Question: I plugged the microphone into the system but it won’t register sound?
Answer: Make sure you set the microphone as the Default Device in your systems
Sound Input Settings.
Question: I installed the microphone but it is not recognized in my system?
Answer: Try reseating the microphone into another Input port on your system. Go
into the Device Manager/System Profiler, and have the system automatically detect
any hardware changes. The device should then be seen and you will be able to set
it as the default input device.
Question: Can you supply the latest drivers for the device as this microphone does
not work in my system?
Answer: No, there are no drivers for this device. Check that you are connected to
the internet and have the system look for the generic device drivers for the I/O
ports of your system. The system should have also included a driver CD for these
ports on purchase.
