Important Safeguard:
Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil.
Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or
risk of electric shock.
Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
Operation instructions
BEFORE USING YOUR OVEN
Before using your oven for the first time
Be sure to:
1. Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the TIMER switch is in the “OFF” position
2. Remove all rack and pans and wash them in hot sudsy water or in the dishwasher.
3. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven. Plug oven into outlet and you are ready to use
your new oven.
4. After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the MAX temperature for
approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing oil that may remain after shipping.
HELPFUL HINTS
Do not worry about the smoke for the first operating, as it is normally for the first heating, and will
disappear within 20 mins. In general, it is not necessary to preheat the oven, but you may obtain better
results if you heat the oven before cooking some delicate meals, such as rare medium meat and cakes.
HOW TO BAKE
1. Place the removable rack into the desired position.
2. Place the bake tray on the wire rack. Shut the oven door.
3. Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
4. Turn the selector dial on the position .
5. Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature.
6. When finished baking, turn the time dial till position “0ff”,to switch off the oven.
HOW TO BROIL
1. Insert the removable wire rack with food and the all-purpose pan.
2. Keep the door half-open.
3. Turn the Function Control to the position .
4. Turn the thermostat dial to the desired broiling time.

5. When finish broiling, turn the timer dial till position “0ff” to switch off the oven.
HOW TO TOAST
1. Set the temperature control to 230.
2. Turn the Function Control to the position .
3. Place food to be toasted on the Bake Rack.
4. Turn the Time Control to desired darkness. Bell will ring to signal the end of the Toast cycle.
5. When finish cooking, turn the timer dial till position “0ff” to switch off the oven.

TO PROTECT AGAINST ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT IMMERSE POWER CABLE, PLUG OR APPLIANCE, IN

UNPLUG FROM OUTLET WHEN NOT IN USE AND BEFORE CLEANING.

PLUG WIRING (UK & IRELAND)
This appliance is fitted with a BS 1363 13-amp plug. If you have to replace the fuse, only those that are
ASTA or BSI approved to BS1362 and with a rated current of 13-amps should be used. If there is a fuse
cover fitted, this cover must be re-fitted after changing the fuse. If the fuse cover is lost or damaged the
plug must not be used. Spare fuse holders and fuses are available from electrical outlets. If the socket
outlets in your home or office are not suitable for this product’s plug, the plug must be removed and
disposed of safely. Attempts to insert the plug into the wrong socket is likely to cause electric hazard. A
replacement plug should be wired according to the following instructions:
The cable
A mains electricity cable contains two or three inner wires. Each has a core of copper and an outer layer of
flexible plastic. This product is earthed; the wires in the plug are colour coded in the following way:
BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN LIVE
GREEN & YELLOW EARTH

CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
Do NOT immerse in water. Risk of electric shock.
Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils
to clean this appliance.
Wipe surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
Allow to dry thoroughly before further use.
Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
DISPOSAL
•Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons and
plastic, plastic bags in accordance with your
local recycling regulations.
•At the end of the product’s lifespan please
dispose of it at an authorised household WEEE
waste
recycling
centre.
