Posizionare la piastra di base e contrassegnare la posi-
zione del foro indicato in figura
Posicionar la placa base y marcar la ubicación del
agujero como se muestra en la figura
Ruotare la piastra per poter eseguire la foratura
utilizzando una punta Ø 10mm una profondità di
40mm
Girar el plato para taladrar el agujero con una
broca de Ø 10mm a profundidad de 40 mm
Inserire i tasselli a espansione ed avvitare tutte le viti
bloccando la piastra
Insertar los tacos a expansión y apretar los tornillos
para bloquear la placa
Inserire il tassello ad espansione ed avvitare senza
bloccare la piastra
Insertar los tacos a expansión y apretar los tornillos sin
bloquear la placa
Allineare la piastra ed eseguire prefori utilizzando
una punta Ø 8mm ad una profondità di 40mm
Alinear la placa y realizar la perforación con una
broca de 8 mm a una profundidad de 40 mm
Eseguire foro utilizzando un carotatore con Ø 25mm ad
una profondità di 25mm
Hacer un agujero con un nucleador de Ø 25 mm a una
profundidad de 25 mm
Inserire la cerniera
Inserir la bisagra

Eseguire preforo utilizzando una punta: Ø 8mm ad una
profondità di 40mm. Poi eseguire foratura Ø 10mm ad una
profondità di 40mm
Realizar la perforación con una broca de Ø 8mm a una
profundidad de 40mm. Realizar la perforación con una

Instrucciones de impianto y de ajuste
Inserire la porta, eventualmente inclinarla per agevolarne l’in-
serimento. Posizionare poi la tacca nella sede della cerniera.
Poner la puerta, posiblemente de inclinación para una fácil
inserción. A continuación, colocar la muesca en el asiento de
la bisagra
Calzare le copertine sul corpo della ceniera.
Deslizar la tapa dura sobre el cuerpo de ceniera
Agire sui quattro grani inferiori per regolare l’allineamento della porta (± 30mm con
uno sbraccio di 1000mm). Una volta allineata bloccare i grani
Ajustar con los cuatro tornillos inferiores la alineación de la puerta (± 30 mm con un
alcance de 1000 mm). Una vez alineado blocar el tornillo.
Regolare la forza dello scatto finale con chiave (Ch3) agendo
sull’ugello indicato con la lettera “S” con porta aperta a 45°.
Ruotando in senso orario si diminuisce la forza mentre in senso
antiorario la si aumenta.
Ajustar la fuerza del disparo final con clave (CH3) que actúan
en la boquilla contramarcada con la letra “S” la puerta está
abierta a 45 grados. Girar a la izquierda para disminuir la fuerza
y la izquierda para aumentar.
Utilizzare le guarnizioni in dotazione per compensare i diversi spessori di vetri (1)
e serrare i 4 grani con chiave (Ch3) (2). Vedere tabella.
Usar la junta suministrada para compensar diferentes espesores de vidrio (1) y
apretar los 4 tornillos y la llave (CH3) (2). Ver tabla.
Regolare la velocità di chiusura con chiave (Ch3) agen-
do sull’ugello indicato con la lettera “V” con porta aperta
a 45°. Ruotando in senso orario si diminuisce la velocità
mentre in senso antiorario la si aumenta.
Ajustar la velocidad de cierre con clave (CH3) que actúan
en la boquilla contramarcada con la letra “V” con la puer-
ta abierta a 45 grados. Girar a la derecha para reducir la
velocidad y en sentido contrario a aumentar.
Fissare le copertine svitando gli otto grani presenti sul
corpo.
Asegurar la tapa dura aflojando los ocho tornillos en
el cuerpo.
Coprire con piastrine copri vite.
Cubrir con la plaquetas los tornillos.

Place the base plate and mark the location of the hole
shown in figure

Turn the plate in order to drill the hole using a
Ø10mm bit to a 40mm depth

Insert the wall anchors and tighten all the screws so as
to block the plate

Setzen Sie den Dübel ein und befestigen Sie die
Schraube. Die Schraube nicht komplett anziehen, so
dass die Grundplatte noch bewegt werden kann.
Aline the plate and drill using a Ø 8mm bit to a
40mm depth
Richten Sie die Grundplatte aus und bohren Sie die
äußeren Bohrungen mit einem 8er Bohrer vor (ca.
40mm tief)
Make a hole using a Ø 25mm corer at a depth of 25mm
Bohren Sie mit einem M25er Bohrer ein Loch zur Ban-
daufnahme (ca. 25mm tief)
Insert the hinge
Legen Sie das Türband in die Bodenplatte ein.

Drill using a Ø 8mm bit to a 40mm depth
Then drill the hole using Ø 10mm bit on 40mm depth.

Enter the door, possibly sloping for easier insertion. Then pla-
ce the notch in the hinge seat.
Stellen Sie nun die Glastür in das Türband.
Slide the cover on the hinge body.
Setzen Sie die Abdeckkappen auf das Türband.
Act on the four lower grains to adjust the alignment of the door (± 30mm with a
1000mm reach). Once aligned block the screws
Richten Sie über 4 Schrauben an der Bodenplatte die 0-Lage aus. Nach Einstellung
die Schrauben festziehen.
Adjust the final click strength with (Ch3) key acting on the noz-
zle denoted by the letter “S” with the door open to 45 degrees.
Turn clockwise to decrease the force and counter-clockwise to
increase it.
Stellen Sie bei geöffneter Tür (ca. 45°) über das Ventil “S” den
Endschlag ein. Drehen Sie gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, erhöht
sich die Kraft des Endschlags. Drehen Sie im Uhrzeigersinn,
verringert sich die Kraft des Endschlags.

Use the gasket supplied to compensate for different thicknesses of glass (1) and tighten
the 4 screws with (Ch3) key (2). See table.
Verwenden Sie die mitgelieferten Zwischenlagen entsprechend der Glasdicke um die richtige
Klemmwirkung zu erzielen. Bitte beachten Sie die Tabelle, um die richtige Zwischenlagenkom-
bination zu erzielen. Anschließend ziehen Sie die 4 Schrauben mit einem Imbusschlüssel fest an.
Adjust the closing speed with (Ch3) key acting on the
nozzle denoted by the letter “V” with the door open to 45
degrees. Turn clockwise to reduce speed and counter-
clockwise to increase it.
Regulieren Sie die Schliessgeschwindigkeit über das
Ventil “V” bei geöffneter Tür (ca. 45°). Drehen Sie gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn, erhöht sich die Schliessgeschwin-
digkeit. Drehen Sie im Uhrzeigersinn, verringert sich die
Schliessgeschwindigkeit.
Secure the covers by unscrewing the eight screws on
the body.
Befestigen Sie die Abdeckkappen durch die seitlichen
Inbusschrauben.
Cover with screw-cover plates.
Setzen Sie die Abdeckung für das Bodenlager ein.
