products and special effects.

This manual describes the Stadium Cannon.
All information in this manual is important for the safe and proper functioning of the
Stadium Cannon.
Please read the manual carefully if you are not familiar with this device.

Introduction
Using the Stadium Cannon
The Stadium Cannon is pressured by a compressor. The Stadium Cannon can be
used for firing large amounts of Confetti or Streamers. Firing anything other than
Confetti or Streamers is not allowed. The supplier is not responsible for the
misuse of this device.

Confetti and Streamers
The Stadium Cannon is developed to shoot Confetti and Streamers in large
locations. The following types of filling are possible.
Slow fall Paper or Metallic Confetti 55 x 17MM (1 package is 1kg)
Max. 2Kg Paper Confetti
Max. 3Kg Metallic Confetti
Streamers 10m x 1.5cm (1 package is 32pcs.)
Max. 15 packages
Streamers 10m x 5cm (1 package is 10pcs.)
Max. 12 packages
Streamers 20m x 5cm (1 package is 10pcs.)
Max. 8 packages

Preparation
After removing the packaging, check for any damages to the Stadium Cannon. If so,
please make sure to report this to your supplier.
Take out the Output Cannon and make sure it is empty.
Once the Output Cannon is empty, place a carton lifting core (not included) and ensure
that it seals the hole.
This way you avoid the confetti from entering the tank.
The output cannon can now be filled with your desired type(s) of confetti or streamers.
Installation
Make sure the Stadium Cannon is placed on a smooth surface and the brake is on
the wheels.
Open the lid and make sure that the tank is not pressured.
Take out the Output Cannon and attach it to the tank. Insert the tube into the
socket and lower the arms as in the pictures.

Make sure that the adjusting knobs are tightened.
Make sure all wheels are on the brakes; when the wheels are not on the brakes, the
Stadium Cannon may move because of the recoil.
Connect a compressor (not included) to the compression box.
WARNING! The maximum output pressure is 8 bar.
Fill the tank until the meter indicates 8 bar. The compressor can now be
disconnected if desired. If the meter indicates more than 8 bar, it can be vented
through the vent valve.
CAUTION!
- Always make sure the tank is not pressured before operating or transporting the
Stadium Cannon.
- Always place the Stadium Cannon on a smooth surface, beware of recoil when
firing.
- Secure the tank of the Stadium Cannon Tightly with the adjusting knobs.
- The tank can hold up to 8 bar, always use a tested and certified compressor.
- The Stadium Cannon should never be left unattended.
- The area around the Stadium Cannon should be free from people and objects.
- The Stadium Cannon must be place at least 25 meters away from the audience.
- The Stadium Cannon must never be pressured longer than 8 minutes.
- Always monitor the pressure. When the pressure is above 8 bar, vent the tank
with the vent valve until the pressure is below 8 bar.

Accessories
Loop Through Cable
The function of the loop through cable is supplying multiple devices with a single power socket. Looping through
the device should only be done without power. The first Stadium Cannon II is connected to a power socket with
the power socket to Powercon cable. The second Stadium Cannon II is powered with the blue Powercon
connector on the loop through cable. The grey side of the loop through cable connects to the grey connector on
the first Stadium Cannon II. Connect the Powercon by plugging the Powercon into the connector on the Stadium
Cannon II and turning it clockwise until you hear a click sound. Repeat this process for the rest of the Stadium
Cannon IIs.
Power Socket to Powercon cable
The power socket to Powercon cable is the power cable of the Stadium Cannon II. The power socket side
connects to 230V 50-60HZ. The power connector connects to the Stadium Cannon II. Connect the Powercon by
plugging the Powercon into the Stadium Cannon II and turning it clockwise until you hear a click sound.

TCM FX-Control
The TCM FX-Control is designed to control multiple TCM products.
Connect the power socket to Powercon cable to the blue connector on the side of the FX
Control.
Connect the Stadium Cannon II to the FX-Control with the loop through cable. Connect
the blue side of the cable to the Stadium Cannon II and the grey side of the cable to the
back side of the FX Control.
When firing the Stadium Cannon II first switch the key switch to unlock the panel.
Switch the safety switch to the right so the white dot is pointing upwards. When the red fire button is pushed, the
Stadium Cannon II will activate. Turn the safety switch to the left when the Stadium Cannon II is not in use.
To connect multiple FX Control panels use the loop through cable. Connect the Blue side of the Powercon to the
second FX-Control. Connect the grey side of the loop through cable to the grey connector on the FX-Control.
Both FX-Controllers are now powered.
Air Hose
The Air Hose supplies the Stadium Cannon II with compressed air. Connect one side to the compressor.
Connect the other side to the Stadium Cannon II.

Disassembling the Stadium Cannon
1. Disconnect the air hose from the compressor.
2. Vent the tank with the vent valve.
3. Remove the Output Cannon and store it in the holder.
4. Make sure everything is in the right place and tightened before place the top of
the flight case.
5. The Stadium Cannon is now disassembled and ready for transport.

Warranty
The Stadium Cannon II has a 3 year warranty which will be void if the Stadium
Cannon II is handled differently than described in this manual.
The Warranty is void when the Stadium Cannon II has been opened by anyone other
than the Confetti Maker.
The Confetti maker is not responsible for any paint or hardware damaged as a result
of rough handling.
CAUTION! Always contact your supplier in case of malfunctions.
Never try to repair the Stadium Cannon II yourself.
