rules in it. If the device is installed in a public place, provide appropriate signage warning of
CCTV surveillance. Failure to correctly use electrical products may cause fire and severe

Additional information.
•To prevent electric shock, keep power plugs dry and clean.
•Strictly observe installation requirements. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible
for damage to the device caused by users' non-conformance to these requirements.
•Strictly conform to local electrical safety standards and use power adapters that are
marked with the LPS standard.
•Use accessories delivered with this device. The voltage must meet input voltage
requirements for this device.
•If this device is installed in places with unstable voltage, earth the device to discharge
electrical surges to prevent the power supply from burning out.
•When in use, ensure that no water or other liquid flows into the device. If water or liquid
unexpectedly flows into the device, immediately power off the device and disconnect all
cables (such as power cables and network cables).
•Do not focus strong light (such as lighted bulbs or sunlight) on this device or the service
life of the image sensor may be shortened.

•If this device is installed in places where thunder and lightning frequently occur, earth
the device nearby to discharge high energy from lightning strikes and prevent damage.
•Avoid heavy loads, intensive shocks and soaking during transportation and storage. The
warranty does not cover damage that is caused during secondary packaging and
transportation after the original packaging is taken apart.
•Do not drop the device or subject it to intense shock, keep it away from magnetic field
interference, and do not install it in places subject to vibration or shock.
•Clean the device with a soft dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild neutral cleanser and
then dry the device.
•Do not jam the ventilation opening. Follow the installation instructions provided in this
document.
•Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators, electric heaters and other
heating equipment.
•Keep the device away from moisture, dust, extremes of heat and cold, and strong
electromagnetic radiation and electric fields.
•If the device is installed outdoors, take insect and moisture proofing measures
•Remove the power plug if the device is idle for a long time.
•Before unpacking, check whether the warranty seal is damaged. If it is, contact
customer services or sales personnel. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any
deliberate damage of the warranty seal.

1.2. Features
1.2.1.Network Features
•Supports complete TCP/IP protocol suite.
•Supports video, audio, and alarm data.
•Provides a built-in web browser and supports access using Internet explorer.
•Supports network data transmission and remote access.
•Supports Point-to-Point protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE), Dynamic Host
configuration protocol (DHCP), and Dynamic Domain Name System (DDNS).

•Supports remote upgrade and maintenance.
1.2.2.Image Processing Features
•Supports multiple steams. Single-stream model or dual-stream mode can be
selected based on the site requirement. Encoding parameters for the main
stream and sub stream be configured separately.
•Supports dynamic stream parameters based on different image quality
requirement.
•Supports independent hardware compression and constant bit rate (CBR) and
variable bit rate (VBR). Videos can be compressed using the Motion Joint
Photographic Experts Group (MJPEG) or H.264 standards. The frame rate and
image quality can be configured.
1.2.3.I/O Features
•Supports bidirectional intercom and unidirectional broadcast.
•Provides a 10/100 Mbits/s self-adaptive Ethernet port.

•Supports “heartbeat” function that allows the management host to learn the
running status of the IP camera in real time.

2. Hardware Installation
2.1. Tools required for installation:

2.2. Installing the Dome Camera
The dome camera can be wall-mounted or suspended.
To prevent water flow into the camera, ensure that the multi-head cable is not exposed.

2.3. Wall-Mounted installation
•Mark out drilling points on wall based on bracket size.
•Drill four φ8mm holes to minimum 60mm depth.
•Insert the expansion bolts into the holes.
•Fix the connector to the bracket as shown in Fig. 4.

•Thread all the cables through the wall bracket component as shown in Fig. 5

•Attach the PTZ camera to the wall bracket component and fit it into the connector.
•Tighten the four screws to fix the connector and camera as shown in Fig. 6.

•Mount the PTZ dome camera to the wall and fully tighten the four screws on the
bracket.

2.4. Suspension Installation
•Mark out drilling points for the suspension bracket.
•Drill four φ8mm holes to minimum 60mm depth.
•Insert the expansion bolts into the holes.
•Fix the connector to the suspension bracket base as shown in Fig. 7.

•Thread all cables through the hole on the side of the suspension bracket as shown in
Fig. 8.

•Attach the PTZ camera to the suspension bracket component and fit it into the
connector.
•Tighten the four screws to fix the camera and bracket as shown in Fig. 9.

•Mount the PTZ dome camera to the mounting surface and fully tighten the four
screws on the bracket

3. Quick Configuration
3.1. Login and Logout
Use Internet Explorer 6 or later to ensure all functions are available.
3.1.1.Logging in to system
•Open Internet Explorer
•Enter the IP address of IP camera in the address box (default value: 192.168.0.120)
•Press Enter.
The login page is displayed as shown
•Input the User Name and password.
The default name is admin. The default password is admin. Change the password when you
log in the system for first time for security. You can change the system display language on
the login page.
•Click Login.
The live video page is displayed.
3.1.2.Logging out
•Click Sign out in the upper right corner of the main page.
The login page is displayed after you log out of the system.

3.2. Live Video page layout
Table 3 describes elements on the live video page:

3.2.1.PTZ Control Box
Allows the user to:
•Control the camera direction, zoom in or out, and change the focal length and
aperture
•Adjust the PTZ rotation speed.
•Add, delete, and invoke the presents and tacks.
•Set up scans and tours
•Adjust IR settings.
•Set the direction to due north.
•Set the PTZ timer for scheduled triggering of presets and tracks. (This uses the time set
in camera so ensure it is correct).

3.2.2.Module Control Box
Allows the user to:
•Set timed operation
•Adjust image settings; gamma, sharpness, saturation, brightness, contrast etc.
•Use mirror and still image mode.
•Adjust exposure; gain, shutter and iris.
•Adjust white balance.
•Adjust Day/Night and IR settings.
•Adjust Lens settings
•Adjust Noise Reduction and module-specific settings.
3.2.3.Warnings
When the device encounters an exception, the fault icon is displayed. You can click it
to view the fault information.
When the device generates an alarm, the alarm icon is displayed. You can click it to
view the alarm information. When the device accepts an alarm signal, the alarm icon will
display within 10s in the web management system.

3.3. Configuration page layout
Elements on the configuration page

Allows selection of a menu from the tree to set device parameters,
including the device information, audio and video streams, alarm
setting, and privacy mask function.

This changes to show information and allow entry of settings for the item
selected in the Menu area.

3.4. Browsing Video
Users can view real-time video in the web management system.
3.4.1.Preparation
To ensure that real-time video can be played properly, it may be necessary to set up
Internet Explorer when you log on for the first time as follows:
•Open Internet Explorer.
•Choose Tools > Internet options > Security > Trusted sites > Sites.
•In the display dialog box, click Add as shown below (Ensure the IP address of the
camera is prefixed by https://).
•Click Close.
