This product is to be used under the supervision of an adult.
This product is intended for indoor use only. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose
this product to rain or moisture. The internal components are not sealed from the environment.
Only plug into a standard wall outlet: device operates on 120V AC 50-60Hz
This product is intended for air purification use only. It is not to be used for ventilation or extraction
purposes.
Do not use in a room that was recently fumigated. Chemical residue could accumulate inside unit and
then be released into the air. Thoroughly ventilate fumigated room before using air purifier.

Do not install or use the electrical components of this unit during a lightning storm.

Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

Before cleaning appliance, unplug unit. If not, air purifier may turn on causing an electric shock or injury.

Before starting the air purifier, please completely insert plug into the socket.

Do not use if plug or cord are damaged or loose.
l
Do not place any objects inside any holes found on the unit.
l
DO NOT tightly bend/fold power cable. This may cause a broken wire inside the cord.
l
Do not modify or disassemble air purifier.
l
Pull out the power plug by head of plug. Do not pull on power cord when removing plug from the wall.
Clean Plug regularly.
Accumulation of dust and moisture can damage the components, which may result in a fire hazard.
Wipe plug with DRY cloth.
Do not leave this product plugged in for more than 72 consecutive hours.
If ANY of the following situations occur, turn off and unplug air purifier immediately.

A button does not work on control panel.
l
There is a blown fuse or circuit.
l
Abnormal smell coming from unit.
l
Abnormal sound or vibration.
l
Any other failures.
Only clean unit with a damp cloth. DO NOT use any harsh solvents.
This may result in an electric shock or injury.
DO NOT use combustible substances around this unit. This may result in an electric shock, injury or fire.
Ensure that any cables extending across the floor to your product are properly bundled and marked to
avoid tripping or falling which may lead to personal injury.

Air Quality Indicator
During use, the air purifier will evaluate the quality
of the air in the room. The air quality indicator on
the control panel will change colour, to indicate air
quality.

Optimal placement of the air purifier
To ensure your unit is running most efficiently
place the front or back of the unit at least 50cm (20
inchs) away from any object or wall.
The sides should be a minimum of 10cm(4 inches)
away from any object or wall.
These distances ensure proper circulation around

Before installing filters
ATTENTION:
Remove all packaging from filters before use.
Please turn off the power and uplug before
replacing the filter, or for maintenance and
transportation.
DO NOT operate unit without filters.
5. Remove pre-filters and filters from unit.
How to set up the True HEPA Air Purifier
1.
Remove the air purifier from the box and recycle
boxes.
2.
Place unit on the ground in a dry environment.
3.
Remove tape on sides of panels.
4.
Grasp both sides of the front panel; gently pull
panel away from unit.
6.
Remove all packaging from filters and recycle
plastic bags.
7.
Reinstall filters and pre-filters. Ensure the filters
are facing the correct way. Check for wording “This
Side Out” on filter frame.
8.
Reinstall front panels. Align panel tabs with
grooves on unit. Gently push panels in.
You can lay the unit down on its side
while performing filter maintenance.

Allergens
The True HEPA Air Purifier helps to remove the
following common allergens found in our indoor
air:
Coarse dust Hair Harmful
Particles

Dustmites Smoke Dander
Pre-Filter
The pre-filter is made of a micron mesh material
which effectively blocks 2.5mm fibrous particulate
matter at a rate of >99.9%. This filter can easily be
cleaned by hand (page 10).
The pre-filter prevents larger particles such as pet
Bacteria
The True HEPA Air Purifier helps to remove the
following common forms of bacteria found in our
indoor air:
fur, dander and coarse dust from clogging the
HEPA filter.

The HEPA filters can remove 99.97% of particles as
small as 0.3 microns from your air.
The HEPA filter will reduce the spread and
inhalation of allergens, bacteria, pollution and
virus.

ATTENTION!
DO NOT submerge unit.
DO NOT use corrosive or flammable products to
clean any part of this unit.
ONLY pre-filter can be cleaned with water.
How to clean Air Purifier
Regularly clean the side panels and top vent to
prevent dust accumulation.
1.
Use a soft dry cloth to wipe dust off surfaces
2.
Use a soft dry cloth to clean inlet and outlets
How to clean the Air Quality Sensor
Clean the Air Quality Sensor every two months to
ensure unit runs at peak efficiency. If the unit is
used in a dusty environment, please clean more
frequently.
1.
Remove front panels to access sensor.
2.
Use a clean, soft brush to clean the inlet/outlet
of the air quality sensor.
3.
Remove the protective cover of the air quality
sensor.
4.
Gently clean the sensor inlet and outlet with a
damp cotton swab.
5.
Fully dry the sensor with a second DRY cotton
swab.
6.
Replace protective cover and reinstall front
panels.
When indoor humidity is very high,
the air quality indicator may form
condensation. This may cause it to
indicate there is 'poor' air quality in
your room. To correct this issue, you
will have to clean the air quality
sensor or use a manual fan speed
setting.

How to clean the Pre-filter
ATTENTION
Turn off the Air Purifier and unplug before cleaning
or maintenance.
Always clean the pre-filter in a well ventilated area
wearing the appropriate PPE.
Only the pre-filter can be cleaned, HEPA filter must
be replaced when indicator light turns on.
In order to achieve optimal performance of the
unit, clean the pre-filter every two months (480hrs)
from the beginning of use. This is based on an 8
hour day 5 days a week in a school environment.
Clean filter with a damp cloth or vacuum debris
from filter.
Preparing the unit for storage
1.
Turn off unit and remove plug from wall
2.
Thoroughly dry the interior of unit. Failure to do
so, may result in equipment damage.
3.
Store the machine upright in a dry well
ventilated area.
Replacement filter reference time
When the machine has been running for 1800hrs,
the reminder indicator will flash.
Pre-Filter
It is important for student health
that the filters are properly
maintained and replaced regularly.
When using a vacuum to clean the
pre-filter, use a low powered
vacuum to avoid damaging the
pre-filter.
