Warning
When using medical devices and other devices
that produce electromagnetic waves, please do not
install the wired remote controller directly facing to
the transmitting surface of the electromagnetic
wave for preventing misoperation of the wired
remote controller.
In order to prevent the electromagnetic wave
propagating in the air from affecting the wired
remote controller, please place the devices that
can produce electromagnetic waves, or radio
transmitter and the like 9.84ft(3m) away from the
wired remote controller.
This is a universal controller, some of the functions have
to depend on the air conditioning systems. Connecting with
some certain types of air conditioners may voids part of the
functions given in this manual. Please contact your
distributor for details.
Do not install this product in the following places, or the keys
of remote controller will break down easily.
Places where oil (including machinery oil) sprays;
Places where a lot of sulfide gas drifts such as in hot
spring;
Places where inflammable gas may generate or flow to;
Places where strong salty wind blows such as coastal
regions;
Places with an atmosphere of acidity or alkalinity.

In Operation
Please do not operate the controller with wet hands, which may lead to
electric shock.
Please turn off the main power immediately when the safety device starts
repeatedly or the operation key acts abnormally.
Due to the possibility of electric leakage or overcurrent, accidents such as
electric shock, a fire and explosion may occur. Please contact the distributor
or our designated service center.
In case of abnormality (smell of burning, etc.), please stop operation
immediately and cut off the main power supply. Operation under abnormal
conditions may lead to failure, electric shock, a fire and other accidents.
Please contact the distributor or our designated service center.
Strictly prohibit the ingress of water during maintenance. Otherwise it may
lead to electric shock.
Do not alter the electrical wiring without permission, which may lead to major
accident.
Do not cut off the power supply within 3 minutes after pressing the key of the
controller, which may lead to misoperation.

Basic Functions

Preparation
Switch on.
Power supply shall be available
before operation to protect
compressor.
LCD is as shown on the right when
energized.
Do not cut off power supply in
operation season.
Press
to select operation
mode. Each press of the button,
the operation mode will switch as
the following sequence.
Only units with Cool and Heat functions for shop/office and VRF with Cool
and Heat functions for building are capable of heating. Those with cooling
function only are not capable of heating.
When connected with total heat exchanger, only air supply mode will display. Please contact the dealer for details.
When connected with double-source indoor units, FAN and HEAT display. Please contact the dealer for details.
Wired remote controller will display dry or auto-dry according to the actual condition that whether the connected
ducted type indoor units have equipped with humidity sensor or not.
For the mode described in Item 1 will be skipped automatically when it is unavailable or the connected unit type
does not support.
When connected a indoor unit with 3-Level dry, the wired remote controller can display three different levels of
dry operation: standard, C- Dry and S-Dry. Please contact the dealer for details.

switching can be realized by holding
this button.
Auto-Dry mode is valid only when such function is available in the indoor unit. Please contact
the dealer for details.
When connected a dehumidifier with 3-level Dry, the left lower corner shows target humidity value in
Dry mode, and only temperature value can be adjusted. Please contact the dealer for details.
Room temperature can be displayed after special setting on controller. Please contact the
dealer for details.
In usual mode, each press of
『 』will decrease the temperature by
1℉. Rapid switching can be realized by
holding this button.
Each press of『』will decrease the
humidity by 1% (min. 35%). Rapid

Air volume is adjustable during Dry operation, but it is defaulted at Low by indoor unit.
Depending on the types of connected indoor units, Auto mode can display when controlling
certain indoor units by wired remote controller. Please contact the dealers for details.
AUTO can be set only when this function is available in the indoor unit.
Louver will not display when connected with an indoor unit without louver.
Louver setting when connected with common 4-way cassette type indoor units.

Each press of the button will adjust

Options of louver setting may vary along with the types of indoor units. Please refer to the
manual of indoor unit for details.
When the louver is in operation, location display on LCD may not exactly match with the
actual location.
Sometimes the louver may not stop immediately after pressing the key.

10s, vertical louver stops at set location.

this function. ECO is not available when air volume or temperature is
restricted, and if ECO function has been set, the function will be canceled
automatically by then.

When connected with an indoor unit has Nature Wind function and equipped with 3D
panel, once it is set to Nature Wind, the louver will be in swing state.
