CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES :

1/ PREMIERE UTILISATION:
Un graissage de l’engrenage devra être effectué avant la première utilisation. Ce treuil est un outil puissant; le support du treuil doit donc
pouvoir supporter des chargements en rapport avec ses capacités. Fixez la structure du treuil avec des vis et des écrous (non fournis).
Installez la manivelle à l’aide de l’écrou (fourni) comme sur la photo ci-dessous.
2/ UTILISATION :
1. Baisser le cliquet anti-retour pour pouvoir dérouler le câble en tournant
le levier dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.
2. Détacher le crochet.
3. Dérouler tout en maintenant la corde ou le câble tendu et correctement
aligné sur le tambour.
4. Attacher solidement la corde ou le câble. Ne jamais l’entourer autour de
la charge et ne jamais l’accrocher sur lui-même.
5. Lever le cliquet anti-retour et commencer à tourner la manivelle dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour enrouler la corde ou le câble (Mise
en Charge de la corde ou du câble).
6. Pour relâcher, maintenir fermement la manivelle tout en re-baissant le
cliquet anti-retour.

3/ ENTRETIEN ET SECURITE D’UTILISATION :
• Les parties amovibles, comme l’engrenage, les cliquets et le manche, doivent être nettoyées et graissées pour assurer une bonne
utilisation du treuil. Graissez les engrenages tous les 6 mois. • Utilisez de la graisse de bonne qualité. • Les composants peuvent être
endommagés par les produits chimiques, le sel et la rouille, et doivent être vérifiés avant chaque utilisation. • Ne pas faire fonctionner le
treuil si la corde ou le câble est noué ou entortillé, ou montre un quelconque signe de manque de solidité. • Utiliser les équipements de
sécurité appropriés et gardez les mains à l’écart du système de maintien de la corde ou du câble, de l’enrouleur, et du système de traction.
• Eloignez vos mains, cheveux, vêtements ou bijoux du tambour et la corde ou le câble quand le treuil est en fonctionnement. La rupture
de la corde ou du câble pourrait causer des blessures. Eloignez vous du treuil pendant le chargement. Ne jamais enjamber la corde ou le
câble quand il est en fonctionnement • Toujours utiliser le treuil en ligne : ne pas tirer de charge au détour d’un angle. • Ne pas utiliser une
rallonge sur le manche du treuil pour augmenter l’effet levier. Vous risqueriez d’endommager le treuil.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas excéder la charge maximale pouvant être supportée par le treuil.
La capacité maximum de charge dépend de la 1ère ligne de corde s’enroulant autour du treuil. Au fur et à mesure que les lignes de
corde se forment autour du tambour, la capacité diminue. Ne pas utiliser pour lever. Toute surcharge entraînerait la déformation de la
poignée.
Ne pas dérouler complètement la corde ou le câble pour le chargement. Conserver 4 tours de corde ou de câble enroulés sur le treuil.
Utilisez des câbles ou cordes recommandés par le fabricant pour le modèle et la taille.
Utilisez un embout de bonne qualité pour attacher le crochet au bout de la corde ou du câble.
En fixant la corde ou le câble sur le tambour, veillez à enrouler 4 à 6 tours de corde pour faciliter l’utilisation du treuil.
Installez la corde ou le câble dans l’alignement du treuil.

WARNING Please read this instruction manual carefully prior to installation and use of the winch, for the sake of your own
safety as well as that of anyone who may be in the vicinity.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Safe working load (SWL): 0.5 Ton (500KG) - Cable: 10m x Ø 4.5mm in steel + Hook
1/ FIRST USE :
The gear mechanism should be greased prior to the first use. This winch is a powerful tool. The winch support should therefore be capable
of matching its performance in terms of bearing loads. Use screws and nuts (not supplied) to secure the winch structure.
Use the nut (supplied) to install the crank as shown in the photo below.
WARNING:
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the winch.
The maximum load capacity depends on the 1
st
line of cord that is
wrapped around the winch. As the lines of cord are formed around the
drum, its capacity is reduced.
Do not completely unwind the cord whilst for loading. Always keep at
least 4 loops of cord or cable wound on the winch.
Use the cables or cords recommended by the manufacturer for the
specific modal and size of your winch.
Use a good quality end to attach the hook to the end of the cord or
cable.
Whilst securing the cord or cable onto the drum, be sure to wind
around the drum 4 to 6 times, so as to facilitate use of the winch. Install the
cord or cable in line with the winch.
2/ USE:
1. Release the anti-reverse mechanism so that the cable can unwound by turning the handle anti-clockwise.
2. Detach the hook.
3. Unwind completely, keeping the cord or cable taut and correctly aligned on the drum.
4. Securely attach the cord or cable. Never wrap it around the load, and never hook it onto the load itself.
5. Lock the anti-return mechanism and start turning the crank handle clockwise, to wind the cord or cable. (Loading the cord or cable)
6. To release, hold the crank handle firmly, whilst simultaneously releasing the anti-return mechanism.
WARNING: WHILST THE WINCH IS BEING CHARGED, NEVER RELEASE THE CRANK HANDLE UNTIL THE ANTI-
RETURN MECHANISM IS LOCKED IN THE UPPER POSITION. THERE IS A RISK THAT THE CRANK HANDLE MAY
SWING BACK VIOLENTLY, WHICH MAY BOTH CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY AND DAMAGE THE LOAD;
IMPORTANT: THIS WINCH IS NOT DESIGNED TO TRANSPORT PERSONS NOR TO TRANSPORT LOADS OVERHEAD
OF AN AREA IN WHICH PERSONS ARE TO BE FOUND. NEITHER WALK OR WORK UNDERNEATH A LOAD
SUSPENDED BY THIS WINCH
3/ MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY IN USE:
• Movable parts, such as the gear mechanism, ratchets, and handle must be cleaned and greased to ensure correct use of the winch.
Grease the gear mechanism every 6 months. • Use good quality grease. • Components may be damaged by chemical products. Check for
salt and rust before each use. • Do not operate the winch if the cord or cable is knotted or tangled, or shows any signs of lack of
robustness. • Use the appropriate safety equipment and keep hands clear of the cord or cable holding system, the reel, and the traction
system. • Keep hands, hair, clothing and jewellery well away from the drum and the cord or cable whilst the winch is in operation. Injuries
may be caused if the cord or cable breaks. Keep well away from the winch during loading. Never straddle the cord or cable when it is in
operation • Always use the winch in a straight line: never pull a load around a corner. • Do not use an extension on the winch handle to
increase leverage. This may damage the winch.

1/ PRIMERA UTILIZACIÓN:
Un engrase del engranaje deberá ser efectuado antes de la primera utilización. Este torno es una herramienta potente; el soporte del torno
debe poder soportar cargas en relación con sus capacidades. Fije la estructura del torno con tornillos y tuercas (no suministradas).
Instale la manivela con la tuerca (suministrada) como en la foto más abajo.
ATENCIÓN:
No superar la carga máxima que puede ser soportada por el torno.
La capacidad máxima de carga depende de la 1era línea de cuerda
que se enrolla alrededor del torno. A medida que las líneas de cuerda se
forman al rededor del tambor, la capacidad disminuye.
No desenrollar completamente la cuerda o el cable para la carga.
Conservar 4 vueltas de cuerda o de cable enrollado sobre el torno.
Utilice cables o cuerdas recomendadas por el fabricante para el
modelo y la talla.
Utilice una pieza de buena calidad para enganchar el gancho al
extremo de la cuerda o del cable.
Cuando fije la cuerda o el cable sobre el tambor, procure enrollar 4 a
6 vueltas de cuerdas para facilitar la utilización del torno. Instale la cuerda
o el cable en la alineación del torno.
2/ UTILIZACIÓN:
1. Bajar el trinquete de retención para poder desenrollar el cable girando la palanca en el sentido contrario de las agujas de un reloj.
2. Soltar el gancho.
3. Desenrollar manteniendo la cuerda o el cable tensado y correctamente alineado sobre el tambor.
4. Atar sólidamente la cuerda o el cable no rodear nunca la carga y no engancharlo a sí mismo.
5. Levantar el trinquete de retención y empezar a girar la manivela en el sentido de las agujas de un reloj para enrollar la cuerda o el
cable (Puesta en Carga de la cuerda o del cable).
6. Para relajar, mantener firmemente la manivela bajando el trinquete de retención.
ADVERTENCIA: DURANTE LA PUESTA EN CARGA DEL TORNO, NO SOLTAR NUNCA LA MANIVELA HASTA QUE EL TRINQUETE
DE RETENCIÓN NO ESTÉ EN POSICIÓN ALTA. RIESGO DE CONTRAGOLPE VIOLENTO DE LA MANIVELA QUE PODRÍA CAUSAR
HERIDAS GRAVES Y DAÑAR LA CARGA.

3/ MANTENIMIENTO Y SEGURIDAD DE UTILIZACIÓN:
• Las partes amovibles, como el engranaje, los trinquetes, y el mango deben ser limpiados y engrasados para garantizar una buena
utilización del torno. Engrase los engranajes cada les 6 meses. • Utilice grasa de buena calidad. • Los componentes pueden ser dañados
por los productos químicos, la sal y la oxidación y deben ser verificados antes de cada utilización. • No utilizar el torno si la cuerda o el
cable está anudado o enredado o si detecta cualquier signo de falta de solidez. • Utilizar los equipos de seguridad apropiados y mantenga
las manos alejadas del sistema de retención, la cuerda o el cable, del tambor y del sistema de tracción. • Aleje sus manos, cabello,
prendas o joyas del tambor y la cuerda o el cable cuando el torno está en funcionamiento. La rotura de la cuerda o el cable podría causar
heridas. Aléjese del torno durante la carga. No pasar nunca por encima de la cuerda o el cable cuando está en funcionamiento • Utilizar
siempre el torno en línea: no tirar de una carga detrás de una esquina. • No utilizar un prolongador sobre el mango del torno para
aumentar el efecto palanca. Podría dañar el torno.

Esta acción necesita la instalación de una seguridad para evitar
cualquier accidente. Estas seguridades pueden ser colocadas en
los agujeros cuadrados. Véase ilustración a la izquierda. Las 2
ilustraciones de la izquierda le muestran 2 maneras de insertar la
cuerda en la bobina.
PELIGRO: No desenrollar completamente la cuerda durante una

1/ PRIMEIRA UTILIZAÇÃO:
A engrenagem deve ser lubrificada antes da primeira utilização. Este guincho é uma ferramenta potente; o suporte do guincho deve, por
conseguinte, ser capaz de suportar carregamentos compatíveis com as capacidades do guincho. Fixe a estrutura com parafusos e porcas
(não incluídos).
Instale a manivela com o auxílio da porca (incluída) como se mostra na foto abaixo.
ATENÇÃO!
Não ultrapassar a carga máxima podendo ser suportada pelo guincho.
A capacidade máxima de carga depende da 1ª linha de corda que se
enrola à volta do guincho. À medida que as linhas de corda se formam em
volta do tambor, a capacidade diminui.
Não desenrolar completamente a corda ou o cabo para efectuar o
carregamento. Conservar 4 voltas de corda ou de cabo enrolado no
guincho.
Utilize cabos ou cordas recomendadas pelo fabricante para o modelo e
tamanho do guincho.
Utilize uma ponta de boa qualidade para atar o gancho à ponta da
corda ou do cabo.
Quando fixa a corda ou o cabo no tambor, tenha o cuidado de
enrolar 4 a 6 voltas de corda para facilitar o uso do guincho. Instale a corda
ou o cabo no alinhamento do guincho.
2/ UTILIZAÇÃO:
1. Baixar a lingueta anti-retorno para poder desenrolar o cabo girando a alavanca no sentido inverso ao dos ponteiros de um relógio.
2. Desprenda o gancho.
3. Agora já se pode desenrolar a corda ou o cabo esticado e correctamente alinhado no tambor.
4. Atar bem a corda ou o cabo sem o enrolar à volta da carga nem o prender nele próprio.
5. Levantar a lingueta anti-retorno e começar a girar a manivela no sentido dos ponteiros de um relógio para enrolar a corda ou o cabo
(Colocação em serviço da corda ou do cabo).
6. Para desprender, manter firmemente a manivela baixando simultaneamente a lingueta anti-retorno.
ADVERTÊNCIA : QUANDO SE COLOCA A CARGA NO GUINCHO, NÃO DE DEVE NUNCA LARGAR A MANIVELA ENQUANTO A
LINGUETA ANTI-RETORNO NÃO ESTIVER EM POSIÇÃO ALTA. EXISTE O PERIGO DE RETORNO VIOLENTO DA MANIVELA
PODENDO CAUSAR FERIMENTOS GRAVES E ESTRAGAR A CARGA.
IMPORTANTE: ESTE GUINCHO NÃO FOI CONCEBIDO PARA TRANSPORTAR PESSOAS NEM CARGAS POR CIMA DE UMA ZONA
ONDE ESTEJAM PESSOAS. NÃO ANDAR NEM TRABALHAR SOB UMA CARGA SUSPENDIDA POR ESTE GUINCHO
3/ MANUTENÇÃO E SEGURANÇA DURANTE O USO :
• As partes amovíveis, tais como a engrenagem, as linguetas e a manga devem ser limpas e lubrificadas para garantir um uso eficaz do
guincho. Lubrifique as engrenagens de 6 em 6 meses. • Utilize massa de lubrificar de boa qualidade • Os componentes podem ser
danificados por produtos químicos, o sal e a ferrugem e devem ser verificados antes de cada utilização. • Não deixar funcionar o guincho
se a corda ou o cabo estiverem entrelaçados ou torcidos ou se houver um sinal de ausência de solidez. • Usar os equipamentos de
segurança apropriados e manter as mãos afastadas do sistema de suspensão da corda ou do cabo, do enrolador e do sistema de tracção.
• Afaste as suas mãos, os cabelos, o vestuário ou jóias do tambor e a corda ou o cabo enquanto o guincho estiver em funcionamento. A
ruptura da corda ou do cabo poderiam causar ferimentos. Afaste-se do guincho durante o carregamento. Nunca passe a corda ou o cabo
entre as suas pernas enquanto o guincho funciona • Usar sempre o guincho em linha: não elevar cargas junto de um canto • Não usar
uma extensão em cima da manga do guincho para aumentar o efeito de elevação. Isto poderia danificar o guincho.

1/ EERSTE GEBRUIK :
Voor het eerste gebruik dienen de tandwielen gesmeerd te worden. Deze lier is zwaar gereedschap: de lierhouder moet dan ook in staat
zijn lasten te dragen die in verhouding tot zijn laadvermogen staan. Bevestig de structuur van de lier met behulp van schroeven en moeren
(niet meegeleverd)
Installeer de lier met behulp van de (meegeleverde) moer zoals aangegeven staat op onderstaande foto.
LET OP:
De door de lier te dragen maximale belasting mag niet overschreden
worden.
 Het maximale laadvermogen hangt af van de 1
e
koordlijn die rond de
lier gerold wordt. Hoe meer koordlijnen zich rond de trommel vormen, hoe
minder het vermogen wordt.
 Rol het koord of de kabel niet volledig af voor het laden. Zorg dat er 4
kabelomslagen rond de lier gerold blijven.
 Gebruik de door de fabrikant voor het model en de maat aanbevolen
kabels of koorden.
 Gebruik een dop van goede kwaliteit om de haak aan het uiteinde van
het koord of de kabel vast te maken.
 Zorg bij het bevestigen van het koord of de kabel aan de trommel dat
het koord 4 tot 6 maal opgerold wordt om het gebruik van de lier te vereenvoudigen. Installeer het koord of de kabel op één lijn met de lier.
2/ GEBRUIK:
1. Laat de sperpal zakken om de kabel af te kunnen rollen en draai daarbij de hendel tegen de klok in.
2. Maak de haak los.
3. Rol alles af, terwijl u het koord of de kabel gespannen en op één lijn met de trommel houdt.
4. Zet het koord of de kabel stevig vast, rol deze nooit rond de lading en maak deze niet aan zichzelf vast.
5. Til de sperpal op en begin met de klok mee aan de kruk te draaien om het koord of de kabel op te rollen (belasting van het koord of de
kabel).
6. Houd voor het loslaten de kruk stevig vast en laat de sperpal weer zakken.
WAARSCHUWING: TIJDENS HET BELASTEN VAN DE LIER MAG U NOOIT DE KRUK LOSLATEN ZOLANG DE SPERPAL NIET IN DE
HOGE STAND STAAT. DE KRUK ZOU HARD TERUG KUNNEN DRAAIEN EN ERNSTIGE VERWONDINGEN OF BESCHADIGING VAN
DE LADING KUNNEN VEROORZAKEN.

3/ ONDERHOUD EN GEBRUIKSVEILIGHEID:
• Voor een goed gebruik van de lier moeten de afneembare onderdelen, zoals de tandwielen, pallen en de heft gereinigd en gesmeerd
worden. Smeer de tandwielen iedere 6 maanden. • Gebruik vet van een goede kwaliteit. • De onderdelen kunnen beschadigd worden door
chemische producten, zout en roest en moeten voor ieder gebruik gecontroleerd worden. • Laat de lier niet werken indien het koord of de
kabel knopen heeft of gedraaid is of indien deze niet stevig genoeg staat. • Gebruik de juiste veiligheidsvoorzieningen en houd uw handen
uit de buurt van het borgsysteem van het koord of de kabel, de haspel en het treksysteem. • Houd uw handen, haar, kleding en sieraden
uit de buurt van de trommel en het koord of de kabel, wanneer de lier werkt. Breuk van het koord of de kabel kan tot letsel leiden. Blijf
tijdens het laden uit de buurt van de lier. Stap nooit over het koord of de kabel wanneer de lier in werking is • Gebruik de lier altijd in een
rechte lijn: trek de lading niet op via een hoek. • Gebruik geen verlengkabel op het heft van de lier om het hefboomeffect te vergroten. U
zou zo de lier kunnen beschadigen.

Voor het vastzetten van het koord of de kabel
aan de haspel van de lier.
Hiervoor moet een beveiliging geïnstalleerd worden om ongevallen
te voorkomen. Deze kunnen in de vierkante gaten geplaatst worden.
Zie de illustratie links. De 2 illustraties links tonen 2 manieren om
het koord in de haspel te steken.
GEVAAR: Rol tijdens het laden het koord niet volledig af. Zorg dat
er 4 kabelomslagen rond de lier gerold blijven.
