Note: MobileCool Systems are tapered in shape and are therefore longer at the top than at the bottom.
The B1 is actually 10.5 inches long at the bottom and the B2 is 14 inches long at the bottom.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Mo ileCool Systems are equipped with a plastic internal ag to house
the water and ice. Water and ice MUST e placed inside plastic ag to prevent leakage.

Instruct ons for use:
1) Pour 1 quart of water into the cooling unit / plastic bag. Fill the unit with block ice
(preferable) or cubed ice and add endurance ice packs (#5012-0031) to the the unit / plastic
bag.
2) Put on the COOLSHIRT garment
3) Connect hose to cooling unit and COOLSHIRT. Listen for an audible “click” which insures a
good connection. Turn the unit on.
4) Connect to 12V battery or other 12V power source. Blue wire is negative, brown wire
is positive.
Troubleshoot ng:
1) Leaks: Check to see if all fittings are properly connected. Listen for audible “click”.
2) Not Pump ng: recheck electrical connections.
3) Water not flow ng: Check the hoses to be sure that so ething is not cri ping the tubing.
If the pu p is running but not pu ping water, add one ore quart of water.
Ma ntenance:
1) COOL HIRT: Turn the shirt inside out and wash in a laundry bag (#5012-0012) in a
washing achine on the gentle cycle in war or cold water. Let drip dry or dry in dryer.
2) Add one 2 ounce bottle of Maintenance Additive (#5003-0001) in the cooling unit with the
ice and water each time the unit is used. This will keep the pump, hoses and vest lines
clear of the buildup that occurs naturally in water circulation systems and increase the
performance and lifetime of the pump. You can also drain the hose and vest after each use
with the Universal Connector & Drain kit (#5006-0003)
