IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following.
1. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use Handles or knobs.
2. To protect against electrical shock. Do not immerse cord plug or appliance in water or
other liquid. Do not put hand in side of product when working.
3. Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used near children.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting
on or taking off accessories.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliances to factory for
examination repair or adjustment.
6. Do not use outdoors. This appliance is for household use only.
7. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
8. Do not place on or near gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
9. Toasting Lever must be in the “Up” position before attaching or disconnecting the plug
from wall outlet.
10. Oversize foods, metal foil packages, or utensils must not be inserted in a toaster as they
may involve a risk of fire or electric shock.
11. A fire may occur if toaster is covered or touching flammable material, including
curtains, draperies when in operation.
12. Do not attempt to dislodge food when toaster is plugged in.
13. The bread may burn therefore do not use the toaster near or below combustible
material, such as curtains.
14. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
15. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
16. This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or
supervision if their physical, sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it
safely. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

BEFORE USE
Check that the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the mains voltage and plug in.
This appliance is fitted with an earth wire for extra safety.

SELECTING THE BROWNING LEVEL
Select the setting of your choice from the possible browning levels. The degree of
browning increases in relation to the numbers on the selection dial.
HOW TO USE YOUR TOASTER
Place the bread in the toaster and push the lever down until it automatically locks into
place.
TO STOP THE TOASTER
The toaster is automatically released when the previously selected browning levels. If
you want to interrupt the toasting process at any time, just push the “STOP” button and
the lever button will return to its original position.
CLEANING YOUR TOASTER
To clean your toaster, first remove the plug from the mains outlet, then open crumb
tray at bottom of toaster. Clean the toaster with a soft, dry cloth and wipe dry
afterwards, never use water.

The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer
or separate remote-control system.

ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD
Siempre que use aparatos eléctricos, debe observer unas mínimas precauciones de
seguridad, como las siguientes:.
1. No toque las superficies calientes. Use siempre los botones y asas.
16. Para prevenir electroschocks, no sumerja el aparato o el cable en agua ni en ningún
otro líquido. No coloque la mano cerca del aparato cuando esté funcionando.
17. Observe un cuidado especial cuando utilice el aparato cerca de niños.
18. Desenchufe siempre el aparato cuando no vaya a utilizarlo y antes de limpiarlo. Dejelo
enfriar antes de limpiarlo o quitar algún accesorio.
19. No use el aparato si el cable está dañado, si ha notado un mal funcionamiento, o
presenta algún tipo de daño. Llevelo al servicio técnico autorizado para su reparación o
canje.
20. No use el aparato en el exterior. Este aparato está concebido para uso interior
exclusivamente.
21. No deje el cable colgando o que entre en contacto con superficies calientes.
22. No lo coloque cerca del gas o de ningún horno caliente.
23. El tostador debe estar en posición “Up” antes de enchufarlo o desenchufarlo.
24. No introduzca en el tostador alimentos mas grandes que la ranura, podría causar un
electroshock.
25. Tenga precaución de no arrimar el tostador cuando está en funcionamiento a materials
inflammables como cortinas, manteles, etec, podría provocar un incencidio.
26. No intenta sacar la tostada cuando el tostador esté en funcionamiento.
27. El pan podría arder, no utilice el tostador cerca de materials inflammables,
combustibles, cortinas, etc.
28. Algunas partes del aparato pueden alcanzar altas temperaturas cuando esté en
funcionamiento, tenga precaución.
29. Si el cable está dañado, llevelo al servictio técnico official para su reparación o
cambio.
16. Queda prohibido el uso de este aparato por niños o personas discapacitadas. Vigile que
los niños no jueguen con el aparato, “no es un juguete”.

ANTES DE USAR EL TOSTADOR
Compruebe que el voltaje del aparato coincide con el de la red eléctrica antes de
enchufarlo. Este aparato está equipado con toma de tierra para una mayor seguridad.

SELECCIONE EL NIVEL DE TOSTADO.
Seleccione el nivel de tostador usando los diferentes niveles. El nivel de tosato se
incrementa en relación con los numeros del dial.
COMO USAR SU TOSTADOR
Coloque el pan en el tostador y baje el pulsador hacia abajo para dejarlo bloqueado.
COMO PARAR EL TOSTADOR
El tostador se apaga automaticamente cuando llega al nivel de tostado programado. Si
desea interrumpir el proceso de tostado, solo tiene que pulsar el botón “STOP” y la
palanca volverá a su posición inicial apagándose el tostador.
LIMPIEZA DEL TOSTADOR
Antes de limpiar su tostador, desenchufe el aparato de la red, despues abra y vacíe la
bandeja recojemigas del tostador. Limpie el tostador con un paño suave y seco, no usen
nunca agua.
