WARNING!
It is imperative that all Portable Soccer Goals be used only in accordance with safety guidelines
contained in these instructions as well as those found on the safety warning labels attached to the goals.
Failure to do so can cause serious injury or death.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS!
1. Check for structural integrity and proper connection hardware before every use. Replace
damaged or missing parts or fasteners immediately.
2. Ensure safety/warning labels are clearly visible.
3. Securely anchor or counterweight movable soccer goals at ALL times following the
instructions in this manual.
4. Always instruct players, managers, coaches, trainers, teachers, maintenance and all other
personnel who might come into contact with the goal on the safe handling of and potential
dangers associated with movable soccer goals.
5. Always exercise extreme caution when moving goals and allow adequate manpower to move
goals of varied size and weights. Movable soccer goals should only be moved by authorized
and trained personnel.
6. NEVER allow anyone to climb on the net or goal framework.
7. Movable soccer goals should only be used on LEVEL fields, NEVER on a slope or hill area.
8. Remove nets when goals are not in use unless area is secure.
9. Most of the tip over injuries occurred when goals were unattended. Anchor or chain one goal
to another or to nearby fence posts, dugouts, or any other similar sturdy fixture when not in
use. If this is not practical, store movable soccer goals in a place where children cannot have
access to them.

 Read all instructions before proceeding.
1. Slide the Crossbar Connecting Bars (E) into the Crossbar Inner Tubes (C) through the channel so that all the holes are lined up
as shown. Assemble the Corners (H) by inserting the inner tube assemblies leaving the appropriate number of holes exposed
for the Crossbar/Upright attachment. Install two 3/8” x 1” Hex Bolts (O) per Corner (H). See Figure 1.
2. Lay Upright Tubes (B) and Crossbar Tubes (A) flat on the ground with net attachment tracks facing upward.
3. Attach Crossbar Tubes (A) to the two corner assemblies, from #1 above, by sliding Crossbar Tubes (A) onto the Crossbar
Inner Tubes (C) and installing two 3/8” x 1” Hex Bolts (O) per end.
4. Slide the Upright Connecting Bars (F) into the Upright Inner Tubes (D) through the channel so that all the holes are lined up as
shown. Inserting the inner tube assemblies into the Corners (H) by inserting the inner tube assemblies leaving the appropriate
number of holes exposed for the mating Upright Tubes (B). Loosely install one 3/8” x 1 1/2” Flat Head Screws (T) to both
corners to keep alignment during the Upright Tubes (B) attachment. See Figure 1.
5. Attach the Upright Tubes (B) to the two corner assemblies by sliding Upright Tubes (B) onto the Upright Inner Tubes (D).
Remove the 3/8” x 1 1/2” Flat Head Screws (T).
6. Lay the Folding Backstays (G) in the folded position on top of the goal assembly lining up the holes as shown. Use one left
and one right on each goal; positioning each so that they will fold inward. Install four 3/8” x 1 1/2” Flat Head Screws (T)
through the hinge plate on the Folding Backstays (G) and into the Corner/Upright assembly. Unfold the Folding Backstays (G)
and slide the Hinge Locking Pin (V) through the tubes on the Folding Backstays (G) to lock in place. See Figure 2 and 6.
7. Using 1/2” x 3 1/2” Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2” Nylock Nuts (S) attach one Lower Side Tube (J) to the bottom of the Upright
Tube (B). See Figure 5.
8. Slide the Caster Brackets (M) onto the Rear Spreader Bar Tubes (I) making sure the bolt pattern is facing out side the goal.

9. Insert the Rear Spreader Bar Tubes (I) into the end of the Lower Side Tubes (J). Make sure they are all the way inserted. Using
1/2” x 3 1/2” Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2” Nylock Nuts (S) attach the Lower Side Tubes (J) to the bottom of the Upright Tubes (B)
while inserting it onto the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I). See Figure 4 and 6.
10. Using 1/2” x 3 1/2” Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2” Nylock Nuts (S) attach the Inner Telescopic Tube (K) to the Upright Tubes (B).

11. Slide the Outer Telescopic Tube (L) over the Inner Telescopic Tube (K) and using 1/2” x 3 1/2” Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2” Nylock
Nuts (S) attach the Outer Telescopic Tube (L) to the Lower Side Tube (J). See Figure 6.
12. Using the 1/2” x 3 1/2” Safety Locking Pins (U) pin the telescopic tubes in the unfolded position. Flip the goal over in playing
position. See Figure 6.
13. Using a 5/16 drill bit, drill through the four factory drilled pilot holes in each of the ends of the Lower Side Tubes (J) and
through one wall of the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I).
14. Using the 3/8” x 1” Self Tapping Flange Bolts (P) permanently attach the Lower Side Tubes (J) to the Rear Spreader Bar
Tube (I).
15. Slide the Caster Brackets (M) so they are positioned 10” from the inside edge of both Lower Side Tubes (J).
See Figure 4 and 6.
16. Using a 5/16” drill bit, drill through the factory drilled pilot holes through one wall of the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I), and using
the 3/8” x 1” Self Tapping Flange Bolts (P) attach the Caster Brackets (M) to the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I).
See Figure 4 and 6.
17. Using 3/8” x 1” Hex Bolts (O) and 3/8” Lock Washers (R) attach the Casters (N) to the Caster Brackets (M).

18. With the fully assembled soccer goal in the upright playing position; install the Net Attachment Clips (W) into the net
attachment tracks in each Upright Tubes (B), Crossbar Tubes (A), Lower Side Tubes (J), and Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I). The
Net Attachment Clips (W) slip into the track and twist 90° into position with the opening to the outside of the goal. You have
been provided enough Net Attachment Clips (W) to position one every 12”-14” and still have extras depending on the size of
your goal.
19. Drape the net over the Folding Backstay (G) on the rear face of the goal. A rope is woven into the net behind the top front to
attach to the left hand and right hand backstays to help support the net.
20. Prior to play, the rear of the goal must be secured to prevent accidental tip over. Position the Auger Goal Hold Downs (X) near
the rear corner of the goals. Once the augers are fully rotated into the ground, clip the chain around the Rear Spreader Bar
Tube (I). This will prevent accidental tip over.
21. If your goal is being used on an artificial turf that is not compatible with the Auger Style Hold Downs (X), goals must be
weighted with rear ballast bags or by other methods. Consult a Bison Product Specialist for options.
WARNING!
GOAL TIP OVER CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND
UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTION #20 and #21.
CAUTION!
DO NOT LEAVE AUGER HOLD DOWNS IN THE GROUND WHEN THE GOAL IS MOVED AS
PROTRUDING OBJECTS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PEOPLE AND DAMAGE TO MOWING
