•Thesawisdelivered completely withtwosawblades,type100x22x0,5mm,HSS
nitrited, mounted.
•Pleasecheckwhetherthe necessarypowersupplyis available.Comparethiswiththe
typedesignation.
•Donotstartthe sawbeforealltheseinstructionshavebeenread carefully.Also
observethe securityinformationofthe followingparagraphs.
5Safetyinformation for place andconnection
•Thedirectionsof"RulesforPreventionofAccidents(RPA)",VDEandDINaswellas
yourcountry'sspecificdirectionsand lawsmustbeobservedfortheoperationofthe
saw.
•Anymechanicalorelectricalmodification onthemachine,whichdoesnotfollowthe
rulingdirections, isprohibited.
•Thesawmustbe used onasafeandfirmplaceon aworking tableexclusively.Due to
thenoiseemissionitshouldbe installed inaroomwhereitisofnodangertoother
workers.
•Thesawmaynotbeinstalled inhalls,corridorsorsimilarinordertopreventthe
operatorfromdistractionandreducenoisebothering.
•Thesawisnot designedfordamproomsand must not becleaned wet.
•Outletsmustbe inaccordancewiththe securitydirections.
•Whenpullingoutofthe outletalwayspull thecableattheplug andneveronlyatthe
cable.
•Theoutletmustbegrounded.Werecommend the useofathermomagnetically safe

2.The bladeguardhasnot been
removed; and
3.The FI-safetyswitchhasnot been
actuated.

astatusindicatorofthe machine:
-permanent GREEN indicatesthatthe
machineis READY
•-blinking greenindicatesthatthereisa
problem(pleaserefertothetrouble
shootingguide). Inthiscaseyou may
read thecausefortheproblemat the
LCDDISPLAYintheSIEMENSLOGO
controlboxattheleftside.
•Pushthegreenbuttontostartthesaw.
The indicatorwillnot light duringthis
operation
•Assoonasthegreen button lights
permanently again, thesawcut´cycle
hasbeenmadesuccessfully and
indicatesthatthenextcut canbemade
•The cutmovementcan beinterrupted
ANYTIMEbypressingtheSTOP
buttonRED
