Notes
Here are some notes in using different ports:
USB 3.0 Port
Please notice that the signal of USB 3.0 and WiFi 2.4G will be interfere
with each other. Therefore, please avoid connect your wireless mouse,
keyboard or other WiFi 2.4G devices to the USB C hub. These devices
are recommended to plug into the host USB port on your laptop directly.

HDMI & VGA Port
1. Please make sure the USB C port on your laptop support video output
before using.
2. To keep the video or image stable, please plug the power adapter of
your laptop into the USB C port of the hub while using video output
mode.
3. HDMI and VGA port can be used simultaneously and mirror your
laptop screen to 2 external screens.
USB C Port
This port is only designed for power delivery, and it does not support
data transmission.
FAQ
Why the USB C hub gets hot while working?
A: The aluminum alloy material warms up more quickly than plastic, and
it also dissipates heat more quickly. Please be assured that the hub is
safe to use although its case warms up.

Why the USB C hub disconnects sometimes?
A: Please plug the power adapter of your laptop into the USB C port of
the hub while high power consumption devices are connected.
Why doesn’t HDMI/VGA have video output?
1. Ensure that your USB-C output device has video output function.
2. Ensure that the connection is good.
3. Use standard HDMI/VGA cable.
Why is there no HDMI/VGA audio output?
1. Ensure that you display screen has sound output function.
2. Set you external display screen as sound output device.
Why my Nintendo Switch couldn’t use the HDMI/VGA function?
1. Plug the original power adapter of your NS into the USB C charging
port of the hub.

1. Use a HDMI/VGA cable to connect the USB C hub with your extended
screen.
2. Ensure that the screen of NS is bright, then plug the type c cable of
the hub into your NS.
Notes: Nintendo Switch couldn’t access the network directly through the
USB C hub.
Why cannot some mobile phones use USB 3.0 or card
reader?
A: Ensure that your mobile phone has OTG function.
Why can’t the USB C hub read my USB flash drive?
1. Please try to connect them again;
2. Please reverse the USB C cable to its opposite side and plug the hub
into your laptop again.
Why my SD Card couldn’t be read after connected?
A: Push the ON/OFF switch on the side of your SD card.
