Thank you for choosing Cooper&Hunter air-cooled closed control air conditioner. Please read this manual
carefully before installation and operation. Keep it well for reference so that you can master and operate the
unit correctly.
Safety Notices
Warning! : It means that incorrect operation may cause casualty or badly harm to people.
Caution! : It means that incorrect operation may cause harm to people or damage to property.
Warning!
1. Please have the unit installed by authorized service center. Improper installation will cause water
leakage, electric shock and fire, etc.
2. Don’t use or store flammable or explosive substance around the unit.
3. When malfunction occurs (such as burning odor), please cut off power supply at once.
4. Don’t insert finger or things into air exhaust vent or air inlet grille.
5. Don’t start or halt the unit by inserting or pulling out power cord
6. Don’t refit the unit. Please contact our dealer or professional installation personnel when it is
necessary to repair or move the unit.
Caution！
1. Please check if power supply complies with power requirement listed on nameplate and also check
power safety before installation.
2. Please check and confirm if wire and pipeline are connected correctly to prevent water leakage,
electric shock and fire.
3. Power supply socket must be grounded reliably to guarantee effective grounding of the unit and
prevent electric shock. Do not connect the grounding line to gas pipe, water pipe, lightning rod or
connection wire of telephone.
4. Don’t operate the unit with wet hand and don’t allow unprofessional personnel to operate it.
5. Turning on and turning off indicated in the instruction are the operation to the ON/OFF button on
controller. Cutting off the power is the stop of power supply to the unit.
6. Please don’t expose the unit directly in corrosive environment with water or dampness.
7. Do conduct electric leakage test after installation.
If there is any problem, please contact with local dealer, authorized service shop or agency, or
directly contact with our company.

Chapter 1 Product Summary
Cooper&Hunter air-cooled closed control air conditioner is dedicated to the equipment room and
machinery room that place communication apparatus, computers, precise instruments, etc. The Unit
adopts high performance accessories, display control with wide touch screen and advanced design
principle for system structure and also is equipped with the function of powerful and precise logic control.
Through thorough test by high standard laboratory and the strict control by Quality Assurance Systems, the
unit can efficiently and precisely control the ambient temperature and humidity, which enables the long-term
stable and continuous run of the unit. Every single unit has reserved the long-distance monitoring function
and its cooling capacity ranges from 5kW to 20kW. By combination of modules, capacity of the unit can be
enlarged.

1.2 System Principle
Structural features and system layout of Air-cooled Closed Control Air Conditioner are illustrated
as above.
By compressor used for cooling and dehumidifying, electric heater for heating and temperature
adjustment, infrared humidifier for humidifying and logical program for controlling the even running of each
functional part, the unit adjusts the ambient temperature and humidity so that it can meet the requirement of
maintaining the precise temperature and humidity.
When the unit is running, the flowchart of refrigerant system is as below:

Remark:
1. This unit is designed, manufactured and inspected according to National Standard GB/T 19413-2010.
2. Ambient temperature for testing cooling capacity: indoor side dry bulb temp. 24 , web bulb temp.17℃℃，
outdoor side dry bulb temp.35 .℃
3. Noise was measured according to relevant standard of half-anechoic room, so in actual operation, noise
may increase as ambient temperature changes.
4. Specific parameters shall be referred to unit nameplate and subject to change without prior notice.
5. Ambient temperature range for operation: -35℃～48 .℃
6. All the above models can realize modular operation.
