Hand Mixer
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
◇ READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS MIXER
◇ To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put Mixer in water or other liquid. This
may cause personal injury and/or damage to the product.
◇ Close supervision is necessary when Mixer is used by or near children, or incapacitated
persons.
◇ Unplug from outlet while not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before
cleaning.
◇ Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other
utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce of injury to person and/or damage to
the Mixer.
◇ Do not operate Mixer with a damage cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions, or if it is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the store for service.
◇ The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer many cause re electrical
shock or injury.
◇ Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch lot surfaces, including the stove.
◇ Do not use outdoor or for commercial purposes.
◇ Remove beaters form Mixer before washing.
◇ Do not use Mixer for other than intended use.
◇ Do not leave Mixer unattended while it is operating.

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) follow the instructions
below:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
Speed guide:
1. Setting 1, 2 speed are use when stirring liquid ingredients or when mixing dry and liquid
ingredients together alternately in a recipe and when preparing any of the ready-prepared or
packaged instant pudding.
2. Setting 3, 4 speed are used when preparing cake mixes or for directions calling for medium
speed. Use to cream butter and sugar together.
3. Setting 5 speed is used to when shipping egg whites.

How to use
1. Before using your mixer for the rst time, wash the beaters in hot, soapy water or the
dishwater. Rinse and dry.
2. Be sure the speed control is in the ‘OFF’ position and unplugged from an electrical outlet.
Insert beaters one at a time, by placing stem end of beaters into the opening on the bottom
if the mixer. Turn beaters slightly and push in until beater clicks into position. Plug the unit
into appropriate outlet. Turn mixer on and adjust speed from 1 to 5 setting gradually and
corresponding wattage increase.
3. When mixing is complete, set speed control to ‘OFF’. Make sure the motor stops running
before raising beaters completely out of mixing bowl. Unplug the unit and press the beater
eject button to release beater.
4. Put the beater into a container and rest mixer on its heel rest.
Cleaning and Storing your Hand Mixer
Cleaning Your Hand Mixer
1. Remove the plug from the socket;
2. Switch the mixer off and gently tap the beaters on the side of bowl to remove any excess
mixture.
3. Press the eject button to eject the beaters.
4. Wash the beaters in soapy water.
5. The mixer should be cleaned using a cloth dampened with warm water and detergent. Make
sure you do not allow water to seek into the mixer.
Do not use harsh cleaners or solvent as they may damage the casing.
Storing Your Hand Mixer
Coil the electrical cord of the Hand Mixer with a plastic twist fastener.
Store the Hand Mixer on its heel rest in a clear, dry location such as a cabinet or shelf. Store
the beaters in a drawer. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative. The motor of your mixer has been carefully lubricate at the factory and does not
require any additional lubricant.
