Mounting on a DIN rail
How to UnlocktheFixed Hooks 1
(1) Inserta slotted screwdriver (the point should be smallerthan 4.5mm)into a hole (seethe figurebelow).
(2) By usingthe screwdriver asleverage,moveitupward in thedirectionofthe arrowtounlock.
Howto UnlocktheFixed Hooks 2
If your slotted screwdriver is not suitable for the hole.
(1) Place theslotted screwdriver (thepoint should be smaller than 8mm) asshown in the figure.
(2)Rotate the screwdriver 90-degree in eitherdirection.
How to mount
(1) Pulldown the fixed hook at thebottom to unlock.
(2) Hang the product on theupper part of the DIN rail, and press it to the lowerside of the DIN rail.
(3) Push up thehook to lock.
Confirm whether theproducthas been securely mounted onto the DIN rail.

(between the casing and the arch of the fixed hook).
Rotate the slotted screwdriver.

Network Cables
Cablesmeetingthefollowingspecificationsshould beused:
- 10BASE-T : Equal to greater than Category 3 UTP, STP cable 100m or less
- 100BASE-TX : Equalto greaterthan Category 5 UTP, STP cable 100m or less
- There arestraight/cross UTP and STP cables. Auto MDI/MDI-XfeatureallowsconnectionofyourSwitchingHUB
unit to apersonal computer (LAN adapter) or another HUBunitand a bridgesusing eithera straight or cross cable.
Inspection
Inspect theproductperiodically as follows to use it safely.
Neither dustnoralien substance is attached to the ventilation slits.

- Whenconnecting cables, first check theshapes ofconnectors (such as LANconnectors), andthen insertthemin thecorrectorientation. Afterthey areconnected,do not

- Do not touch terminals oftheproduct with yourhands in operation. Otherwise, this product maymalfunction,overheat, or cause a failure.

- If you moveortransfer theproduct, makesureto attach theSetupGuide(this document).
