VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL OPERATION
This smart design splits in both positions — allowing more versatility.
In addition to the traditional horizontal splitting position, the vertical
position allows you to split heavier logs without lifting them.
PRE-FILLED WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID
For your convenience, the log splitters come pre-filled with hydraulic oil.
Primed and tested at the factory so they’re ready to work when you are.
Just add gas!
AUTO RETURN VALVE
The larger pump and high PSI allow you to split logs quicker. While the
cast-iron wedge returns to the starting position, you can be setting the
next log to split.

The Cub Cadet Log Splitters deliver smart thinking that others can’t match. Their precision-made beam,
rugged cast-iron wedge, and robust cast-steel foot plate ensure years of operation. The 9.5/13 GPM pump,
powerful 160cc Honda® OHC/277cc Cub Cadet® OHV engine and automatic return valve provide a swift cycle
time as low as 15 seconds on LS 27 CCHP. The flip-down jack stand and coil-wrapped hoses provide ease of
use and protection.
