CRITICAL!- Before using the machine - CRITICAL!
1. The Halcyon H2 generator is designed to operate
using distilled water only. Using any other type of
water will void the warranty and destroy the H2 cell.
(We can easily tell if another water type is used)
Distilled water can be purchased at your local water
store or grocery store. Never put anything other
than distilled water in the unit or the water
moisturizer cup in the front of the machine. Just 1
ounce of regular water will damage the machine.
2. Your Halcyon Inhalation H2 generator MUST be
drained of the distilled water and refilled with fresh
distilled water once a week. This is a mandatory step.
Do now let the unit go for more than 7 days without
changing the distilled water. Must be fresh distilled
water once a week.
➢If your unit is in operation more than 4 hours a day
then the water must be changed every 5 days.
*These steps must be followed to keep your warranty in effect.

Halcyon Plus Setup
1. The Generator must always be located on a flat surface. If sitting on
an angle, the unit will not function properly
2. Remove plastic seal from water inlet on top of unit by removing
water fill cap.
3. Slowly Pour Distilled water ONLY into the water inlet on top of unit
to the full demarkation point. Do NOT fill above that point and Do
not allow the level of distilled water in the unit to drop below the
lower demarkation line except when changing the distilled water.
•NOTE – USING ANY OTHER TYPE OF WATER OTHER THAN DISTILLED WILL
VOID THE WARRANTY AND DAMAGE THE UNIT. DISTILLED WATER IS THE
ONLY WATER THAT CAN EVER BE USED.

IMPORTANT. You must drain and replace the distilled water in the tank
once a week to keep your warranty in good standing. Fresh distilled
water will ensure your Halcyon will run trouble free for many years.

4. Remove the purifying/moisturizing cup located at the front of the
unit. It is held in place by a magnetic ring which allows the removal
of the cup. Unscrew the cap from the cup and add distilled water to
the fill line marked on the cup itself. Replace cap and then reposition
cup in its port so the magnet ring holds it in place.
5. Plug in the hydrogen Inhalation tube, cannula to the front of the cup.
(It is a tight fit) It is recommended you replace your cannula/tube on
a monthly basis to help keep bacteria levels low. Disinfecting the
prongs frequently will also help. In addition, it is best to keep the
tube elevated to help reduce the possibility of water from entering

the tube. From the point where the tube attaches to the water cup
the tube should lead upwards for the first foot or so.
6. Plug in the power cord to back of unit and connect to a wall
receptacle. Your Halcyon Plus Inhalation machine is now ready for
use.

OPERATION (Without remote)
1. Turn on the unit using the main power switch at the back of the unit.
2. Press reset switch on the front of the machine once
3. Press time setting until you reach the desired amount of H2
production time. The timer can be set to 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, or
120 min. (Top flow display will read 000 during this session
adjustment)
a) A good rule of thumb is at least 30 min in the morning and 30
min in the evening. If you happen to set for 30 minutes and
then decide you want to do 60 min then simply push the Reset
button and then the time setting until you reach the desired
amount of time.
4. That’s it. Your Halcyon Plus Inhalation machine is now producing
570 mL on Hydrogen gas for your selected amount of time.
5. If you are going to use the same time setting all the time, then
when starting turn on the main power switch at the back of the
unit and then press the reset switch. It will remember the session
time you did the last time.

6. To shut off the unit at any time simply press the Reset switch and
then always turn off the main switch at the back of the unit. It turns
off the display and shuts down the secondary fan plus protects your
Halcyon Plus machine from power surges. Critical that back switch is
turned off after every session or your fan will prematurely fail.
OPERATION (With remote)
Remote Control:
The remote control allows you to stop H2 production (Machine will still
be on but no H2 will be produced) and it allows you to adjust your time
settings. It does NOT completely shut down the unit nor does it have a
pause function. Its purpose is to allow you to reset times and turn the H2
production on and off.

1. First, turn on the main ON/OFF switch on the back of the Halcyon
Plus which powers the unit.
2. Pressing the Off/On button on the remote twice turns off and on the
timer display and H2 gas production on or off. The top flow display
will read either 000 (Gas production is off) or will read 570 which
means H2 is flowing. Bottom display will now read 30, 60, 90, or 120
minutes. (Depending on what your last session time was) Unit is now
producing H2 gas and is ready to use.
3. Pushing the time adjustment button multiple times allows you to
change the session times from 30 min to max 120 min.
4. Pushing the pause button (Says “Really stop” Note - future units
will say pause on remote) once brings the screens back to 000 and
shuts off H2 gas production. Pressing again starts the Halcyon unit at
ON/OFF

original set time.
5. If you wish to always stick with the same amount of time, depressing
the Off/On button twice will enable the unit to start at the last preset
time.
6. To completely shut the Halcyon Plus off depress the Off/On button
once on the remote and then turn main switch on the back off.
Always turn off the main switch at the back of the unit. It turns off
the display and shuts down the secondary fan plus protects your
Halcyon Plus machine from power surges. Critical that back switch is
turned off after every session or your fan will prematurely fail.

Maintenance
The distilled water in the tank must be replaced weekly. After you
have refilled the unit to the top demarkation point and never above,
please wait five minutes before turning the unit on.
If the unit will not be used for a week or more then best to drain all
the water from the unit.
To drain simply insert water outlet tube into the water outlet port
behind the machine, it will click in place, as shown in the picture
below. The water will start to flow out of unit. When empty press
the metal flange to release the tube. Water will stop flowing and
hose will release.

Trouble shooting

Solution
No bubbles or reduced bubble
production in hydrogen cup on
front of machine.
Ensure all connections and tubes are
tight
Check display to ensure H2 inhalation is
on
Check to see if there is enough water in
water tank (Unit will not run when water
is low) and water in the cup.
Internal components may be blocked,
check to ensure air is flowing through
main tube coming out of unit, before the

Unit does not power up
Ensure the power plug/cord is connected
to unit and plugged into wall outlet
Check if the cable or plug is damaged

Ensure the lid of the water cup on front
of unit is tight.
Check whether the inside silicon gasket is
damaged.
No flow through Cannula
Check conditions above for H2 flow and
ensure there is no blockage in the
cannula / tube.
