Before first use:
Read all user instruction carefully.
Remove the protective film of the 2 Tier Oven, and dispose of packaging materials inside the oven.
Check that both the rotation switch and timing switch are set in “close” or “zero” position.
Check to see whether current voltage is in compliance with rated voltage indicated on the product,
and ensure reliable earth connection.
Wipe the internal and external surface and components of the 2 Tier Oven clean and plug it in before
using.
Before the initial use of the 2 Tier oven, you should set the temperature to maximum, and preheat
for 5-10 minutes to eliminate packing odour that may remain after shipping.
Warning! Do not touch hot surfaces. Surfaces will be hot due to the oven function. Always use
oven gloves or heat resistant gloves/pads when taking food out of the oven or when moving the oven.
Operation Steps
Place the food for cooking on the baking trays or the grill, and close the electronic oven door.
Notice :
Trays and containers made of cloth or plastic must not be used in the oven;
When cooking small pieces of food (smaller than the grid mesh of the grill) or juicing food, a baking tray must
be used;
Spread the food evenly on the grill or the baking trays.
Plug in the oven, keeping the Timer Switch (7) in the “Off” position.

Select baking temperature, set Rotation Switch (5) to LOW or HIGH; and then set appropriate cooking time
on the Timer Switch (7).
Notice :
The oven does not need preheating before use;
If the Oven is being used continuously, after a while, it will have reached its optimum temperature and
therefore the cooking times should be decreased slightly.
The 2 Tier Oven can only be used continuously for 15 minutes or less. For food requiring longer cooking
times the timer will need to be re-set.
Remove cooked food when the oven stops.
Notice:
A bell will ring when the set time is completed; open the oven door and remove the food and check it is
sufficiently cooked;
In order to avoid scalding when removing the food, always wear oven gloves;
If you want to stop the baking process, switch the Timer to the “OFF” position.
Unplug the oven once it has stopped.

Notice:
Cooking time varies with the temperature, quality and portion size and should be used for guidance
only.
When cooking is continuous, cooking time will be shorter than initially due to the relatively high
initial temperature inside the oven.
The built-in temperature controller will cut off automatically when overheating; the oven will stop
working and resume after cooling. Do not remove the food, or else the food will be under cooked.
