skewer can be closed ghtly (press lever in, not around in a circle). Make sure wheels are very secure.
Wheel Reectors
Install the wheel reectors (if not already installed) into the wheels near the valve but with enough space to add air easily to the
res.
Seat Post Hitch
Aach the hitch to the seat post with the bevel facing upward at a height which
allows the trailer to be as parallel to the ground as possible. Open, then re-ghten
the hitch’s collar evenly on both sides of the seat post by screwing each bolt in part
way, and rotang between bolts as you ghten. Tighten the hitch to the seat post
so that it cannot move.
The ball joint is at the p of the tow bar. Feed the ball joint, top to boom, through
the hitch. The ball joint should rotate freely in the hitch.
Aaching Trailer to Seat Post Hitch
Spin the hitch nut onto the ball joint’s threads, with the teeth pressing against the hitch. Hand ghten rmly.
Rear Reectors
Install the rear reector on the mount at the rear center of the trailer. The oponal Blinky light can be mounted here instead.
Safety Strap
Wrap the safety strap around the seat post and aach, keeping it loose enough to avoid binding while cornering.
Safety Flag
Join the two pieces of the agpole to make a 6’ long pole. Insert the safety ag into the tube at the le rear of the trailer. The
movement of the ag draws drivers aenon and makes the trailer more visible.
Loading Your Trailer
Distribute the load evenly across the struts. We recommend strapping a board or hard plasc sheet to the oor of the trailer, or
using large plasc totes.
