after the appliance malfunctions; or has been dropped or damaged
in any way. Consult the after-sales service center.
● Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify this appliance by
yourself. Consult a qualifed technician for repairment.
● Clothes soiled with flammable materials must be thoroughly
cleaned with detergent before they can be placed in the dryer.
● Do not excessively bend, stretch, twist or bind the power cord or
place heavy objects on it.
● This appliance is only to be serviced by a qualified person. There
are no user serviceable parts inside.
● Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
● Do not install in a tight fitting cabinet.
● Do not overload the tumble dryer.
● Ensure foreign objects do not get into the tub of the tumble dryer.
● The door window may be hot after a long drying cycle. Please
ensure children are kept away from the machine.
● If the tumble dryer is not wall mounted, place it in a flat, firm, dry
and drafty place. Use the adjustable front legs to assist in leveling
the dryer if need be. Do not place it on any soft material such as
foam or plastic.
03

● Do not use flammable or combustible materials such as gas,
petrol, alcohol or lacquer in the tumble dryer.
● After turning off the power supply to the tumble dryer, wait at
least 2 minutes before turning it back on again.
● Please remove the transport packaging at the rear of the tumble

hazard.
CAUTION: If this appliance is supplied from a cord extension set or
an electrical portable outlet device, the cord extension set or
electrical portable outlet device must be positioned so that it is not
subject to splashing or ingress of moisture.
1. If it is unavoidable that fabrics that contain vegetable or cooking
oil or have been contaminated by hair care products be placed in a
tumble dryer, they should first be washed in hot water with extra
detergent - this will reduce, but not eliminate, the hazard.
2. Do not dry unwashed items in the tumble dryer.
Oil- affected items can ignite spontaneously,
especially when exposed to heat sources such as in
a tumble dryer. The items become warm, causing
an oxidation reaction in the oil. Oxidation creates
heat. If the heat cannot escape, the items can
become hot enough to catch fire. Piling, stacking or
storing oil- affected items can prevent heat from
escaping and so cause a fire hazard.
04

3. Items that have been soiled with substances such as cooking oil,
acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine,
waxes and wax removers should be washed in hot water with an
extra amount of detergent before being dried in the tumble dryer.
4. Fabric softeners, or similar products, should be used as specified
by the fabric softener instructions.
5. The final part of a tumble dryer cycle occurs without heat (cool
down cycle) to ensure that the items are left at a temperature that
ensures that the items will not be damaged.
6. WARNING: Never stop a tumble dryer before the end of the
drying cycle, unless all items are quickly removed and spreaded out
so that the heat is dissipated.
- this appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Operation Precautions
Delicate items should be placed into a nylon net
bag prior to drying. It is not recommended to dry
underwear in this unit.
Ensure that foreign objects will not get into
the dryer. All pockets should be emptied,
buttons, buckles and zips fastened. These
will also help reduce impact noise when the
items hit against the turning drum.
If drying large items such as a blanket,
it is recommended that from time to
time you open the dryer door, shake
the item, place the item back in the
dryer and close the door. This will
ensure even drying.
If any of the below labels are on an items that you are going to
place in the dryer, stop, do not, as the dryer may damage the item.
Do not add items into the dryer whilst
it is in operation.

Electrical Requirements: A three pin socket
must be used. (reliably grounded)
To ensure you get the most out of
the anti-wrinkle function, do not
overload the dryer and remove the
dried items from the dryer
immediately and hang on coat
hangers. Iron the items if desired.
Reduced load
To minimize the risk of fire in a tumble dryer, the following should
be observed:
● Items that have been spotted or soaked with vegetable or cooking
oil constitute a fire hazard and should not be placed in a tumble
dryer.
Oil-affected items can ignite spontaneously, especially when
exposed to heat sources such as in a tumble dryer. The items
become warm, causing an oxidation reaction in the oil. Oxidation
creates heat. If the heat cannot escape, the items can become hot
enough to catch fire. Piling, stacking or storing oil-affected items
can prevent heat from escaping and so cause a fire hazard.
Eusure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains
before removing the guard.
If it is unavoidable that fabrics that contain vegetable or cooking oil
or have been contaminated by hair care products be placed in a
tumble dryer, they should first be washed in hot water with extra
detergent - this will reduce, but not eliminate, the hazard.
12

The "cool down" cycle of tumble dryers should be used to reduce
the temperature of the items. They should not be removed from the
tumble dryer or piled or stacked while hot.
Items that have been previously cleaned in, washed in, soaked in or
spotted with petrol/gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents or other
flammable or explosive substances should not be placed in a tumble
dryer.
Highly flammable substances commonly used in domestic
environments include acetone, denatured alcohol, petrol /gasoline,
kerosene, spot removers (some brands), turpentine, waxes and wax
removers.
● ltems containing foam rubber (also known as latex foam) or
similarly textured rubber. Materials like these should not be dried in
a tumble dryer on a heat setting.
Foam rubber materials can, when heated, produce fire by
spontaneous combustion.
● Fabric softeners or similar products should not be used in a
tumble dryer to eliminate the effects of static electricity unless this
practice is specifially recommended by the manufacturer of the
fabric softener or product.
● Undergarments that contain metal reinforcements should not be
placed in a tumble dryer.
Damage to the tumble dryer can result if metal reinforcements
come loose during drying. When there is drying rack available for
these items.
● Plastic articles such as shower caps or babies' waterproof napkin
covers should not be placed in a tumble dryer.
● Rubber-backed articles, clothes fitted withs foam rubber pads,
pillows, galoshes and rubber-coated tennis shoes should not be
placed in a tumble dryer.
13
