Introduction
The Dropper has been designed to drop a backdrop from a truss with a control
panel.
The Dropper operates at a power supply of 230V~50/60Hz.
The TCMFX Dropper is powered by a power connector. The supplier is not
responsible for the misuse of this device.

Accessories
Loop Through Cable
The function of the loop through cable is supplying multiple devices with a single power socket. Looping through
the device should only be done without power. The first Dropper is connected to a power socket with the power
socket to Powercon cable. The second Dropper is powered with the blue Powercon connector on the loop through
cable. The grey side of the loop through cable connects to the grey connector on the first Dropper. Connect the
Powercon by plugging the Powercon into the connector on the Dropper and turning it clockwise until you hear a
click sound. Repeat this process for the rest of the Droppers.
Power Socket to Powercon cable
The power socket to Powercon cable is the power cable of the Dropper. The power socket side connects to 230V
50-60HZ. The power connector connects to the Dropper. Connect the Powercon by plugging the Powercon into
the Dropper and turning it clockwise until you hear a click sound.

TCM FX-Control
The TCM FX-Control is designed to control multiple TCM products.
Connect the power socket to Powercon cable to the blue connector on the side of the FX
Control.
Connect the Dropper to the FX-Control with the loop through cable. Connect the blue
side of the cable to the Dropper and the grey side of the cable to the back side of the FX
Control.
When firing the Dropper first switch the key switch to unlock the panel.
Switch the safety switch to the right so the white dot is pointing upwards. When the red fire button is pushed, the
Dropper will activate. Turn the safety switch to the left when the Dropper is not in use.
To connect multiple FX Control panels use the loop through cable. Connect the Blue side of the Powercon to the
second FX-Control. Connect the grey side of the loop through cable to the grey connector on the FX-Control.
Both FX-Controllers are now powered.
Installation
- Clamp the Dropper securely to a truss.
- Connect the safety steel to the attachment.
- Connect a Powercon to the input as shown in the pictures
- Make sure the indication led is working when powered.
- Test the dropper system by powering the dropper.

Warranty
The Dropper has a 3 year warranty which will be void if the Dropper is handled
differently than described in this manual.
The warranty is void when the Dropper has been opened by anyone other than the
Confetti Maker.
The Confetti maker is not responsible for any paint or hardware damaged as a result
of rough handling.
CAUTION! Always contact your supplier in case of malfunctions.
Never try to repair the Dropper yourself.
