Product Introduction
This flexible desktop microphone is a perfect addition to any system in need of
audio input. Just connect the device to the audio port on your system, and you are
ready to go. Its small circular base allows you to move the device around on your
desk without taking up space. While the flexible neck allows you to position the
receiver at the perfect height to pick up your voice. There is also a mute button
located on the base of the device.

System Requirements
- Desktop or laptop with an available 3.5mm input port
Hardware Installation
1. Connect the microphone to the 3.5mm input port of your system.
2. Navigate to the recording devices section of your system.
3. Right-click, set the adapter as the default device.
4. Click Apply then Ok.
Note: This device is recognized as a Generic Speaker/Microphone in Device
Manager
Mac OS X Installation
1. This product is recognized as a 'Generic Microphone'
2. Navigate to the System Preferences > Sound settings.
3. Go to 'Input' tab.
4. Select this device as the Input device.
5. This product should be your main sound device now.

FAQ
Question: I plugged the microphone into the system but it won’t register sound?
Answer: Make sure you set the microphone as the Default Device in your systems
Sound Input Settings.
Question: I installed the microphone but it is not recognized in my system?
Answer: Try reseating the microphone into another Input port on your system. Go
into the Device Manager/System Profiler, and have the system automatically detect
any hardware changes. The device should then be seen and you will be able to set
it as the default input device.
Question: Can you supply the latest drivers for the device as this microphone does
not work in my system?
Answer: No, there are no drivers for this device. Check that you are connected to
the internet and have the system look for the generic device drivers for the I/O
ports of your system. The system should have also included a driver CD for these
ports on purchase.
