• Store theproduct in adry, dust-free environment out of children’s reach whenever it is not to
be used for along time.

Troubleshooting guide
No lights, fan or mist. Check that thepower cord is properly plugged into apower outlet.
Is thepower outlet energised?
The mist has
anunpleasant odour.
New humidifiers may give off anodour in thebeginning or thewater
used may be unclean. Clean thewater tank and change thewater.
Mist output is minimal. The nebuliser may be clogged with limescale deposits or thewater
may be unclean. Clean thenebuliser and change thewater.
Too much water
around thenebuliser/
heating element.
Empty thewater out of themain unit and refit thewater tank correctly.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that theproduct should not be disposed of with general
household waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In order to prevent any
harm to theenvironment or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal,
theproduct must be handed in for recycling so that thematerial can be disposed of
in aresponsible manner. When recycling theproduct, take it to your local collection
facility or contact theplace of purchase. They will ensure that theproduct is
disposed of in anenvironmentally sound manner.

Placering
• Placera produkten på enupphöjd plats med plan stabil yta, t.ex. på ettbord, enbänk eller liknande.
Se till att den valda platsen och närliggande föremål tål vattendimma.

10. [WARM] Tryck för varm vattendimma.
När funktionen är aktiv visas
idisplayen. När funktionen stängs av visas
idisplayen.
11. [MODE] Tryck för att välja nattläge:
Displayen är släckt, ljudsignaler är
avstängda och effekten ställs på läge låg.
Om vattnet itanken tar slut avges ingen
ljudsignal men displayen visar ”Err”.
Om du valt nattläge med nattbelysningen
tänd måste du gå ur nattläget igen (tryck
på valfri knapp). Tryck sedan [ LIGHT ] för
att släcka.
12. [CHILD LOCK] Barnlås. Håll in 3 sek för att
aktivera, håll in 3 sek igen för att avaktivera.

Fjärrkontroll
Fjärrkontrollens knappar
överensstämmer med kontrollpanelens
och har samma funktioner.
Sätt imedföljande batteri. Se till att
polariteten blir rätt.
Användning
Tänk på att omgivande faktorer som rummets storlek, rådande luftfuktighet, ventilation,
värmekällor etc. kan påverka luftfuktarens möjligheter att nå önskad luftfuktighet.
Fyll vattentanken
Viktigt
• Fyll aldrig på vatten över ”MAX” markeringen (se vattentankens insida).
• Fyll aldrig på vatten direkt ihuvudenheten, fyll alltid ivattentanken.
• Fyll aldrig på vatten som är varmare än 40 ºC.
• Stäng alltid av produkten och dra ut stickproppen ur vägguttaget innan vattentanken tas bort
eller fylls på.

1. Se till att stickproppen är utdragen ur vägguttaget.
2. Lyft av locket (1)
3. Vik upp vattentankens handtag och lyft ur vattentanken.
4. Fyll tanken med rent vatten. Se till att inte överskrida
maxmarkeringen.
5. Sätt tillbaka vattentanken,
se till att tanken sitter rätt och
sjunkit ner på plats ordentligt.
Den ska ligga precis under
kanten på huvudenhetens hölje.
6. Lägg tillbaka locket och sätt istickproppen ivägguttaget. Luftfuktaren avger enljudsignal och
Effektsymbolen blinkar till idisplayen.
7. Slå på luftfuktaren via kontrollpanelen eller fjärrkontrollen.
- ”Hi!” visas idisplayen.
- Sedan visas: aktuell luftfuktighet (”Lo” visas om luftfuktigheten är lägre än 30 % och
”Hi” visas om den är högre än 80 %), inställd önskad luftfuktighet och inställd effekt
rullande idisplayen.
8. Gör önskade inställningar enligt avsnittet Kontrollpanelen. Använd kontrollpanelen eller fjärrkontrollen.
9. Stäng av luftfuktaren genom att trycka Power på kontrollpanelen eller fjärrkontrollen.
Skötsel och underhåll
• Stäng av luftfuktaren och dra ut stickproppen ur vägguttaget före rengöring.
• Töm vattentanken och fyll på nytt vatten var 3:dag. Rengör tanken och ta bort ev. föroreningar
som kalk, eller andra föroreningar innan nytt vatten fylls på.
• Töm vattentanken och rengör luftfuktaren före förvaring. Rengör den igen innan den tas
ibruk på nytt.
• Rengör produkten utvändigt med enlätt fuktad trasa. Använd ettmilt rengöringsmedel,
aldrig lösningsmedel eller frätande kemikalier.
• Låt aldrig vatten stå kvar iluftfuktaren när den inte används.
• Förvara produkten torrt och dammfritt, utom räckhåll för barn, om den inte ska användas
under enlängre period.

Inget lyser, ingen fläkt, ingen

Kontrollera att stickproppen sitter ordentligt ivägguttaget.
Finns det ström ivägguttaget?
Vattendimman luktar illa. Ny luftfuktare kan lukta ibörjan eller p.g.a. orent
vatten. Rengör vattentanken och byt vatten.
Lite vattendimma avges. Kalkavlagringar på nebulisatorn eller orent vatten.
Rengör nebulisatorn och byt vatten.
För mycket vatten vid
värmeelement/nebulisator.
Häll ur vattnet ur basenheten och sätt tillbaka vattentanken
på rätt sätt.
