1. Inserting the utensil bag.
The practical bag has a sewn „tunnel channel“.
One of the spreader bars can be pushed through
this channel before being inserted into the two
retaining thimbles. We have dened the area with
the sewn-on Crazy Chair label as the hammock
headboard. There should be the spreader bar with
the utensil bag.
2. Insert spreader bars.
The two spreader bars are inserted at each end of
the hammock. Before the spreader bars are put
into the black „thimbles“ for the rst time, you
should shape them with your ngers a little bit as
a „trough“ so that the bar ends can be put in more
easily and get a good grip.

5. Useful tips on transport, storage and care.
In strong winds the hammock could utter or turn
propeller-like in the wind. Depending on the inten-
sity of the „windbeat“, it can also be stressful for
the material or micro-grid fabric. The windblow
can cause the coloured lament of the covering to
rub and partially peel o. This results in unsightly
colour peeling. However, the stability of the ham-
mock is maintained.
Note: Damage to material due to strong wind is
not covered by the warranty, as it can be avoided if
used correctly. If, for example, you remove the two
spreader bars from the thimbles of the stretched
combo, the hammock will collapse at and have
less wind attack surface (but it must not rub over
the ground in this state) or, even better, you can
take the hammock down in time and not expose
it to the wind.
The All-Weather material was developed for out-
door use (can also be used indoors) and is insensi-
tive to sun and moisture.
To clean the hammock, all you need is a sponge
with water or a little soapy water. Under no cir-
cumstances use the high-pressure cleaner or the
washing machine.
For storage, the hammock should be loosely rolled,
but not folded. The folding kinks can cause the fa-
bric to break.
When storing, the hammock should be protected
from mice or similar rodents.
The Crazy Chair logo is placed on the lying side
in the head area for orientation. The black straps
point to the underside of the hammock.
3. Mounting of the hammock.
Choose a suitable place to hang the hammock, e.g. on a hammock stand, between 2 trees or on 2 xed
attachment points.
V4A swivel shackles are attached to both ends of the hammock. Pass the suspension rope through the
free eye or the eye of the swivel shackle and pull it through until a loop of the same length is formed.
Attach the ropes to the selected suspension point, which should be approx. 3.80 m to 4.50 m apart.
The ropes are knotted at an attachment height of approx. 140 cm, e.g. to a tree, a hook or a hammock
stand.
If the distance is greater, the two suspension points of the combo must be correspondingly higher.
Tie the two rope ends with a simple looped knot.
4. Use the hammock.
The hammock should be tightly stretched for easy entry/exit without moving strongly out of the bend of
the body. When standing in front of the hammock, the edge of the hammock is at waist level. Ideally, the
hammock should be laid down as shown in the phases shown.
Stand in front of the hammock and hold the outer edge of the hammock with both hands.
Pull it under your bottom and sit in the middle of the hammock.
From the sitting position you turn your upper body sideways to the back in the lying position and swing
your legs into the hammock.
When you lie down in the hammock for the rst time, all knots are loaded by the body weight and the
ropes are tightened in length. All thimbles get the perfect shape and the hammock gets its nal position.
It is therefore a good idea to adjust the hammock position to the perfect desired height (on both suspen-
sion ropes).

Hammock Stands
For the COMBO, there are the perfectly matching stainless steel stands LAZY and BUDDY.
Use and safety instructions
Read the manual before use and keep it for further questions.
The CrazyChair hammock is ideal for relaxing, you
lie back-friendly and relaxed lengthwise. The lying
load is 150 kg.
The suspension points must be adjusted to the
weight of the person or the weight to be carried
and provide a secure attachment.
Regularly check that the suspension ropes and
knots are correctly positioned. Protect ropes from
chang, especially on edges or sharp corners. If
metal rubs against metal during fastening, it is ne-
cessary to grease the areas regularly.
