PFAL 2800 - DUMP GUN
DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
La pistola PFAL 2800 è una pistola ad altissima
pressione
dotata di un sistema di sicurezza che, a seguito del
rilascio
della leva, permette il passaggio del fluido senza
pressione
attraverso l’apertura superiore della pistola
stessa
(evidenziata in blu in immagine sopra). Il passaggio da
alta
a bassa pressione è garantito da una speciale valvola
a
cartuccia, facilmente sostituibile periodicamente.
E’ dotata di un sistema a leva che riduce sensibilmente
lo
sforzo per l’operatore, che al tempo stesso funziona
da
sicura contro l’azionamento accidentale.
Può essere utilizzata con pompe / impianti aventi
pressioni
nominali fino a 2800 bar –40 kpsi.
PFAL 2800 is a ultra high pressure dump gun
equipped
with a safety system which allows the fluid passage
without
pressure through the upper pipe (blue colored part in
the
picture) by releasing the trigger.
The high pressure jet is obtained through a special
easy
repleceable cartridge valve.
A lever system which decreases the operator effort
is
mounted in the handle, at the same time it works also as
a
safety lock which prevents the accidental pressing of
the
trigger.
PFAL 2800 can be used with pumps / systems up to
2800
bar –40 kpsi.

MANUTENZIONE
MAINTENANCE
Il
dispositivo non necessita di manutenzione ordinaria.
La
manutenzione straordinaria deve essere
effettuata
come
segue:

ogni 500 ore di funzionamento (dopo
circa
25000 cicli) controllare l’usura dei
componenti
interni e se danneggiati sostituirli, avendo
cura
prima dell’installazione di lubrificare
le
guarnizioni con grasso resistente all’acqua.
The
device doesn’t need ordinary maintenance.
Extraordinary
maintenance must be carried out
as
follows
:

every 500 hours of operation (after about
25000
cycles) check wear of internal components
and
replace if damaged, taking care to lubricate
the
seals with waterproof grease before installing.

HOW TO CHOOSE
PFAL
2800 è indicata per un utilizzo con acqua
dolce
e
pulita anche leggermente additivata. Nel caso
di
utilizzo
con acqua avente impurità in
sospensione,
impiegare
una adeguata filtrazione. La scelta
della
pistola
deve essere fatta in base ai dati
di
funzionamento
dell’impianto che sono
rappresentati
da
: Pressione Nominale, Pressione
Ammissibile,
Portata
Massima, e Temperatura Massima.
PFAL
2800 is suitable for use with soft and
clean
water,
also with a slight amount of additives. If
used
with
water with suspended impurities, use a
suitable
filter
. The tool is chosen based on the operating
data
of
the system, namely: Rated pressure, Maximum
flow
rate
and Rated temperature.
