How to set up network with COVR-C1203 Using D-Link Wifi
App?
1. Download the D-Link Wi-Fi app from App store.
2. Launch the D-Link Wi-Fi app
3. Select COVR-C1203 and click NEXT.
4. Select Create a new Covr network and click NEXT.

5. a) Power off the modem or gateway.
b) Click on Next.
6. a) Connect an Ethernet Cable from the modem or gateway to Port Labeled 1 on COVR-
C1200.
b) Click on NEXT
7. a) Power on the modem or gateway.
b) Click on NEXT

8. a) Power on Covr-1200 and wait until COVR LED start to blink orange.
b) Click on NEXT
9. a) Use the Smart Phone or Tablet to connect to COVR-1200 default wireless name and
password.
b) Click on NEXT
10. Mobile device or tablet will now connect to COVR-C1203 system.

11. a) Enter a Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password for the Covr Wi-Fi network.
b) Click on NEXT
12. a) Create a new Admin password.
b) Click on NEXT.
13. A summary page will display your settings. Click on Save

14. a) Place the remaining Covr Point(s) anywhere between Covr Point A and the area where
you would like to extend your whole home Wi-Fi to:
b) Click on Next.
Note: Check the LED indicator on your Covr Points to ensure a good connection.
- Solid white: Strong signal.
- Blinking white: Weak signal. Move your Covr Point(s) closer to the Covr Point A until the LED
turns solid white.
- Blinking Amber: Covr Point(s) can’t receive signal. Move your Covr Point(s) closer to the
Covr Point A until the LED turns solid white.
15. Now COVR should be solid white color, this means successfully setup.
Click next.

16. Click on FINISH.
17. Now you can see your COVR-1203 in the D-Link Wi-Fi app
18. The device icon with a crown sign indicates the COVR Router.
