RISQUES RESIDUELS SIMPLEX MATIC
Bien que la maison CRM ait fait tout son possible pour produire la machine avec toutes les connaissances nécessaires sur
la sécurité et en consultant les directives et les normes à sa disposition, il y a encore des risques résiduels pendant :
L’opérateur qui travaille dans ces zones ou phases doit être instruit et conscient que ces zones sont « dangereuses » et
qu’elles n’ont pas été éliminées pour la catégorie de prestations de la machine.
Les opérateurs qui effectuent ces opérations doivent toujours avoir a leur disposition le mode d’emploi e le consulter.
Le producteur ne peut pas savoir comment la machine sera installée dans le lieu de production, donc l’utilisateur devra
s’assurer que le lieu d’installation de la machine est conforme à la Directive Machines 2006/42/CE et successives modifications
et aux prescriptions de sécurité, hygiène et désinfection relatives au pays d’installation de la machine.

La machine SIMPLEX MATIC a été construite en
conformité avec la Directive 2006/42/CE.
Donc il n’y a pas de dangers pour l’opérateur s’il
suit les instructions de ce manuel et si les

La SIMPLEX MATIC est un produit de qualité
que les acheteurs ont reconnu avec
satisfaction.
En cas de problèmes, nous Vous prions de
contacter le SERVICE D’ENTRETIEN CRM
qui Vous aidera au plus vite. Vous devez
toujours indiquer ce qui suit:
A - Adresse complète
B – Identification de la machine
C - Description du défaut
Pour toutes les machines, la formule
suivante est valable:
1 -La machine a une garantie de 12 mois en
ce qui concerne toutes les parties
mécaniques avec des défauts, sauf les
lames et les parties connectées. La
garantie sera calculée à partir du jour de la
livraison de la machine et sera valable pas
plus que 13 mois de la date de livraison.
2 -En cas de défauts, l’acheteur doit les
communiquer par écrit à la CRM d’ici 8
jours.
3 -Les matériaux qui montrent des défauts
dans les délais indiqués au point 1 sont
remplacés à la charge de CRM.
4 -Les frais de déplacement et de main
d’oeuvre de notre technicien pour
l’élimination de défauts éventuels sont à
Votre charge.
5 -En cas de réparation/remplacement de
parties de la machine, la garantie ne sera
pas différée. Mais nous donnons une
garantie de 6 mois pour les parties
remplacées.
6 -On doit envoyer les parties avec défauts à
la CRM qui se réserve de les vérifier dans
ses usines pour relever les défauts réels
ou identifier les éventuelles causes
extérieures. Si les parties n’ont pas de
défauts, la CRM se réserve de facturer le
coût entier des pièces précédemment
remplacées en garantie.
Les coûts et les risques du transport des
parties défectueuses, réparées ou fournies
pour le remplacement et les éventuels tarifs
douaniers aussi sont à la charge de l’acheteur.
La garantie comprend la réparation ou la
substitution des parties défectueuses.
La garantie NE comprendra aucun
endommagement indirect et en particulier
l’éventuelle non-production. En autre tous les
matériaux normalement utilisés et d’usure ne
sont pas compris dans la garantie.
La garantie ne comprend pas les parties
endommagées à cause de négligence
pendant l’usage, d’un entretien incorrect, des
endommagements pendant le transport et
pas à cause de défauts de fonctionnement
ou fabrication.
La garantie n’est jamais prévue en cas
d’usage impropre ou d’applications
incorrectes et d’inobservance des
informations de ce manuel.

All machine are covered by the next
guarantee conditions:
1 -The machine is guaranteed for 12 months
about all faulty mechanical parts except
for blades and appurtenances. The
guarantee period starts from delivery date
and however it‘ll not overcome 13 months.
2 -Every fault must be transmitted to CRM by
a letter within 8 days.
3 -Every problem due to manufacture or
material happened during guarantee period
will be solved by CRM without customer
charges.
4 -The travel and the service performed by
qualified techniciand will be charged to
customer.
5 -Recover or replacement of a part doesn’t
extend guarantee term. All replaced parts
are guaranteed for 6 months.
6 -All faulty parts are to be sent back to CRM
for a complete analisys of damage and its
cause.If all parts haven’t any problem,
CRM will charge all costs of replaced
parts to customer.
CRM doesn’t charge on himself all costs and
risks of expedition of replaced parts (recove-
red or faulty).
Recover or replacement of faulty parts,
satisfy all guarantee condition
Guarantee doesn’t include undirect damage
(for ex. the stop of production).
Guaranteee doesn’t include all part damaged
by wrong utilization and maintenance, during
transport and all causes not due to functio-
ning or manufacturing.
Guarantee expires in all cases of wrong
utilization or application due to non-
observance of all information contained in
this manual.

La SIMPLEX MATIC est une trancheuse
multilames pour la coupe automatique du produit.
Son fonctionnement est prévu avec le tapis de
chargement et le plateau de collecte du produit
pour le modèle SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1 ou avec
le tapis de chargement et le tapis de collecte
pour le modèle SIMPLEX MATIC 250/2.
Elle a été projetée et réalisée pour couper d’un
seul coup des tranches fraîches désossées
de viande et de poisson de n’importe quelle
typologie (avec une température au-dessus de
0° C), ou des tranches congelées (avec une
température jusqu’à -2° C min.).
DESCRIPTION DE LA MACHINE
Un tapis motorisé en entrée représente
l’élément de chargement automatique pour la
coupe du produit et permet, de cette façon, une
introduction correcte dans la moule des lames.
Le système de coupe se compose d’un groupe
de lames avec une épaisseur très petite, en
acier inoxydable durci et poli, avec un diamètre
de 250 millimètres, qui permettent d’effectuer
des coupes parfaites sans résiduels.
La moule peut être facilement démontée pour
permettre un remplacement rapide et peut se
composer de différentes combinaisons, avec
un pas minimum de 6 millimètres jusqu’à 50
millimètres au maximum.
Le produit coupé tombe dans un plateau dans
la version SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1 ou il est
positionné sur un deuxième tapis motorisé
dans la version SIMPLEX MATIC 250/2.

PROPER USE
The SIMPLEX MATIC is a multi-blade slicer
for the automatic cut of the product.
The product loading belt and collecting tray
are provided for the model SIMPLEX MATIC
250/1, while for the model SIMPLEX MATIC
250/2 the loading and collecting belts are
provided.
It has been designed and realised to cut all in
one go slices of fresh meat and fish without
bones of any kind (with temperatures above
0° C), or frozen slices of meat and fish (with
temperatures up to minimum -2° C).
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
A motorised belt allows the automatic loading
for the product cut, thus permitting a correct
introduction of the product into the blade die.
The cutting system consists of a group of
blades with a very small thickness, of
hardened and polished stainless steel, with a
diameter of 250 mm, which allow perfect cuts
without residuals.
The die can be easily dismounted to allow a
quick replacement and can be composed of
different combinations, with a minimum pitch
of 6 mm up to max. 50 mm .
When falling, the cut product is collected into
a tray in the version SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1
or placed on a second motorised belt in the
version SIMPLEX MATIC 250/2.

observance of safety and hygiene norms.
To make the consultation easy, the manual is
divided into chapters and sections so that
each phase results well articulated. Each
argument explains, with numbered
sequences and pictures, how to carry on the
operation step by step.
At the beginning of each chapter and section,
a status line shows through symbols the
qualified personnel to perform the
intervention, the obligatory protections and/or
the energetic state of the machine.
The residual risk during the operation is
underlined with appropriate symbols
integrated with text.
In this way CRM recalls the attention of
the operators and qualified technician on the
ATTENTIONS, INSTRUCTIONS or
DANGERS that concern them.
Graphically, inside of the manual are used
some symbols to underline and differentiate
particular information or suggestions in order
to obtain the best safety conditions and of a
correct usage of the machine.

ATTENTION
This symbol shows to the interested
personnel that the operation presents the
risk of exposure to residual dangers with
the possibility of damages to the health or
lesions if not effected in the respect of the
procedures and prescriptions in conformi-
ty to the safety normative.

This qualification supposes a full knowledge

of slinging and safe handling.
TRANSPORT OPERATOR
Identifies the type of operator to which the
described intervention is reserved.
This qualification presupposes a full knowled-
ge and comprehension of the information
contained in the service manual, specific
competences,lifting methods and machines,
and characteristics of links for safety tran-
sport.
