3.1 What should I do if I forget the password to log in tothe
device (how to reset the router)?
A. Forgetting the password to log in tothe device can only restore
the device tothe factory default settings, that is, reset. There is a
RESET button between the power port of the device and the
WAN port. When the device is powered on, press the RESET
button with your finger for about 7seconds, the indicator light
flashes 3 times quickly and then release it, the reset is successful.
3.2 What should I do if I cannot log in tothe management
interface of the device?
A. Please make sure that the IP address of the computer and the
login IP address of the device are in the same network segment:
if the default login IP address of the device is 192.168.0.1, the
computer IP address must be 192.168.0.X (x is any integer
before 2-254) ;
B. Please make sure that the browser is set to"Never dial-up
connection", and no proxy server is set; the method is as follows
(take IE browser as an example): Select Tools-Internet
Options-Connection, and select "Never dial-up connection" ";
Click "LAN Settings" to remove the proxy server option.
C. You can try tochange to another computer to log in; if the
above prompt does not help you log in tothe device, please
restore the device tothe factory and operate again.
Note: After reset, the router's default login IP is 192.168.0.1, and
by default, a password must be set for the first login. When
logging in, please make sure that the computer's IP address is
automatically obtained in the network segment 192.168.0.X (x
can take any value between 2-254).
