Reading and storing the user
manual
The user manual accompanies this disc
golf set. It contains important
information on assembly and handling.
Before using the disc golf set, read
through the user manual carefully, particularly
the safety notes. Failure to comply with the user
manual may result in personal injury or damage
to the disc golf set.
Store the user manual for further use. Make sure
to include the user manual when passing the disc
golf set on to third parties.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used
in the user manual , on the disc golf set or on the
packaging.

Proper use
The disc golf set is exclusively designed as a sport
and leisure article. It is only intended for private
use and not suitable for commercial purposes.
Only use the disc golf set as described in the user
manual. Any other use is considered improper
and may result in damage to property. The disc
golf set is not a toy for children.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held
liable for damages incurred through improper or
incorrect use.

Improper assembly or use may cause

− CHOKING HAZARD! The disc golf set
contains small parts. It is not suitable for
children under 3 years old.
− Ensure that children do not play with
the packaging. Children can become
trapped in the packaging when playing

− Only competent adults may set up the
disc golf set.
− Keep children away during assembly
and disassembly.
− The disc golf set is not a toy, adult
supervision is required at all times when
children are in the area of use.
− Never lean, stand or climb on the disc
golf set.
− Do not use the disc golf set if there is
any visible damage or any parts are
defective or missing.

Checking the disc golf set and
package contents
1. Take the disc golf set out of the packaging and
check whether the disc golf set or any of the
individual parts are broken or damaged. If this
is the case, do not use the disc golf set. Contact
the manufacturer via the service address
indicated on the warranty card.
2. Check to make sure that all components and
accessories have been received (see Fig. A).
Assembly
The disc golf set includes two targets with the
same assembly procedures.

Connect three small poles 4with three 3-way
connectors 6.

Unlock the 4-way connectors on the legs 1,
extend the inner poles and connect the round
caps 7to the inner poles. If the disc golf set will
be used on grass, connect the stake caps 8to
the inner poles.

Slide the large poles 3through the sleeves
of the mesh pocket 2and then connect them
to the 4-way connectors on the legs 1. Next,
connect the legs to the 3-way connectors 6.

Insert the knots of the mesh netting 5through
the holes of the 3-way connectors 6.

The assembly is complete
Unlock the 4-way connectors on the legs to adjust
the height of the disc golf set.
Use the carry bag 9for transport.
Put the discs 10 and 11 in the front pocket.

Disc golf game
Objective of the game
Like regular golf, disc golf is won by the player
with the lowest score. Players set up their own golf
course using the targets as the “holes” and decide
on the number of targets in their course and the
PAR at each target. PAR is the average number of
throws it takes players to land their discs in the
targets. At each target, players take turn throwing
their disc to try to land it in the target with the
fewest number of throws. The player who has
completed all targets with the lowest score wins.
Before the game
1. Recruit players. Recommended number of
players: 2–4.
2. Select a playing area where the players will not
impact other nearby activities and cause any
danger to others and themselves.
Consider safety first!
3. Agree on how many targets (2–18) the game
will include.
4. Agree on the PAR for each target. Refer to the
PAR guide below for suggestions.

The PAR numbers can be changed according
to circumstances. They include special needs
of the players (e.g. age), obstacles or change in
elevation.
5. Agree on the tee locations. The tee is where a
player stands when first throwing their disc for
a target.
6. Place the targets at the selected locations.
Create the disc golf course using natural
elements such as trees, bushes and elevation
changes to make the course more challenging.
7. Get paper and pencils to keep scores. Refer to
the sample scorecard below.

8. Decide on the teeing order of the players by
flipping a coin or disc.
9. Assign a disc color to each player.
10.Try a few warm up throws. Grip the disc as
shown below.
Playing the game
1. The winner of the disc/coin flip stands at the
tee and throws first. This is called a “stroke”. The
remaining players take turns throwing their
disc towards the first target.
2. After all players have thrown their disc, the
player whose disc is farthest from the target
goes first. The players alternate turns until all
players have thrown their disc into the target.
3. Count the number of throws it takes each
player before their disc lands in the target.
Compare the players’ numbers to the PAR and
keep the scores.
The disc must be entirely inside the target. A
disc landing on top of or leaning up against the
target is not considered “in”.
4. The player with the lowest score at the last
target will begin playing at the next one.
5. Repeat playing until all the targets are
complete. The player with the lowest total score
after the last target wins.
If a player scores 3 throws under
PAR (-3), it is called an “albatross”.
Scoring 2 throws under PAR (-2) is
called an “eagle” and 1 throw under
PAR (-1) is called a “birdie”.

Game variations
Easier game
− Shorten the distance between the tees and
targets for young, inexperienced or special
needs players. For quicker game play, allow less
skilled players to throw the disc from where the
closest disc landed.
Harder game
− Lengthen the distance between the tees and
targets. Place targets behind trees, rocks or
other obstacles to increase difficulty.
First one in
− Skip PAR scoring. Instead, the first player
whose disc lands in the target scores one point.
All players then move on to the next target.
This continues until all the targets have been
played. The player with the highest score wins.
Select a side
− Before throwing, the first player must select
which side of the target will be the scoring one.
The targets have three directions that a disc
can enter. If the player’s disc does not enter the
selected side then no point is scored.

Improper handling of the disc golf set may

− Do not use any aggressive cleaners,
brushes with metal or nylon bristles,
sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such
as knives, hard scrapers and the like.
They could damage the surfaces.
1. Wipe the disc golf set clean with a damp cloth.
2. Let all parts dry completely before storing or
continuing to use.

− Always store the disc golf set in a dry place.
− Keep the disc golf set out of direct sunlight and
away from heat sources.
− Store the disc golf set safely out of the reach of
children and pets.

Comprobación del juego de
disco golf y del contenido del
paquete
1. Saque el juego de disco golf del embalaje
y compruebe si este o alguna de las piezas
presentan daños o roturas. De ser así, no use el
juego de disco golf. Contacte con el fabricante
a través de la dirección de servicio técnico
especificada en la tarjeta de garantía.
2. Asegúrese de haber recibido todos los

Objetivo del juego
Al igual que el golf estándar, en el disco golf
gana el jugador con la menor puntuación.
Los jugadores establecen su propio recorrido
de golf usando los objetivos como “hoyos” y
deciden el número de objetivos en el recorrido
y el PAR en cada objetivo. El PAR es el promedio
de lanzamientos que los jugadores necesitan
para meter los discos en los objetivos. En cada
objetivo, los jugadores se turnan para lanzar
el disco e intentar meterlo en el objetivo con
el menor número de lanzamientos. El jugador
que complete todos los objetivos con la menor
puntuación, gana.
Antes del juego
1. Reclute a los jugadores. Número recomendado
de jugadores: 2–4.
2. Seleccione una zona de juego donde los
jugadores no puedan interferir con otras
actividades próximas y causar peligros a otras
personas y a sí mismos.

3. Acuerde el número de objetivos (2–18) que
incluirá el juego.
4. Pacte el PAR para cada objetivo. Consulte la
guía de PARES abajo para obtener sugerencias.

Desarrollo del juego
1. Quien gane al lanzar el disco/moneda, queda
de pie en el punto de salida y lanza primero.
Este movimiento se llama “golpe”. El resto de
jugadores se turna para lanzar el disco hacia el
primer objetivo.
2. Después de que todos los jugadores hayan
lanzado el disco, el jugador cuyo disco esté más
lejos del objetivo, es el primero. Los jugadores
se turnan hasta que todos hayan metido el dis-
co en el objetivo.
3. Cuente el número de lanzamientos que
precisa cada jugador antes de que el disco
haya entrado en el objetivo. Compare los
números de los jugadores con el PAR y anote
las puntuaciones.
El disco debe quedar totalmente dentro del
objetivo. El disco que quede encima o inclinado
sobre el objetivo no se considerará “dentro”.

4. El jugador con la menor puntuación en el
último objetivo comenzará a jugar para el
siguiente objetivo.
5. Repita el desarrollo hasta completar todos los
objetivos. El jugador con la menor puntación
total tras el último objetivo, gana.
Si un jugador anota 3 lanzamientos
bajo PAR (-3), se llama “albatros”.
Anotar 2 lanzamientos bajo PAR (-2) se
llama “eagle”, y 1 lanzamiento bajo
PAR (-1) se llama “birdie”.
Variaciones del juego
Juego más fácil
− Acorte la distancia entre los puntos de salida
y los objetivos para jugadores jóvenes,
inexpertos o con necesidades especiales. Para
acelerar la partida, permita a los jugadores
menos hábiles lanzar el disco desde donde
aterrizó el más cercano.
Juego más difícil
− Alargue la distancia entre los puntos de salida
y los objetivos. Coloque objetivos tras árboles,
rocas u otros obstáculos para incrementar la
dificultad.
El primero en entrar
− Olvídese de la puntuación del PAR. En su
lugar, el primer jugador cuyo disco entre
en el objetivo se anota un punto. Todos
los jugadores pasan entonces al siguiente
objetivo. Y así hasta completar todos los
objetivos. El jugador con la máxima puntuación
gana.
Selección de un lado
− Antes de lanzar, el primer jugador debe
escoger qué lado del objetivo será el de
entrada. Los objetivos tienen tres direcciones
por donde puede entrar el disco. Si el disco del
jugador no entra por el lado seleccionado, no
se anotan puntos.

Un manejo inapropiado del juego de disco
golf puede provocar daños.
− No utilice limpiadores agresivos,
cepillos con cerdas metálicas o de
nylon, ni utensilios de limpieza afilados
o metálicos como cuchillos, espátulas
duras y objetos similares, pues podrían
provocar daños en las superficies.
1. Pase un paño húmedo para limpiar el juego de
disco golf.
2. Deje que todas las piezas se sequen por
completo antes de guardar o seguir usando el
producto.
Almacenamiento
− Almacene siempre el juego de disco golf en un
lugar seco.
− Mantenga el juego de disco golf lejos de la luz
solar directa y de fuentes de calor.
