Keep the appliance area clear and free from
combustible materials, gasoline, and other
flammable vapors and liquids.
Solid fuels should not be burned in this gas
appliance.
Inspect the hose before each use of the appliance.
The hose assembly must be replaced prior to the
appliance being put into operation if there is
evidence of excessive abrasion, wear, or if the
hose is damaged. The replacement hose assembly
is specified in this manual.
The burner must be inspected before each use.
The burner must be replaced prior to the appliance
being put into operation if it is evident that the
burner is damaged. The replacement burner is
specified in this manual.
The burner should always be cleaned:
Disconnect it from the appliance, use a cleaner to
remove blockages attached on the ports, and drain
the blockages from the gas inlet. A high pressured
stream of water may also be used.
Do not use this appliance if any part has been
under water. Immediately call a qualified service
technician to inspect the appliance and to replace
any part of the control system and any gas
control that has been under water.
This appliance is for outdoor use only in a
well-ventilated space and should not be used in
a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
Other cylinders may be acceptable for use with the
appliance provided that they are compatible with the
appliance retention means and accompanied by
illustration(s) depicting the cylinder mounted to the
appliance utilizing the cylinder retention means and
the point of contact between the cylinder and the
retention means. The cylinder should be 12 inches
in diameter and 18 inches high. The capacity is
20lbs of propane.
If the appliance is not in use, the gas must be turned
off at the supply cylinder.
Storage of an appliance indoors is permissible only
if the cylinder is disconnected and removed from the
appliance.
Cylinders must be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated
area and out of children’s reach.
Disconnected cylinders must have a dust cap
secured at the end of the valve and cannot be stored
in a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied
with this appliance must be used. Replacement
pressure regulators and hose assemblies must be
the ones specified in this manual.
The cylinder supply system must be arranged for
vapor withdrawal.
The cylinder used must include a collar to protect
the cylinder valve.
The Procedure for Checking for Gas Leaks:
Never test for leaks with a flame. Prior to first use, at
the beginning of each season, or every time your LP
gas tank is changed, you must check for gas leaks.
Follow these three steps:
1. Make a soap solution by mixing one part liquid
detergent and one part water.
2. Make sure that the burner is off and then turn the
gas on at source.
3. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections,
especially to the inlet/manifold pressure tap on the
gas valve after reading the pressure. Bubbles will
appear in the soap solution if the gas connections
are not properly sealed. If you have a gas leak,
tighten gas connections, turn off the gas at the
source, disconnect the fuel line from your appliance,
and call 1-877-539-7436 for repair assistance.

The LP-gas supply cylinder to be used must be:
1. Constructed and marked in accordance with the
U.S. Department of Transportation (D.O.T.)
Specifications for LP-Gas Cylinders, or the
Standard for Cylinders, Spheres and Tubes for
Transportation of Dangerous Goods; and
Commission, CAN/CSA-B339 as applicable;
2. Provided with a listed overfilling prevention device;
3. Provided with a cylinder connection device
compatible with the connection for the appliance.
Locate the gas hose and make sure that it is not in any
pathways where people may trip over it or in any areas
where the hose may be subject to accidental damage.
When an appliance is for connection to a fixed
piping system, the installation must conform with
local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with
the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSIZ223.1 NFPA
54; National Fuel Gas Code; Natural Gas and
Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1; or
Propane Storage and Handling Code, CSA
B149.2, as applicable.

Before assembly, open all of the packaged cartons.
Lay out all of the parts on a level, non-abrasive
surface. Open the hardware kit for all of the nuts,
bolts, and washers. Make sure that you have all of
the parts listed. If any parts are missing or
damaged, call the help line at 1-877-539-7436 before
returning this item to the store.
Attention:
Make sure that each bolt needed for all steps matches
the corresponding figure to ensure proper assembly.
Step 1:
Fasten the frame A (#2) and the frame B (#3) to the
rear frame (#1) by using bolts (#11). Keep the bolts
loose. See Figure 1.
Note: Parts come in more than one carton.
Note:
The labels marked “2” and “3” on the frames should
coincide with Figure 1 to ensure proper assembly.
You will need the following tools:
- Phillips Screwdriver (Not included)
- Hex. Key Wrench (See Part #13)
- Hex. Key Wrench (See Part #14 and #15)

Step 2:
Fasten the cross brace (#7) to the frame A (#2) and the
frame B (#3) by using screws (#12). Keep the screws
loose. See Figure 2.
Step 4:
Fasten the wheels (#9) to the tank support assembly
(#6) by using the nut wrench (#15). See Figure 4.
Step 5:
Pull out the tank support assembly (#6). Fasten the
front door (#4) to the tank support assembly (#6) by
using bolts (#10 and #11). See Figure 5.
Step 3:
Fasten the tank support assembly (#6) to the frame A
(#2) and the frame B (#3) by using bolts (#11).
Completely tighten all of the bolts. See Figure 3.

Step 6:
Place the table top (#5) onto a non-abrasive surface,
such as a carpet, with its underside facing upwards.
Fasten the frame A (#2) and the frame B (#3) to the
underside of the table top (#5) rim by using bolts (#11).
Make sure that all of the bolts have been tightened
completely. See Figure 6.
Note:
1. Please do not get rid of the EPE paper before the
appliance is fully assembled.
2. The igniter valve should be facing towards the front
left side of the appliance.

Step 7:
Turn the table to its upright position and discard
the EPE paper. See Figure 7.

Turn the table to its upright position. Place the tank into
the tank support assembly (#6). See Figure 8.

Secure the tank in place by turning the plastic screw
clockwise as illustrated above.

rotating the connector clockwise. See Figure 9.

Step 11:
Place the cover (#8) onto the table top (#5) to cover
the glass set. See Figure 11.
Note:
1. In order to protect the burner system, when the fire
is not in use and on rainy days, the cover should be
used.
2. To repair any scratches on the table top, use the
touch-up paint for table top (#17) provided.
Fire Shield
As Illustrated:
Remove the glass from the three
holes on the fire shield as
illustrated. These holes must be
exposed completely to ensure that
there is adequate airflow after ignition.

SPECIFIC WARNINGS:
1) Both children and adults should be aware of the hazards of high surface temperatures and should keep their
distance in order to avoid burns and ignition of clothing.
2) Children should be under adult supervision when in the vicinity of this appliance.
3) Clothing or any other flammable materials should not be hung from or near this appliance.
4) Any guard or protective device removed for servicing the appliance must be replaced prior to use.
5) Installation and repair should be done by a qualified person. The appliance should be inspected before use
and at least annually by a qualified service technician. Frequent cleaning may be required. It is imperative that
the control compartment, burners, and circulating air passageways of the appliance be kept clean at all times.

Read the following switch usage instructions for lighting and
to extinguish:
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
1.Do not use aerosol polish or any other flammable
material to clean the burner while it is in use.
2.Inspect and clean the burner regularly. Use a
wire-bristle brush to clean the burner surface.
A straightened paper clip is useful to remove debris
or rust from the small burner ports.
3.Wash frame parts with mild soap and water, rinse
thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not use bleach,
acid, or any other solvents on the frame parts.
4.Inspect and tighten all of the bolts and fasteners on a
regular basis to ensure the proper performance and
safety of your appliance.
5.When not in use, we recommend that it be stored in a
dry and secure area. Always disconnect the LP gas
tank first and store it safely outside.
6.The minimum clearance from the sides, rear, and top of
unit to adjacent combustible construction: 2' (61 cm)
from the sides, 2' (61 cm) from the rear, and 5' (152.5 cm)
from the top.
7. Improper lighting operations will cause serious injury
and explosion.
Switch Usage Instruction
Step 1: Lighting
Open the igniter button and install an AAA
battery (not included), then secure the cap
back on. Before usage, make sure that the
control knob is in the “OFF” position. Turn the LP
cylinder gas valve to fully open position. Press
down on the control knob and turn counter
clockwise to the "LOW" position. Push in the gas
control knob all the way and hold, continue to
press the ignition button for 15 seconds.
Step 2: Adjusting and Shutting Down
If the burner is not lit, press down the control
knob and turn clockwise to the "OFF" position.
Repeat step 1 after 5 minutes. When the burner
is lit, press down the control knob and turn it to
desired heat output position between “LOW”
and “HI”. Press down and turn the control knob
clockwise to the "OFF" position to shut down
the appliance. Turn off cylinder gas value.
Note: To extinguish the flame, push the control knob in and rotate clockwise.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This outdoor appliance is not intended to be
installed in or on recreational vehicles and/or boats.
1. Only use the regulator with hose assembly
supplied with your appliance. A replacement
regulator with hose assembly must be the one
specified in this manual.
2. Have your LP gas tank filled by a reputable
propane gas dealer and visually inspected and
requalified at each filling.
3. Never fill the gas tank beyond 80 percent full.
Have your propane gas dealer check the release
valve after every filling to ensure that it remains
free of defects.
4. Always keep LP gas tanks in an upright position.
Do not store (or use) gasoline or other flammable
vapours and liquids in the vicinity of this appliance.
5. LP gas tanks not connected for use must NOT be
stored inside of the appliance or in the vicinity of
this or any other gas appliance.
6. Do not subject the LP gas tank to excessive heat.
Never store an LP gas tank in a garage or any
other indoor location. Always disconnect the LP
gas tank first and store it safely outside.
7. LP gas tanks must be stored outdoors in a
well-ventilated area and out of children’s reach.
Disconnected LP gas tanks must not be stored in
a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
8. When your appliance is not in use, the gas must
be turned off at the gas tank.
9. The regulator with hose assembly should be
inspected before each use. If there is excessive
wear, any abrasions, or if the hose is cut, it must
be replaced prior to use of the appliance.
10. Keep the gas regulator hose away from hot
surfaces. Avoid unnecessary twisting of the
hose. Visually inspect the hose for cuts, cracks,
excessive wear, or damage prior to each use of
the appliance. If the hose is damaged DO NOT
use the appliance. Call 1-877-539-7436 for an
authorized replacement hose.
11. Never allow children to play near your appliance.

Instructions for lighting and shutting down
the appliance:
1. Read instructions before lighting.
2. Press down the control knob to " LOW ", at the
same time push in the ignition button and keep
the button depressing for 15 seconds.

Step A:
To remove the fuel supply hose from the tank, rotate
counter-clockwise. See Figure A.

Mantenga el área donde coloque el equipo libre de

sobrellenado que cumpla con las especificaciones
de la norma; y
3. Contar con un dispositivo de conexión de cilindros
compatible con la conexión del equipo.
Ubique la manguera de gas y asegúrese de que no
pase por ningún lugar donde las personas pudieran
tropezarse con ella o en lugares donde pudiera dañarse
por accidente.
Cuando un equipo está diseñado para conectarse
a un sistema de tuberías, la instalación debe
cumplir con los códigos locales o, si no los hubiera,
con el Código Nacional de Gas Combustible, la
norma ANSIZ223.1 NFPA 54; el Código Nacional
de Gas Combustible; el Código de Instalación de
Gas Natural y Propano, la norma CSA B149.1; o
el Código de Almacenamiento y Manejo de
Propano, la norma CSA B149.2, según corresponda.

Atención:
Asegúrese de que cada uno de los tornillos necesarios
para todos los pasos coincida con la figura
correspondiente para que el ensamblado sea correcto.
Paso 1:
Sujete el marco A (#2) y el marco B (#3) al marco
trasero (#1) con ayuda de los tornillos (#11). Deje los
tornillos flojos. Consulte la figura 1.
Nota: Las partes vienen empacadas en más de una caja.
Nota:
Las etiquetas marcadas como “2” y “3” en los paneles
deben coincidir con la figura 1 para que el ensamblado
sea correcto.
Se necesitan las siguientes herramientas:
- Desarmador de cruz (no incluido)
- Llave Allen (vea la parte #13)

Antes de armar el equipo, abra todas las cajas.
Coloque todas las partes en una superficie plana y
no abrasiva. Abra el kit de accesorios para tener
acceso a todas las tuercas, los tornillos y las

Paso 2:
Sujete el refuerzo transversal (#7) al marco A (#2) y el
marco B (#3) con ayuda de los tornillos (#12).
Deje los tornillos flojos. Consulte la figura 2.
Paso 4:
Sujete las ruedas (#9) al soporte del tanque (#6) con
ayuda de la llave española (#15). Consulte la figura 4.
Paso 5:
Jale el soporte del tanque para sacarlo (#6). Sujete la
puerta delantera (#4) al soporte del tanque (#6) con
ayuda de los tornillos (#10 y #11).
Consulte la figura 5.
Paso 3:
Sujete el soporte del tanque (#6) al marco A (#2) y el
marco B (#3) con ayuda de los tornillos (#11).
Apriete completamente todos los tornillos.

Paso 6:
Coloque la cubierta de la mesa (#5) sobre una superficie
no abrasiva, como puede ser una alfombra, con la parte
inferior hacia arriba. Sujete el marco A (#2) y el marco B
(#3) a la parte inferior de la orilla de la cubierta de la
mesa (#5) con ayuda de los tornillos (#11).
Asegúrese de apretar completamente todos los tornillos.
Consulte la figura 6.
Nota:
1. No tire el papel recubierto de EPE antes de que el
equipo esté completamente armado.
2. La válvula de encendido deberá estar de cara al lado
izquierdo del frente del equipo.

Paso 11:
Coloque la tapa (#8) sobre la cubierta de la mesa (#5)
para cubrir el vidrio. Consulte la figura 11.
Nota:
1. Para proteger el sistema de la hornilla, coloque la
tapa cuando el fuego no esté encendido y en los
días lluviosos.
2. Use la pintura de retoque para reparar cualquier
rasguño que haya sufrido la cubierta de la mesa
(#17).
Guardafuego
Como se muestra en la ilustración:
Quite las piezas de vidrio que estén
obstruyendo los tres orificios del
guardafuego, como se muestra en la
ilustración. Estos orificios deben estar
completamente despejados para que
el flujo de aire entrante sea adecuado
una vez que se encienda el fuego.

Coloque el vidrio (#16) en la tapa de acero.

ADVERTENCIAS ESPECÍFICAS:
1) Tanto niños como adultos deberán estar conscientes de los peligros de las altas
temperaturas de las superficies y deberán guardar su distancia para evitar quemaduras y
que su ropa prenda fuego.
2) Los niños deberán estar bajo la supervisión de un adulto siempre que estén cerca de este
equipo.
3) No cuelgue ropa ni ningún material inflamable del equipo ni cerca de él.
4) Todas las barreras o dispositivos de protección que se quiten para darle servicio al equipo
deberán volver a colocarse en su sitio antes de usarlo.
5) La instalación y reparación deberán ser realizadas por personal calificado. El equipo deberá
ser inspeccionado antes de usarlo y al menos una vez al año por un técnico de servicio
calificado. Es posible que el equipo requiera de limpieza frecuente. Es muy importante que
el compartimiento de control, las hornillas y los pasos del aire circulante del equipo siempre
estén limpios.

Lea las siguientes instrucciones del interruptor para encenderlo y
apagarlo:
Instrucciones para uso del interruptor
Paso 1: Encendido
Abra el botón de encendido e instale una batería
AAA (no incluida). Vuelva a colocar la tapa.
Antes de usarlo, asegúrese de que la perilla de
control esté en la posición de “OFF”.
Gire la válvula del cilindro de gas LP hasta
abrirla completamente. Presione la perilla de
control y gírela en sentido contrario a las
manecillas del reloj, hasta colocarla en la
posición de “LOW”. Presione la perilla de
control del gas hasta en fondo y manténgala en
esa posición. Mantenga presionado el botón
de encendido durante 15 segundos.
Paso 2: Ajuste y apagado
Si la hornilla no está encendida, presione la
perilla de control y gírela en el sentido de las
manecillas del reloj hasta llegar a la posición
de “OFF”. Espere 5 minutos y repita el
paso 1. Cuando la hornilla esté encendida,
presione la perilla de control y gírela hasta
logar la temperatura deseada entre las
posiciones de “LOW” y “HI”. Presione y gire
la perilla de control en el sentido de las
manecillas del reloj hasta llegar a la posición
de “OFF” para apagar el equipo. Cierre
la válvula del cilindro de gas.
Nota: Para apagar la flama, presione la perilla de control y gire en el sentido de las
manecillas del reloj.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO:
1. No use limpiador en aerosol ni ningún otro material
inflamable para limpiar la hornilla mientras esté en uso.
2. Revise y limpie la hornilla periódicamente. Use un
cepillo de cerdas de alambre para limpiar la superficie
de la hornilla. Los clips desdoblados son útiles para
quitar desechos o herrumbre de los puertos pequeños
de la hornilla.
3. Lave el marco con agua y jabón suave, enjuáguelo
muy bien y déjelo secar completamente. No le aplique
blanqueadores, ácidos ni ningún otro solvente al marco.
4. Revise y apriete todos los tornillos y medios de fijación
periódicamente para garantizar el funcionamiento
adecuado y la seguridad de su equipo.
5. Cuando no esté en uso, se recomienda guardar su
equipo en un lugar seco y seguro. Siempre desconecte
primero el tanque de gas LP y guárdelo en un lugar seguro
afuera.
6. La distancia mínima que debe haber entre los costados
y las partes trasera y superior de la unidad y una construcción
combustible adyacente es de: 2’ (61 cm) en los costados,
2’ (61 cm) en la parte trasera y 5’ (152.5 cm) en la parte superior.
7. Encender el equipo de manera incorrecta puede ocasionar
lesiones graves y explosiones.

¡El equipo se calienta mucho cuando está
en funcionamiento!
Nunca se recargue en el equipo cuando esté
funcionando. No toque la piedra ni la pantalla
antichispas cuando el equipo esté encendido.
Espere a que se enfríe después de apagarlo.
Si no cumple con estas instrucciones,
podría sufrir heridas graves.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Este equipo para exteriores no debe instalarse en
vehículos ni botes recreativos.
1. Utilice únicamente el regulador con manguera
que se incluye con el equipo. Los reguladores de
presión con manguera de repuesto deberán
cumplir con las especificaciones que se detallan
en este manual. be the one specified in this manual.
2. Llene su tanque de gas LP con un distribuidor de
gas propano de buena reputación y pida que lo
revisen visualmente y lo vuelvan a certificar
después de cada llenado.
3. Nunca llene el tanque de gas a más del 80 por
ciento de su capacidad. Pídale a su proveedor de
gas propano que revise la válvula de descarga
después de cada llenado para asegurarse de
que no tenga ningún defecto.
4. Siempre guarde los tanques de gas LP en
posición vertical. No almacene ni use gasolina u
otros vapores o líquidos inflamables cerca de
este equipo.
5. NO almacene tanques de gas LP que no estén
conectados al equipo dentro ni cerca de este ni
de cualquier otro equipo que funcione con gas.
6. No someta el tanque de gas LP al calor excesivo.
Nunca guarde tanques de gas LP en la cochera ni
en ningún lugar cerrado. Siempre desconecte
primero el tanque de gas LP y guárdelo en un
lugar seguro afuera.
7. Los tanques de gas LP deben guardarse en
exteriores, en un lugar bien ventilado y fuera del
alcance de los niños. Los tanques de gas LP
desconectados no deben guardarse en edificios,
cocheras ni ningún lugar cerrado.
8. Cuando el equipo no esté en uso, cierre el paso
del gas en el tanque de gas.
9. El regulador con manguera debe revisarse antes
de cada uso. Si está demasiado desgastada,
tiene abrasiones o está cortada, cámbiela antes
de usar el equipo.
10. Mantenga la manguera del regulador alejada de
superficies calientes. Evite torcer la manguera
innecesariamente. Antes de cada vez que vaya
a usar el equipo, haga una inspección visual de
la manguera para revisar que no esté cortada,
rajada, demasiado desgastada ni dañada. Si la
manguera está dañada NO use el equipo. Llame al
1-877-539-7436 para pedir una manguera de
repuesto autorizada.
11. Nunca permita que los niños jueguen cerca del equipo.
