2. CAUTIONS
I. Flashing & Servicing must be undertaken by qualified personnel only.
II. Ensure all work is carried out at an anti-static workstation and that an anti-static wrist strap is worn.
III. Use only approved Tools & components as specified in the parts list.
IV. Ensure all components, modules, screws, and insulators are correctly re-fitted after servicing and
alignment
V. Ensure all cables and wires are repositioned correctly if Handset disassembled
VI. Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive components of electronic products.
Therefore, Service Centre must adhere the precautions which mentioned above.
3. Flashing Procedure
1)．Hardware Environment
1. Computer，CPU 1.7GHz or above，512M ram or above
2. Stabilized D.C. source (4.0V/2A) or full charged battery of mobile phone
3. Mobile phone
4. USB cable
2)．Software Environment
1. OS: Windows2000, Windows XP , Windows7,Windows 8
2. Multi-Port Flash download tool uses Version: “hq_mtk_customerdownload_V2.6_141211”
3. USB driver uses version: “Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One”
4. Software: “MMX_Q380_SW_V0.1.0_HW_V1.0_280215”
3). Smart phone driver installation
Note:
1: Usually, you should upgrade your target via USB communication mode, so 32 bit system user
should install “Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One 32 bit V1.00.exe” or above USB driver; 64 bit
system user should install “Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One 64 bit V1.00.exe” or above USB
driver.
Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One 32 bit V1.00.exe driver install (Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One 64
bit V1.00.exe driver install method same as this)

4.4 Power off the mobile phone , then press the “up sidekey”and plug the USB Cable at the same time, the tool
will start to download software to mobile phone.

4.6. Disconnect USB cable with phone, then click “Start All”button and change another phone to continue
download(Operate multi phone download at same time similar operate single phone).
