INSTRUCTION MANUAL
FOR WALL MISTING FAN
MODEL: CLMFW-20/26
Read carefully these instructions before using the
appliance

GENERAL:
The fan has big airflow, fast cooling down temperature, saving power, low noise,
elegant appearance, easy using and maintenance.
The misting system adopts advanced centrifugal design, which does not need
nozzles or filter, just add water and connect it directly to the tap.
It is ideal for cooling and blocking the dust and the bad smells in cafés, restaurants εστιατόρια, catering,

FEATURE:
1. The machine’s surface adopts outdoor’s epoxy coating, which is long life, corrosive proof. The
waterproof circuit makes the operation safe.
2. The misting and blowing have different motors, which adopt high quality bearing, to keep stable
performance, low temperature rising, low noise and strong load.
3. With advanced misting system, mist volume can be adjusted. The complete system of the water
pump and floater switch make working safe and stable. The floater switch cuts off the pump and the
misting motor automatically when the water is not enough for mist.
4. Recycled water system, saving water. Connects directly with tap and the misting time is unlimited.
USAGE:
1. Follow below drawing steps to assemble all parts.
2. Turn on the tap.
3. Connected to the power supply, press fan switch first, then water pump switch and, according to the
mark adjust the mist volume as needed.
4. The fan has three speeds: “0” is off, “1” is low, “2” is medium and “3” is high.
OTHER INSTRUCTION:
1. Oscillation setting: Cut off the power first, after the blade stops, loosen the adjustment screw and
move it to the position that you desire (when located to the center hole the fan won’t oscillate). Refer to
the attachment 2.
2. The floater switch system will cut off pump and misting motor when the water in the tank is too little.
Turn on the tap while continue using misting function.

Assembling sketch:
Step 1:
Fix wall plate on the wall with 2 pcs Μ10x70
screws. Then put support arm into plate and
fasten screw Μ8x40 and Μ8x10.

Loosen M6x45 screw.
Put fan head into support arm, fasten Μ6x45
and M6x10, and fix power cord on support
arm with clip.

Step 3:
Put water tank in the hook of wall plate and
then connect the water hose in the proper
place.

Step 4:
Connect plug and socket well and then fix the
cover with screw ST4x10.

Step 5:
Connect tap connection with tap
and then put water hose into tap connection.
Finally, put the other end of water hose
into water connection of water tank
.

Connect and remove hose:
Connect hose and push the hose on the end
of the water connection.
When removing hose, keep the connection’s
plastic washer pressed and then pull out the
hose.

Clean water tank:
Cut off power and tap and then remove the
cover of the water tank. Clean the inside of
the water tank with brush and open the valve
to drain. Put clean water into the tank to clean
it and finally fasten the valve.

ATTENTION
The symbol on the product means that at the end of its life, the appliance has not to be
considered as a common waste. It is a special waste and has to be demolished in specifies
recovery and disposal areas, as prescribed by the EC Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE). By
disposing this product correctly, you can avoid negative consequences for the environment
and for the human health, due to the presence of potentially dangerous substances in the
product.

NOTICE:
- Read this manual carefully before operating the fan. Keep this manual, for future use.
- For your safety, the installation, operation and repair of the fan should be done by a
professional person.
- Before connecting to the power supply, make sure that the local voltage and frequency are
the same as the ones on the nameplate.
- The fan must be connected to earthed socket.
- The structure is not water-proof, so you shouldn’t allowed any liquids on it, in order to avoid
short circuit.
- Cut off the power source first, when connecting to the power cord. The power cord must not
be less than 0.75 mm² multiple flexible wire, and it should also be fixed on the down
connection clip.
- When socket is used for power supply, the socket should meet the IEC335-1 standard. When
power lines are from direct power supply, a polarity switch should be installed with contact gap
not less than 3 mm on the fixation wiring.
- Don’t move the fan when working.
- Don’t block the fan’s head when swinging to avoid getting damaged or overturned.
- Don’t insert hand or other objects into the fan guards and misting plate when running.
- When the fan stops misting with no reason, check the water supply system.
- Immediately cut off the power and send the machine to be repaired by a qualified technician
if, while running, the fan emits unusual noise, smoke or the machine’s blade can not run after
power supply.
- Cut off the power before cleaning and repairing.
- Don’t install the fan in places where the temperature is over 40°, or explosives or dust are
stocked.
- For your safety, don’t open the fan’s cover while operating.
MAINTENANCE:
1. Seal the fan with plastic bag or move to dry place when it is installed outside but it is
raining, to protect it from the water.
2. In order to keep the machine beautiful and in good condition you should clean it in time,
after cutting off the power first.
3. To ensure that the machine works well smoothly, you should replace the oil on the gear box
and the bearing room after working for 2000 hours (almost 1 time per year).
4. To ensure that the fan can oscillate easily, you should add oil to the rotary part of the
oscillation system every six months.
5. Clean the fan and seal it with a plastic bag and put it in a dry, ventilating place when it is
not being used for a long time.
6. Clear the pump regularly in order to make it run smoothly. Confirm that the water supply
sends clear water to the water tank and clean the tank regularly.
WARNING:
1. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person, in order to avoid
hazard.
2. The product is not intended to be used by people who are physically weak, slow to react or
mentally impaired (including children), unless they are supervised to instruct and help. The
children should also be supervised when using the appliance, to ensure that they are not
playing with it.
