Installation should be made by qualified service personnel and should adhere to all local
codes.
In order to prevent electric shock and avoid damage to waterproof seals, do not loosen
any screws on the camera body.
Avoid exposing the lens to direct sunlight.
Do not touch the front glass. If necessary, use a soft cloth to wipe off dust or debris.
Do not install on a surface subjected to frequent vibration or shocks.
Do not operate the camera beyond its temperature range or power ratings.
Should any damage or suspected damage occur, shutdown and disconnect the power and
contact your service provider.
Do not install the camera under unstable lighting conditions. Severe lighting change or
flicker can cause the camera to work improperly.
Never use the camera close to a gas or oil leak.
Do not disassemble the camera.
Do not drop the camera or subject the unit to physical shocks
Do not point the camera directly at strong light, this can damage the sensor.
Ensure all removable covers are replaced to protect the inner components.
Do not install near devices which emit a strong electro-magnetic field.
Use a dry or damp cloth only for cleaning.
Note: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer can
cause the camera to be damaged and become inoperable. This may invalidate the
user warranty.

INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY OR CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

PACKING CONTENTS
Important: Ensure all precautionary procedures are
observed during installation.
It is recommended the camera is tested under the most
demanding environmental conditions such as low light
or bright sunlight to ensure continuity of effective CCTV
monitoring.
Using the supplied fitting screws, securely attach the
camera to the drilled surface
Adjust the tri-axis gimbal and zoom/focus to give the
required image of the area to be monitored.
Replace the dome cover by pushing firmly in place
onto the base
Carefully clean the dome surface with a soft lint
free cloth
Remove the camera carefully from the box, keeping
the accessories in a safe place
Use the supplied mounting template to mark the
space for drilling
Remove the dome cover using a suitable coin or
screwdriver

CONNECTION
Connect the video out port to your video cable
running to the monitor / recorder
Check the power supply is of the correct level
and connect your power supply into the power
port on the Camera.
View the picture on a monitoring device to
check the power and video connection is
working properly.

Troubleshooting
Ensure all power and cable connections are correct with the Camera and DVR.
If all power and cable connections are correct and the camera picture can not be
produced then contact your supplier for technical support.
To assist in installation when using an
analogue test monitor, the camera can
be switched to an analogue output by
pushing the joystick fully up for
several seconds.
The camera can be returned to AHD
output by pushing the joystick fully
left for several seconds, or TVI output
by pushing it right for a few seconds.

OSD Controller
ON SCREEN DISPLAY (OSD)
Remove the dome cover and locate the OSD control buttons on the camera mainboard.
Press and hold LEFT for 5 seconds to switch the camera to AHD.
Press and hold RIGHT for 5 seconds to switch the camera to TVI.
Press and hold UP for 5 seconds to switch the camera to CVBS or Analogue.
Press and hold DOWN for 5 seconds to switch the camera to CVI.
2MP cameras will be set to AHD by default. 3MP cameras will be set to TVI by default.
Press and hold UP for 5
seconds. This will switch to
a 960H ready output.
Press and hold LEFT for 5
seconds. This will switch to
the 1080p AHD output.
