Release there snaps to open
product.
Use a small regular screwdriver
to wrench in between the parts.

Remove screw PZ0 from PCB
Use a screwdriver to loosen
screw.
Use a pliers to remove screw.
(Screw is not to be reused)

upwards.
Release plastic ring by
pressing Body Neck downward
and Body Bottom upward.

Move the Serial number label
from the old Body Bottom to
the new Body Bottom.

with a small screwdriver.
Slide new Body Bottom onto
the Body Neck.

Bend Body Bottom a bit
backwards to clear access.
Place screw tower in hole in
Heat Sink
Snap Body Bottom onto Heat
Sink, make sure that Buttons
are in place.
Place Poco Pins PCB in casing.
Place wires in ribs.

circuit.
Press Iron Bricks in between
Poco Pins PCB and Battery.
Remove Heat Sink Top to place
screw in PCB.

Place NEW screw from repair
kit in the PCB hole and mount.
Make sure that the screw is
firmly tightened all the way
down to the PCB to ensure a
correct button function in the
final product.
Reattach Heat Sink Top

the direction of the arrow.
