PRECAUTIONS
ADVICE
Use the intense freshness to relieve headaches, improve sleep, relieve heavy legs and
restless legs.
Use the intense heat on low back pain, neck pain, lumbago and other muscle
contractures.
The coolness or heat will be felt even through clothing.
Lie down on the CLIMSOM MINI pillow at the target location to best feel the chosen
temperature.
Get on the “soft” fabric surface of the CLIMSOM MINI pillow whenever you want a
more moderate temperature.
You can program a postponed start or an early stop. Please refer to your thermo-
controller instructions manual.

Thermotherapy Pillow
To work, the CLIMSOM MINI pillow must be connected to a CLIMSOM
thermo-controller.
A "Y" connector is available for purchase to connect the pillow and another
CLIMSOM accessory (mattress topper, belt) to the same thermo-controller.
With its small size, PVC material and the amount of water flowing through it, the
CLIMSOM MINI achieves the coolest or warmest temperature, applying it locally where
you need it most (head, back, calves…).
The CLIMSOM MINI thermotherapy pillow is available in size 38x38cm and 50x30cm.

INSTALLATION
1 – Place your CLIMSOM MINI pillow under the head or desired body part. For a high
thermal intensity, use the thermo-controlled "intense" PVC/Silicone surface (1) of the
pillow and for a moderate thermal intensity chooses the thermo-controlled "soft"
fabric surface (2).
2 – Connect your CLIMSOM MINI pillow to your CLIMSOM thermo-controller. Be sure
each connector is correctly plugged in. You must hear a loud "click ".
3 – Fill the water tank of your CLIMSOM thermo-controller, ideally with demineralized
or distilled water, or with low mineral content and low lime water.
4 – Turn your CLIMSOM thermo-controller on and set the temperature on the screen
or with the remote. To start, try moderate temperatures and increase or decrease
gradually to find your personal comfort temperature.
the CLIMSOM MINI makes it possible to reach temperatures between 8°C and 48°C,
these temperatures are given as an indication as they depend on many factors (volume
of the room, surrounding temperature, sleeper temperature, room ventilation, sleeper
morphology, thermal inertia of the mattress…).
MAINTENANCE
The CLIMSOM MINI can be hand washed with soft soap and sponge, without any
detergent.
-Let dry in open air. Do not use tumble dryer.
-Do not expose to sunlight.
-Do not iron.
-Do not dry clean.
-Do not mark the folds when you store your CLIMSOM INTENSE.
-For storage, empty water from the pad by pressing on the "drop-stop" springs
connector thanks to the drain key included with your CLIMSOM thermo-controller,
and place the product in a dry place.
-Due to temperature spread, there might be condensation: air out your bed.
