3. REMOVE ADJUSTING KEYS AND WRENCHES. Form a habit of
checking to see that keys and wrenches are removed from router table.
before turning ON.
4. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN. Clutter areas and benches invite accidents.
5. DON'T USE IN DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT. Don’t use power tools in
damp or wet locations, or expose them to rain.
Keep work area well lighted.

ASSEMBLY
Insert the .25 inch Centering Bit
into a router and mount to
router table. Insure bit is
protruding at least .5 inches
above the router table.
Step 1 - Inserting Slide Brackets
Step 2 - Inserting Center Pins
Snap the two (2) PVC Slide Plate
Brackets into the back of Slide
Plate making sure they are flush
with the plate.
Insert the two (2) PVC Center
Pins in from the back side of
Slide Plate making sure they are
flush with plate.
Step 3 - Inserting Centering Bit

Step 4 - Aligning Slide Plate to Alignment Plate
Step 5 - Inserting Alignment Pin
Now line up both Alignment
Plate and Slide Plate matching
center line on each piece.
Insert Alignment Pin through
the Alignment Plate and seat
into the center line notch of the
Slide Plate.
Carefully place the Centering
Tool over both the Centering
Pins and Centering Bit to square
the entire tool with your router
table and the bit at the correct
distance. Tip: Clamp or tape plates
to your router table to prevent
movement while mounting.
Step 6 - Centering Circle Guide onto Router Table
Starting from one side of the
Slide Plate, slide the Alignment
Plate so that the Slide Plate
Brackets are fully positioned
into the groove of the
Alignment Plate.

Step 7 Option B - Attaching Alignment Plate - USING MOUNTING BRACKETS
Step 7 Option A - Attaching Alignment Plate - USING BOLTS
Using a 5/16 inch drill bit, drill
two holes into the router table
(one from each side) matching
the pre-drilled holes in
Alignment Plate. Insert
mounting bolts through both
the Alignment Plate and router
table and use Hex Key to
secure with washers and hex
nuts. (Note: multiple “sets" of holes
are pre-drilled in Alignment Plate to
accommodate different sizes of router
tables)
Mount two metal brackets (one
on each side) to the back edge
of router table by aligning the
brackets with the pre-drilled
holes in the Alignment Plate.
Insert mounting bolts through
Alignment Plate and metal
mounting bracket and secure
with washes and nuts. (Note:
multiple “sets" of holes are pre-drilled to
accommodate different sizes of router
tables)

Align bracket to the center line
of the Slide Plate and attach to
the front edge of the router
table. Note: Make sure the
bracket is at or slightly below
the table top surface. Insert the
small bolt through the lock
down channel of Slide Plate and
the slot in metal bracket, secure
with lock down bolt and
bushing if necessary.
Step 8 Option A - Attaching Slide Plate - USING BOLTS
Step 8 Option B - Attaching Slide Plate - USING MOUNTING BRACKETS
Using a 5/16 drill bit, drill a hole
through the center of the lock
down channel of Slide Plate
closet to the front edge of the
router table and in alignment
with the center line on the Slide
Plate. Insert Slide Plate Lock
down bolt through the lock
down channel of Slide Plate and
the hole in the router table,
secure with the Lock Down
knob.

Place Safety Stops in the Lock-Down Channel in designed area which contains the Lock-Down Bolt.
NOTE: Safety Stops can be stored in un-used Lock-Down Channels.
Step 1:
Step 2:
After preparing the material you can proceed to setting up the Circle Guide and Router to perform cut.
Step 1:
Step 2: Insert a plunge-able style router bit and raise to the desired height.
Step 3:
Step 4:
Basic Operations
Preparing Material
Routing Material
Safety Stops
Remove any abrasive particles and/or spurs from face of material before routing to prevent
damage to the surface of the Circle Guide tool.
Use Safety Stops to prevent damage to the Circle Guide tool when using bits larger than 1/4" (English) or 6mm
(Metric). The Safety Stops ensure the router bit will not cut into the Circle Guide tool when routing very small
circles.
Smoothly rotate material around Center Pin ensuring to keep ahold of material until router is
completely turned off.
Turn on router and plunge material onto the Center Pin through the 1/8" (English) or 3mm (Metric)
hole.
Set Slide Plate into desired measurement position. Lock down Slide Plate by using Alignment Pin
and/or Lock-Down Bolt.
The Circle Guide tool requires the rotation of material around a Center Pin. Please perform these basic steps
before routing to prepare your material.
Drill a 1/8" (English) or 3mm (Metric) hole in material which will be the center point of your circle.
Drill the hole as perpendicular as possible to ensure precise rotation around the Center Pins.

Step 1: Loosen the Lock-Down Bolt and release Alignment Pin.
Step 2: Move the Slide Plate to desired measurement position.
Step 3: Insert Alignment Pin into Slide Plate (should click into position).
Step 4: Tighten the Lock-Down Bolt and ensure the Slide Plate is held firmly in position.
Step 5: Perform cut and repeat as necessary.
Step 1: Loosen the Lock-Down Bolt and release Alignment Pin.
Step 2: Move the Slide Plate to desired position.
Step 3: Tighten the Lock-Down Bolt and ensure the Slide Plate is held firmly in position.
Step 4: Perform cut and repeat as necessary.
Tip 1:
Tip 2:
Tip 3:
Tip 4:
It is recommended to perform multiple cuts and not perform a single cut where the bit protrudes
all the way through the material. The best practice is to make cuts as deep as only 1/2 of the
diameter of the bit at a time.
When using harder material, ensure the material does not overheat from excessive routing as this
may cause damage to the surface of the Circle Guide tool.
It is recommended to remove debris such as saw dust from the Alignment Plate channel routinely
to provide smooth sliding operation.
Tips
To prolong the life span of the tool's surface, make sure to remove any abrasive particles and/or
spurs from face of material before routing to prevent damage to the surface of the Circle Guide
tool.
The Circle Guide for Router Table provides the ability to set the Slide Plate into positions simply by moving
Slide Plate into desired position and ONLY tightening the Lock-Down Bolt. This provides "infinite" positions
between the minimum and maximum radius settings allowing operator to make incrementally small
adjustments (i.e. shave edge) or set Slide Plate into a position which cannot be locked into by using the
Alignment Pin.
The Circle Guide for Router Table provides the ability to lock in at set measurements every 1/16" (English) or
2mm (Metric). This operation provides precise repeatability by allowing operator to recall to a prior position.
