Lay the Lower side frame and screw the Casters into the feet.

Grasp middle of each side of the Frame and pull outward slowly and
firmly until completely open.

Insert the Connector into the top of the column of the Lower side
frame, fix it by screws and Philips key.

Repeat Step2 to open the Upper side frame, then insert it into the top
of the Connector.

wooden panel onto the shelf.

Use anchor and screw to install the L bracket into the wall.
Then tie rack to L bracket using the cable tie.
Rack is now ready for use.
