1.8.3 BRAKING SYSTEMS
Multidisc service brakes in oil bath.
Negative parking brake, multidisc in oil bath with pressure accumulator.
1.8.4 TRANSMISSION
Completely hydrostatic, it is a set of elements making machine movements possible. It consists of the
following parts:
Hydrostatic pump with variable displacement of 40 cm3connected to the endothermic engine by
means of an elastic joint
Hydrostatic engine with variable displacement of 80 cm3connected directly to the gearbox.
Differential steering axles allowing transmission of motion to the wheels. Electrically controlled
reverse gear
The machine tires are suitably rated according to the maximum allowable load on the machine. In
case of replacement, always use tires with the same rating and load capacity.
1.8.5 STEERING
Three steering modes are possible thanks to the differential bridges:
With the front wheels only.
With the front and rear wheels for "concentric" advancement.
With the front and rear wheels for "crab" advancement.
The steering is the “load sensing” type.

1.8.10 TIRES
The machines can be fitted with the following tires (recommended):
CAMSO/MITAS, 12-16.5
CAMSO/MITAS, 12.5-18
CAUTION!
The tires in this manual refer to those recommended by the manufacturer.
If they are to be replaced with a different brand of tires, please refer to the dimensions and load index in
this manual.
In this case, the operating pressure of the tire must be the maximum recommended by the tire
manufacturer.
The pressure indicated on the label, which is on the mud flap, ONLY refers to the tire mounted by the
manufacturer when the machine was made.
