The rst step in conguring the VTO camera is to discover the cameras on the network so the IP address can be congured. By
default, all VTO units are shipped on an IP address of 192.168.1.108 or 192.168.1.110 depending on model.
Before the VTO can be used and congured, the unit must rst be initialised. This can be achieved by connecting directly to the
unit via a web browser.
To initialise via the web browser, open Internet Explorer and type the relevant IP address as mentioned above and then follow the
on-screen prompts. Please note: The computer IP address must be in the same IP subnet.
TOP TIP:
When entering an email during the registration process maybe create and/or use a compnay specic email address, such as:
INITIALISATION OF A VTO
8-32 characters
Uppercase, Lowercase, Number and/or character
Example: Passw0rd!

Before conguring the VTH, it must rst be initialised. Follow the on-screen wizard to set an admin password. The password can only
be made up of six (6) numbers.
TOP TIP:
This is commonly called the engineers password and will get you access to congure the VTH later on.
The user password is default 123456, this will get you access to change some basic settings like ring volume, time and date.
TOP TIP:
If the settings button is only pressed and not held, entering the password 123456 will enter the user settings rather than the
engineer settings
To congure the VTH unit, use the built-in menu within the monitor itself. VTH units do not support web browser conguration.
