NOTICE:
- Read this manual carefully before operating the fan. Keep this manual, for future use.
- For your safety, the installation, operation and repair of the fan should be done by a
professional person.
- Before connecting to the power supply, make sure that the local voltage and frequency are
the same as the ones on the nameplate.
- The fan must be connected to earthed socket.
- The structure is not water-proof, so you shouldn’t allowed any liquids on it, in order to avoid
short circuit.
- Cut off the power source first, when connecting to the power cord. The power cord must not
be less than 0.75 mm² multiple flexible wire, and it should also be fixed on the down
connection clip.
- When socket is used for power supply, the socket should meet the IEC335-1 standard. When
power lines are from direct power supply, a polarity switch should be installed with contact gap
not less than 3 mm on the fixation wiring.
- Don’t move the fan when working.
- Don’t block the fan’s head when swinging to avoid getting damaged or overturned.
- Don’t insert hand or other objects into the fan guards and misting plate when running.
- When the fan stops misting with no reason, check the water supply system.
- Immediately cut off the power and send the machine to be repaired by a qualified technician
if, while running, the fan emits unusual noise, smoke or the machine’s blade can not run after
power supply.
- Cut off the power before cleaning and repairing.
- Don’t install the fan in places where the temperature is over 40°, or explosives or dust are
stocked.
- For your safety, don’t open the fan’s cover while operating.
MAINTENANCE:
1. Seal the fan with plastic bag or move to dry place when it is installed outside but it is
raining, to protect it from the water.
2. In order to keep the machine beautiful and in good condition you should clean it in time,
after cutting off the power first.
3. To ensure that the machine works well smoothly, you should replace the oil on the gear box
and the bearing room after working for 2000 hours (almost 1 time per year).
4. To ensure that the fan can oscillate easily, you should add oil to the rotary part of the
oscillation system every six months.
5. Clean the fan and seal it with a plastic bag and put it in a dry, ventilating place when it is
not being used for a long time.
6. Clear the pump regularly in order to make it run smoothly. Confirm that the water supply
sends clear water to the water tank and clean the tank regularly.
