Introducon
Congratulaons on your purchase of Super Sports 3X™. The Super Sports 3X™ uses a unique
mul-plaorm, designed to work perfectly with PS3®, Xbox 360® and PC games systems.
The Super Sports 3X includes six funcon buons, twin paddle shi, sck shi, accelerator & brake
pedal set and dual vibraon feedback to give you the ulmate realisc racing experience.
You can even choose to customise the controls for your preferred racing style depending on the
available in-game opons or the use of the Super Sports 3X Customizer feature (please refer to the
Super Sports 3X Customizer secon of this manual).
Safety Informaon
As with any gaming peripheral you are advised to take regular breaks during your gaming session,
especially if any discomfort occurs.
Do not expose the product to temperatures in excess of 40oC or below -10oC.

The in-game use of the controls is dependent on how a game uses the controls or how the controls
have been mapped either in-game or using the Super Sports 3X Customizer. Please refer to the manual
included with your game for informaon on in-game controller mapping. Please refer to the secon
‘Super Sports 3X Customizer’ for informaon about the Super Sports 3X Customizer.

Before First Time Use
Please ensure that you carefully follow each of the secons within this user guide to ensure the correct
usage of the Super Sports 3X with your games system.
Cauon
Do not apply excessive force to turn the wheel beyond the limits of its rotaon as this may result in
damage to the Super Sports 3X racing wheel.
Selecng a Suitable Locaon
Super Sports 3X racing wheel can either be mounted on a table or on your lap. Select a suitable
locaon ensuring that the cables can be arranged in a way to avoid people or pets from tripping over
them or damaging the equipment.
If you would like to mount the Super Sports 3X racing wheel on a table, use the sucon pads located
on the underside of the Super Sports 3X racing wheel to securely x it in posion.
Connecng the Pedal Base
Posion the pedal base in your preferred posion and aach the cable located on the rear of the pedal
base to the connecon located on the rear of the Super Sports 3X racing wheel.
When connecng the cable ensure that you orientate the cable correctly and when pushed inwards
ensure that it clips in posion. To remove the pedal base pull the arm located on the connector
inwards and pull the connector outwards.
About Dierent Modes
Important Operang Informaon
Please read the following secon regarding the dierent modes. If the Super Sports 3X is not set to the
correct mode it will not operate correctly with your games system and may report a connecon error.
The Super Sports 3X is designed to operate in two modes which are indicated by the Mode Indicator
Light located in the centre of the Super Sports 3X racing wheel. The Super Sports 3X will remember
the set mode when disconnected unl it is changed.
When you connect the Super Sports 3X to your games system the Mode Indicator Light will illuminate
to conrm the current set mode as detailed below:
• Green light: Indicates that the Super Sports 3X is set to Xbox 360 mode.
• Red light: Indicates that the Super Sports 3X is set to PS3 and PC mode.
Changing the Mode
If the Super Sports 3X is set to the incorrect mode, you can easily change the operang mode by
following the steps below:
1. Power on your games system
2. Press and hold the Mode buon
located in the centre of the Super
Sports 3X racing wheel
3. Connect the Super Sports 3X to
your games system while sll
keeping hold of the Mode Buon
The Mode Indicator light will indicate
if the mode has being changed by displaying the correct coloured light (please refer to the secon
‘About Dierent Modes’).

Connecng the Super Sports 3X to your Games System
Important Operang Informaon
Please ensure that you have read the secon ‘About Dierent Modes’. If the Super Sports 3X is not set
to the correct mode it will not operate correctly with your gaming system and your gaming system may
report a connecon error.
Connect the USB cable located on the rear of the Super Sports 3X racing wheel to your games system.
When connected conrm the correct Mode Indicator light is displayed.
Xbox 360/PS3: If the correct Mode Indicator Light is displayed, aer a few seconds your console will
automacally assign the Super Sports 3X a player number.
PC: If the correct Mode Indicator Light is displayed, Windows will recognise the Super Sports 3X and
automacally install the necessary drivers.
Troubleshoong: If the Power Indicator Light located in the centre of the Super Sports 3X racing
wheel fails to illuminate. Firstly try disconnecng and reconnecng the USB cable to ensure a
secure ng and if this fails try using a dierent USB connecon.
Super Sports 3X Customizer
Important Operang Advice
Please refer to ‘Connecng the Super Sports 3X’ secon of this user guide for the required connecon
steps. Failure to correctly connect the Super Sports 3X will result in the none detecon of the wheel
when aempng to use the Super Sports 3X Customizer feature. Assign the default buon remapping,
rumble, wheel sensivity and pedal pressure at any me by selecng the ‘Reset Layout’ buon.
Introducon
The Super Sports 3X™ is fully customizable using the Super Sports 3X™ Customizer. The Super Sports
3X™ Customizer allows you to remap the buon layout for either the Xbox 360® or PS3® operang
mode. You can set the level of rumble, adjust the sensivity of the wheel and set the pedal pressure.
This fantasc feature gives you ulmate control over the Super Sports 3X™ and best of all it is
completely free to download
Running the Super Sports 3X Customizer
Download the Super Sports 3X Customizer from the support secon of Datel’s website www.
codejunkies.com. The Super Sports 3X Customizer does not need to be installed, simply double click
the downloaded ‘SuperSports3X.exe’ le to run it.

Connecng the Super Sports 3X
Ensure that you are running the Super Sports 3X Customizer, press and hold the buons ‘Start’ and
‘Select’ located in centre of the wheel and connect the USB cable located on the rear of the Super
Sports 3X to your computer. When connected windows will automacally install the necessary drivers.
If the Super Sports 3X is not correctly connected the screen will remain grey prompng the connecon
of the Super Sports 3X. With the Super Sports 3X correctly connected use the following secons to
begin customizing. Once you have nished customizing disconnect the USB cable from your computer.
Buon Remapping
Buon remapping gives you the ulmate control over the Sport Sports 3X layout by allowing you to
choose which buons should be pressed to acvate each control.
Firstly select the ‘Buon Remap Tab’ to enter the buon remap screen and select either the ‘Xbox 360‘
buon or the ‘PS3’ buon. Next drag and drop the buon that you would like to assign from under
the ‘Buons’ secon to the control of your choice. Repeat the same procedure for any other buons
you would like to remap. When you have nished remapping your buons, select the ‘Assign Sengs’
buon to assign the remap to the Super Sports 3X.
Hint: When reconnected to your games system the Super Sports 3X will default to the operang
mode which you last congured unless the mode is changed by pressing and holding the ‘Mode’
buon when connected.
Rumble
The Rumble seng allows you to set the level of rumble which
you feel during gaming. To do this, select either the ‘Buon
Remap Tab’ or the ‘Wheel Sensivity Tab’ to enter either secon. Next set the level of rumble to
either ‘O’, ‘Medium’ or ‘High’ by selecng the relevant buon. When you have nished making your
selecon, select the ‘Assign Seng’ buon to assign your changes to the Super Sports 3X.

Wheel sensivity allows you
to remove inacve zones and
increase the wheel sensivity
by decreasing the size of the
acve zone. Depending on the
game which you are playing a
small degree of turn will be classed as being within an inacve zone. The use of an inacve zone allows
for very slight movements of a wheel or analogue sck without movement being applied in-game.
Decreasing the size of the acve zone allows you to reduce the distance which the wheel needs to
travel in order to apply full lock.

In ‘Example 1’ being the default layout neither the removal of an inacve zone and the decreasing of
the acve zone are applied. In ‘Example 2’ the removal of an inacve zone and the decreasing of the
acve zone have been applied.
To remove an inacve zone or to decrease the acve zone you need to set the posion of the red
markers. To do this, select the ‘Wheel Sensivity Tab’ to enter the wheel sensivity screen. To remove
an inacve zone drag the top red marker downwards the equivalent distance of the inacve zone for
the game which you are playing. The actual size of an inacve zone will vary between games and the
example given is only for reference. Decrease the size of the acve zone by moving the boom red
marker upwards to the desired posion. Once you have set the red markers to the desired posions,
select the ‘Assign Seng’ buon to assign your changes to the Super Sports 3X. When moving either
of the red markers the same adjustments are applied to both sides of the wheel.
Hint: If you set the top red marker too far downwards, a small degree of turn may apply full lock.
Pedal Pressure
Pedal pressure allows you to increase and decrease the pressure of the pedals. Depending on the
game which you are playing if the pedal pressure is set too high you may nd that when applying the
lowest amount of pressure to the accelerator pedal will cause full speed to be applied instead of a
much lower speed. By reducing the pedal pressure, when applying the lowest amount of pressure to
the accelerator pedal, a much lower speed will be applied.
To increase and decrease the pressure of the pedals you will need to set the pedals slider. To do this,
select either the ‘Buon Remap Tab’ or the ‘Wheel Sensivity Tab’ to enter either secon. Next set the
pedal pressure by moving the slider right to increase or le to decrease. Once you have set the slider to
the desired posion, select the ‘Assign Seng’ buon to assign your changes to the Super Sports 3X.
Presets
The Super Sports 3X Customizer allows you to download a whole host of presets specically designed
for certain PS3 and Xbox 360 games. The presets include the best suited buon mapping, wheel
sensivity and pedal pressure setup.
To browse the available presets and assign a preset to your Super Sports 3X, rstly select the ‘Presets
Tab’ to enter the presets screen. Select a game from the list to view informaon about the selected
preset. If you would like to assign the selected preset select the ‘OK’ buon, to cancel and exit the
presets screen select the ‘Cancel Buon’.

référer au manuel inclut avec votre jeu pour recevoir plus d’informaons sur le choix des contrôles

Avant d’uliser pour la première fois
Veuillez suivre chacune des secons suivantes dans le manuel d’instrucon pour assurer une ulisaon
correcte de Super Sports 3X avec les systèmes de jeu que vous possédez.
Aenon
N’appliquez pas de force excessive pour faire tourner le volant au-delà des limites de sa rotaon, ceci
pourrait endommager le volant.
Choisir un endroit approprié
Le volant de course Super Sports 3X peut être monté sur une table ou sur vos genoux. Choisissez
un endroit approprié en vous assurant que les câbles soient arrangés an d’éviter des personnes ou
animaux qui pourraient marcher dessus ou endommager l’équipement.
Si vous désirez monter le volant de course Super Sports 3X sur une table, ulisez les ventouses situées
sur le dessous du volant de course Super Sports 3X pour le xer solidement en posion.
Relier le Pédalier
Placez le pédalier dans la posion désirée puis aachez le câble situé à l’arrière du pédalier au
raccordement situé sur l’arrière du volant de course Super Sports 3X.
En reliant le câble assurez-vous que vous orientez le câble correctement et une fois poussé vers
l’intérieur assurez-vous qu’il se place en posion correctement. Pour enlever le pédalier rez le bras
sur le connecteur vers l’intérieur et rez le connecteur vers l’extérieur.
Au sujet des diérents modes
Informaon importante d’opéraon
Veuillez lire la secon suivante concernant les diérents modes. Si le Super Sports 3X n’est pas dans
le bon mode il ne fonconnera pas correctement avec votre système de jeu et votre système de jeu
pourra rapporter une erreur de raccordement.
Super Sports 3X est conçu pour être ulisé en deux modes qui sont indiqués par une lumière
indicatrice de mode située au centre du volant de course Super Sports 3X. Super Sports 3X se
souviendra du mode choisi quand débranché jusqu’à ce que le mode soit changé.
Quand vous reliez Super Sports 3X à votre système de jeu la lumière indicatrice de mode s’illuminera
pour conrmer le mode actuel choisi comme indiqué si dessous :
• Lumière verte: Indique que Super Sports 3X est en mode Xbox 360.
• Lumière rouge: Indique que Super Sports 3X est en mode PS3 et PC.
Changer le mode
Si le mode de Super Sports 3X est incorrect, vous pouvez changer le mode d’opéraon facilement en
suivant les étapes suivantes:
1. Démarrer votre système de jeu
2. Pressez et maintenez le bouton de
mode situé au centre du volant de
course Super Sports 3X
3. Reliez Super Sports 3X à votre
système de jeu tout en maintenant
le bouton de mode appuyé
La lumière indicatrice de mode indiquera que le mode a été changé en montrant la lumière de couleur
correcte (veuillez vous référer à la secon ‘Au sujet des diérents modes’).
