TheDFPROFIIIPCIeisaplug&play-compatibleboardforPCI-Express-Slots.The
configurationentirelytakesplacebymeansofthedeliveredsoftwareortheBIOSofyourPC
respectively. Thus,nojumpersorDIP-switchadjustmentsarenecessary.
Tomounttheboard,pleaseproceedasfollows:
·Switchoff yourPCandunplugthemainsplug!
·RemovethescrewsofthePCcageandliftoff thecover. If necessary,
pleaseseealsotheoperating instructionsofyourPC.
·SelectafreePCI-ExpressX1slot.
·RemovetheslotcoverandplugtheDFboardintothedeterminedslot.Payattention
toaproperadjustmentoftheboardintheguidance(avoidcanting !).
·Screwdowntheboard.
·Fixthecoveragainandscrewit down.
Remark:Whenmounting, pleasefollowthesafetyinstructionsfor
electronicmodulesagainstelectrostaticcharge.
